So my laundry experience wasnt bad at all.... But I noticed that there are a lot of dryers and washers were out of order... Lets hope the company will fix them soon 👍

I have been going to Laundromax on Mill Street in Worcester Ma for 8 years. First time the manger Phil has cheated me out of money had to start three different machines because none of the worked at a cost of almost $30 they started me gave me a $10 credit and cheated me out of the other $10 the new management is horrible

There was a great Laundry Assistant on last night. The place was nice and clean.

I did a drop of of laundry …. I have been a customer here for years …. They lost my clothing and couldn’t figure out how it was lost or was given away to the wrong person …. Finally after filling out paper work and going back and forth with the manager I settled on a check from the company …. Which months later I have yet to receive …. Worst business

All Im asking is that upper management checks the cameras around 1am last night. So they can see what goes on in there. But to answer the statement was I expecting to see a guy in a suit...No but also wasnt expecting to see 2 homeless guys who I know from panhandling during the day running around like they own2d the place wither. Is it too much to ask to do my laundry un a safe environment.

I love this place. Just because its near my house. It is pricey but Im comfortable here. It gets real busy at times. But thats just my opinion.

Usually nice staff working. The lady tonight must be having a bad night. And is rude. She put a blank sticky note over where the cards come out. But there’s no sign saying “NO CARDS” at this machine. Not as crowded tonight. Which I’m thankful for. :)
