I have been seeing Lee for a little over 2 years and what I love about her is her patience as a nail tech. She is a perfectionist and she takes care of her clients. She has the best recommendations for my nails and even suggests when it’s time for me to just let my natural nails grow healthily rather than just using acrylic nails. She is honest and trustworthy. I also love Uyen who does the best pedicures in Massachusetts! Amazing foot massages and clean gel nail polish on my toes, always!

This nail salon is fabulous and affordable! Very convenient in setting appointments. Friendly and welcoming! Julie takes care of my nails with perfection each time and they last! I was treating myself to a powder full set for my baby shower this weekend because I have a terrible habit of biting my nails.. I traveled all the way from Danielson CT because the nail salons near me make your nails look very bulky and fake... I read the good reviews on google and made an appointment the same day! I was taken in right away and greeted by a nice lady named Lee ! She sat me down, asked me what I would like and started right away. But while doing my nails we had a great conversation about life and I was treated with such respect and kindness like we’ve been friends for years! This was supposed to be a one time trip but I’ll definitely be back to see Lee again as I left the salon with such a happy soul! I LOVED my nails!! They came out even better then I thought! In all my 21 years I’ve never had the perfect nails until I went to Happy nails and spa! After no nail services due to Pandemic lockdown, when businesses started to open again I went on the hunt for a new place to give me back my signature claws. I came across Happy Nails and reviews seemed hopeful. So I tried them out. 8 months later and I can say I will never go anywhere else. I am self admitted VERY picky about my nails and Lei the owner is the sweetest most talented person Ive ever met. She always strives to make sure I leave completely satisfied and if I have one of my picky moments will go out of her way to fix it. I love that she is honest and will tell me straight out You dont want to do that. Do this instead and shes been right every time! You want 1x1 quality service? To feel like you matter? I got my nails done today, not only was the pedicure hurtful (my skin was bleeding), the nails are uneven. Worst place I have ever been to, hands down.

This is my go to place. My get away and I love it. The whole entire staff is friendly and helpful when you can’t make a choice for your polish. The place itself is clean and calm. Every time I come here I leave more than satisfied with my nails.

The nail tech was NOT friendly, was NOT considerate, the fusion on the table kept moving in front of me, thus giving POOR ability to achieve proper hand placement, nails were left excessively rough, the design was SUB-PAR, and it was OBVIOUS that LLee worried MUCH more about her money ( a CASH ONLY business ) than she did her customer. Also, the garbage has not been emptied, it was overflowing almost onto the floor, when the lid was lifted, and exteriorly the garbage can was NOT CLEAN.,

I have lived in central Mass my entire life & this is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Lee (the owner) was so kind and welcoming. She took her time and made my nail shape absolutely perfect. Even when others were waiting for their appointment to start, she continued to take her time on my nails and on my pedicure. The salon has so many color options and is immaculate. Highly recommend!

Nails always fall off, then look at my nail and there’s no line of file there, so of course they are going to fall off. Waste of money, they lie and say it’s only cash when the owner really just wants the money. I’ve been going ever since they opened and now finally leaving my review and finding myself new people. They tell their customers to rate them 5 star because they aren’t really a 5 star.

After reading the many positive reviews I decided to make an appointment for myself and daughter. We had our nails done elsewhere but werent happy. I personally couldnt have been more Happy about Happy Nails! Everyone from the beginning were friendly, I had questions about my nails the shape, she explained so well and did exactly how i wanted which was the coffin and they look amazing! The shop was clean, appointment was on time, they didnt rush and my nails look beautiful. My daughter keeps saying about hers nails wow what a difference she loves hers. They now definitely have 2 new customers!

I feel like the lady that did my lashes wasnt very welcoming.. she had a judgmental vibe... & kept looking at her phone when speaking to me. Not friendly at all. Than I feel like she rushed me & she kept getting alot of glue in my eyes when doing my lashes... Just not a good experience. First & last time I will go there.

They rush to do my nails, i’ve been a customer ever since they opened. The quality of the nails get worse and worse. I got my nails done three days ago. Three of my nails came off lifting a pillow up barely with my nail. Never going back and i’ve been a long time customer. They also like to say cash only so the owner takes it all. Not a professional place at all. Only have one nail tech who went to school no one else did. My nails from either of them are horrible everytime. I am now finding a new place that actually cares for their customers not taking money.

Used to charge 34$ for acrylic now charges me 44$. Toe prices went up too. They are cash only or cashapp, shady.

I have been looking for a good place in the area that knows how to do a perfect pink white ombré powder dip, which many places don’t know how to do properly, I took gamble on this place and I am happy I did because it came out PERFECT. Even better than I was hoping for. Happy nails is a hidden gem!!

Took my mom to this Nail salon because of the good reviews. We did not enjoy our experience here, my mom requested acrylic nails. The shape of her nails were awful, the nail tech just rushed through the whole process and tried to choose nail colors for my mom. My mom requested a design and the nail tech was very unprofessional and just very whiny. Never again will I come here, worst nail salon I’ve ever been too.

Happy Nails & Spa is the ONLY nail salon I go to. The owner and entire staff are friendly and attentive. My nails always come out perfect; they do an amazing job every time. The salon is clean and the atmosphere is relaxing. I highly recommend Happy Nails to anyone looking for a great experience.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Tried to scam me by charging my credit card and said the money did not go through. Refused to let me leave the store and repeatedly asked me for cash instead. Spent 30 minutes on the phone with my bank but the owner still refused to acknowledge they had received my money. The bank eventually called them directly and confirmed that there was no issues with the transaction. If you like to get you nails done by a mediocre establishment who relies on shady practices then by all means, give them a try.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years for gel manicures and pedicures. They do such a great job, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I would absolutely give 0 stars if I could. This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. My nails are lumpy and shaped awful. While I was there they didn’t have a color the girl next to me asked for and they started talking to each other in their language and then looked at her and laughed. Very unprofessional environment.

I just moved to this area in April and needed to find a new nail salon as I like to go every 4 weeks. My commute is along Route 20 and I saw the sign for Happy Nails. It is in the strip mall right by the MacDonalds! I called and made an appointment for that evening.I went in for a mani-pedi. The salon is attractive and clean and calming. There is a TV with captions on and there is also serene music plus a visual screen of rain falling on green plants-you pick which of these options you want to focus on. (I went with the romantic movie with the happy ending.)I got the deluxe pedicure in the tangerine fragrance for fatigue-but I want to try all the other yummy sounding options like Lavender for stress, etc. My nail technician was very skilled and thorough; she gave the best calf massage ever!For my manicure, I wanted a super light pink, and the manager, Lee, came over and helped us find the best option. That made me feel that there is a strong focus on customer service here.As you can tell, I was very happy with my experience at Happy Nails! I will go back soon as the quality is high and the prices are reasonable.
