I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they delivered. Im always nervous about nail art because I have only had bad experiences, but they did an AMAZING job. The shape of the nails was perfect. It was thin and light and all my nails matched. The color matching from the picture was spot on. Trinh did my nails and I definitely recommend her. She did a perfect job and I would definitely go again.

Fantastic service! Staff was friendly and professional. I had a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. The manucure was good, but the pedicure was excellent I have gone back an additional 3x. This was also child friendly. My 5 year old son had his pedi here and he loved his experience. He got top notch service!

This is my go-to local salon. I love that they have a lot of staff. They are the most thorough place Ive found locally. I really enjoy their pedicure services and their cleanliness. However, my experience there always depends on which staff member I get. I havent really decided who does my nails exactly how I like them so never make a specific request. I wish they had a wider range of services like gelx and that they kept up with the times and the designs that are currently in style. I usually have to just do a plain color because they do not seem to have any current design expertise.

1st nail salon out of the last 4 that I have gone to in Worcester to do an amazing job on my powder dip nails. The last place I went to was the salon at Walmart and the tech filed my nails so low 2 of them broke and after they were done they had rough spots and looked horrible not to mention they charged me $58. This place they came out flawless, took me as a walk in right away and only cost $46. I will definitely be going here again.

Pricey but very professionally run! You have to make an appointment (which I do over the phone and there is always availbility). You have to sanitize and sign in upon arrival. There are high cleaning standards.The interior design and ambience is calming and comfortable.I usually get a basic pedicure ($37), and chin/eyebrow wax ($30). The client rewards program is a plus!Rose does my wax and does an amazing job - she takes her time and is super skilled at handling my face (which Im particular about), shaping my brows (which are tricky), and getting all the chin hairs removed.

I got a regular gel mani for a wedding and it peeled off in less than a week so I will not be returning. They seem more worried about quantity than quality and the customer service was very lacking. Not sure If I just got aggressive people for my mani and pedi but the lady at the front desk was harsh as well. Great pedicure though!

I love the experience I get when I come here. I have a specific guy I go to. My nails always on point. If I need a emergency walk in, they alwYs say yes to me. I love having tea while I wait as well. Its well worth it for the price.

I called to ask how much a full set would be and to make an appointment. she said full sets start at 31 and i was okay with that so i made the appointment. as she started my nails she told me it was 5$ extra for long. the nails were not at all long but i agreed. after finishing my nails she told me the total was 47$. i said i was told on the phone full sets were 31 so my total should only be 36$, then she called over the manager who i spoke to on the phone, who was extremely rude and insisted i am lying and she said 41. i asked multiple times for the price and never would’ve made the appointment if i knew it was that much. i will never be returning and my nails look absolutely terrible after they conned me out of more money. do not give these people your business.

Jen did my polish change on my toes, she was extremely lazy and did a horrible job painting and had so much attitude the whole time. And 25$ for JUST a polish change where she didnt even rinse my feet off is ridiculous, i will never go back.

I needed a last minute nail appointment I went online & I was able to get the time I requested right away. I had Ty as my nail technician. I left very happy and loved her work! She was very sociable and friendly!

Great place and very conscientious about what’s going on in the world right now. Felt very safe coming here as I’ve been to Creative in Marlborough before. I felt very comfortable coming here. It’s all appointment based and no walk ins. Yes there is an up charge to the services because of what’s going on but I can understand it!! Awesome experience and will definitely come back.

I have been coming here for almost a year, it saddens me to write this review. Place is clean, well kept, and beautiful. However, the last 2 visits the quality of the work was below par. My daughters manicure and pedicure disappeared after 2 days and I was charged extra “for too many colors” when she has done this several times in the past. I was not made aware of the “extra charge” until after the service was complete. They charged me close to $60 for a child pedicure and polish change on her nails. Her nails have since come off and her toes have 0 polish left-I have never experienced anything like this! This also happened the last time we went-the polish coming off, hence why I am now writing a review . I am all for paying more due to “Covid” however, the up charge should have been discussed PRIOR to the service. Also we have been about 3-4 x since Covid and this was the first time the price was different due to “too many colors” and “Covid”When asking for a service please confirm pricing PRIOR to the visit. Also $60 for a child pedicure /polish change on fingers is RIDICULOUS esp when it came right off a day later! Also when I asked the cashier about the price she insinuated I was being rude when I was not at all-I was asking why the price change. She then told me she doesn’t make the pricing. I did not let this ruin the tech tip bc she did work very hard and was very kind-the polish coming off 2 days later was mind blowing though! Once is a fluke, twice is disheartening.

Joseph does a great job! I’ve gone to him the last two times and his work is excellent. He also adds a design, which I always love. I also love that they always have HGTV on.

Service was one of the worst Ive ever had the lady did not speak English I dont have a problem with that but if you cant understand your customer thats an issue the do she did so was super thick it did not look natural I left the salon thinking its ok I dont like to make a fus over things the following day 2 of my fingers started swelling up it hurt so bad I tried filing the nail on the side that was red and swollen but swelling did not go away I called and told them what was going on and told them I wanted the dip removed I was told I would need to pay for take off ...I just paid $87 for dip and design yesterday! She then said I would have to talk to the manager who wasnt there call tomorrow, she basically blew me off, I will NEVER recommend or go there again AWFUL SERVICE

One hand the polish isnt done to the edges and can see the old color on one finger. Paid $39 for a fill, with gel polish and cut down which is very fair. Taking one star for how fast the nails chipped, went be returning or reccomending.

On my most recent visit, I had Rose did my nails. My most recent experience with dipped nails was excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the exceptional service Rose provided. I did not feel rushed as she took her time to genuinely talk with me. Normally, I am extremely picky with the service and end result. But, I have to say she did a fantastic job. Overall, the experience was great, I would totally come back.

Got in quick with my best friend for walk-in pedicures. Environment is nice and relaxing; everything, including the bathroom, appeared to be clean. Massage couldve been a little better; didnt offer a shoulder massage like some places do and they dont automatically include the paraffin treatment like some other places do. Overall, though, I was happy with the experience/result.

I was disappointed that one person working there did not have her mask on the whole time. All the others were very careful with masks and face shields.I would not return for that reason.

Go anywhere else in Worcester to pay less and get better quality. I’ve been there twice and in both times they messed up my nails! Some of the workers there are terribly rude and if you tell them they did something wrong they’ll give you an attitude and tell you to pay for whatever you’re getting regardless of the quality. So disappointed! Definitely never going there again, people should consider a better place than these jokes!

Within one week all my acrylic nails lifted off. I emailed them and the only response I received was is they said they’ll tell the manager. Never heard anything more.

Ive been going to creative Nail Spa for about a year and I love them. I dont get my nails done regularly and Im constantly looking for a great nail shop after inadequate experiences another shops, but this place is consistent. They are a little bit on the pricey and, which is why they get four out of five stars, but the quality is really good.

I really enjoy going here, they do a great job. But I have to give it 4 stars as every time Ive gone Ive had an appointment and still had to wait an additional 30-45 minutes for my service. Why bother taking appointments if youre not going to take them on time?

Recently went to creative and had Yen as my nail tech. The whole experience felt rushed and was painful. Currently have little cuts all around my cuticles and when it told her it hurt she laughed and said “you won’t like me next time”. The paint looks terrible I could have done a better job doing it myself. I won’t be returning to that creative again.

I came here for my first time today and will be a return customer. I received excellent service the staff were so nice. The place itself is beautiful cant wait to go back

The nail tech named YEN, over cut my nails with kindergarten scissors . They looked like dinosaur nubs. I continued by asking her to at least soak my nails so I can just leave instead of getting them done and she said she cannot because she has a client . She was really rude and unprofessional . “Creative nails & spa” lol yeah they should definitely change that name. How are you creative when you don’t even hire nail techs that can do 3D designs or rhinestone designs? It’s obvious that they outsource their employees instead of hiring real talent. But anyways this was my 3rd time going, & my pinky nail broke off the next day. 1st time I went was straight, 2nd time sucked. Will never spend my money here again. Going to focus on finding a nail tech that will give me exactly what I desire instead of being disappointed time after time.

So I normally come here to get my nails done, but I chose to go somewhere else and get a full set I got coffin nails.. which I again never get. I didn’t like the length and it was too much for me so I called creative (where I usually go) and they told me they could do it for me. I went in and was told to sit down and someone would be right with me... after 15 minutes I asked how long the wait was she told me another 20 minutes and I had to leave so I left. I ended up going back there expecting to have to wait again which was fine, I finally got called up and when I did the woman who was supposed to do my nails stood three inches away from my face just staring at me then proceeded to scream in another language across the whole nail salon. She then asked if I got my nails done ther originally and I said no, so she shook her head laughed and walked away from me... clearly not wanting to do my nails even though I’m still a PAYING CUSTOMER. I sat back down and waited for someone else who helped fix the length of my nails and did wonderful, but after today’s experience I will NEVER be back. They do not know how to respect customers and not for nothing I was actually embarrassed by what that woman did to me.

My first time here, I was taken care of by Linda and my nails came out perfect. Exactly how I wanted them. I felt bad becuase when we walked in I told them I wanted a gel manicure, not knowing that liquid gel nails was actually what I wanted. I have never gotten gel nails before, I’ve only gotten my nails done a handful of times, but Linda explained to me the difference and was very kind about it even though I know it must have been a little frustrating. I asked her allot of questions and she answered all of them. Overall very happy and will be going back and now I know exactly what to ask for :)

In my opinion this nail salon is wayyy overpriced and a rip off! I got a full set at my usual nail salon and paid $40. I went to Creative for a fill because I happened to be in the area and paid $44 for a fill. $44 FOR A FILL, cost me more than my full set! Crazy! Also after a few days the top coat turned brownish and looks really dingy! Not a fan of the attempt at a coffin shape the nail tech did either; the two sides are uneven. The salon itself is beautiful inside, I love the decor and it’s relaxing, but due to the quality and high prices I will not be returning.

First time going there and had a pedi spa treatment. You can have extra privacy in the backroom and have a pedi spa of a lifetime. Loved it and Trisha did an amazing job. Cant wait to go back.

Went here after moving to the area to get a dip manicure. I made an appointment on a Wednesday and arrived to a busy lobby. When I went to the counter I was not greeted by either of the two women standing there and had to ask what they wanted me to do. I signed in on an iPad despite having already made an appointment and was not instructed where to look at dip color powders. I seemed to be annoying them. After looking through colors I returned to the desk to inquire about a potential color match to my already painted toes, something many salons are happy to find. I was met with a blank stare and then told they could match a manicure and pedicure. I re-clarified and was met with another blank stare and walked away. Two large groups with no appointment were taken before me likely due to the amount of money they’d be making. Many other regulars were taken back right at arrival. After a half hour I was asked what my name was with no reassurance I would be taken soon. After 45 minutes I was asked if I was getting a pedicure after she had already understood I was trying to match my already painted toes. I waited for more than and hour and then walked out. Not a great way to treat a potential new customer.

It was a nice set up and esthetically pleasing. But the price was insanely high for a full set. $56 for someone who didn’t even do what I wanted and no massage after like every other salon did? Also the fact the lamp wasn’t drying my polish so the technician rushed me and was getting annoyed at me when it wasn’t my fault. My pinky nail broke a week later and they wouldn’t fix it for me.

In town visiting a friend- we decided to have a girls day. Nice and clean spot. I got a gel mani and it was one of the worse ones I’ve ever had. My cuticles were sloppily cut and the actual nail painting was crummy. I walked out with my nails looking like they were two weeks old instead of a fresh mani. Overpriced for poor service -Not worth the $32.

Beautiful salon..however not even a week later and my gel manicure is already chipping. My cuticles were also never trimmed during the service. Pedicure massage was not even 30 seconds which is a tad disappointing. When spending $65 for a gel mani and regular pedi you just expect a bit more.

While creative Nails and spa was able to get us in very promptly, the service was notgood. the lady explained to me that i couldnt get my nails painted because they were too short. this was never a problem forme before. since my nails were too short the only other option was to get acrylics which was $22 more. my friend got a french manicure. while she was getting it done she asked if she could get a silver line underneath the french and the lady told her it would be $5 more (which my friend didnt know) and almost started doing the silver lines after my friend said no several times. also its only been a few days and both of our nails are chipping.

He was doing my nails so fast and I felt like I was not acknowledged enough or did he asked if I needed help. Clearly he just wanted to get the job done and get me out. Never going again, I also asked for eyebrow service and they totally forgot. Ovrepriced for a simple pedicure.

Asked if they could do a gel pedicure, including removal of previous gel in an hour with no demands. They said yes and did but the collection of polish near the cuticle and on my skin started peeling on day two.

I’ve been going here for a little over a year and used to love it, but they’ve gone really downhill lately. The salon is big and clean, and the staff is nice, but lately the quality of work they do has been extremely disappointing. Most recently I paid $62 for a gel mani + regular pedi and had a terrible experience - the woman who did my manicure scraped my cuticles so hard that my finger bled, and then both the mani and pedi were chipped in 3-4 days (and as you know, gel manis should last 10-14 days).The time before that, I had an appointment but it was super busy - I asked if they were sure they had time to take me but they assured me they did. They rushed me out in under 30 min and my gel mani chipped within days then too.So, you might have a decent experience in the salon, but you should know that their work won’t last. For me, it just isn’t worth it to go here anymore. I’ll be finding a new salon.

Went in with 2 other people. They had nails done & I was to have a pedicure... I signed in as they did picked my color and was totally ignored. They had their nails done and were ready to leave and still no one would acknowledge me. I left after 90 minutes and several attemps to get someone to tell me when I would be seen. I will not be back.

I spent 51 dollars on some ugly short lumpy acrylics. Not including the tip. Some guy did my nails and took no time to make sure my nails looked good.

Cozy and modern, big pedicure area but both times I was here, the employees constantly talked to one another in their language (which I think is rude to no end), sat around when they weren’t with customers. And as I sit here getting my pedicure, 5 women staff are sitting in pedicure chairs, using the massage, some with their bare feet on the stools, talking and on their phones. That’s apart from their mediocre acrylic set I received (my finger was filed so hard in one spot it bled). While giving a manicure at a table nearby, one woman even used her headphones to call someone and once during my manicure the man doing my nails took a call from his Bluetooth headphones he kept around his neck. I’m not usually too picky but come on guys, you shouldn’t be socializing like this while taking care of someone. Or putting your bare feet on things. Kinda gross. Makes you wonder what else doesn’t get cleaned...

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! First time customer and I literally will never come back, you couldnt PAY ME to go there. I asked for a square French, I got coffin shaped nails, HOW? They have no idea how to use the dip powder, my nails look super shoddy, the white and pink is streaking in between and how he managed to get a bubble in Ill NEVER know. Worst customer service ever and to top it off I paid $53 for whats worth maybe $20 if I paid my little niece to do it. The place looks nice but its a trick, I hated every single thing about my experience. I hope they go under.

My sister and I always get the same people Ann Dao and Thu. we typically get the spa pedicure and waxing and they are fabulous. having said that, I counter staff leaves a lot to be desired at times. they can be very rude and unwelcoming.
