Hmm the laundry machine smell they need to clean it please and the price is to high nice costumer service the guy was nice

I was very concerned when I arrived at the laundromat during the pandemic and the manager of the Mill Street store in Worcester Ma was not wearing a face mask during a mandatory order of the governor. She was putting laundry in the washer and dryer with no regard for her customers or the law.

I love coming here and i have been a return customer for a few years but as of the last few months they have lost multiple articles of clothing og mine and have done nothing to fix this situation i complain on deaf ears. I do not think i will be coming back to this place.

I really hate to give this place such a low review as I have been doing business with them for nearly ten years, however the quality has really declined over the last year or so and Im not sure why. The row of white top loader washing machines have almost all been out of order for at least six months, as of the last time I went there a few weeks ago, and the automated card system is notorious for malfunctioning. The final straw came a few weeks ago when I was treated very rudely by the clerk who was on duty at the time. I was in a hurry that morning so I thought it would be ok if I just stopped by to throw a few things in the dryer. Apparently it was against store policy because I hadnt washed my clothes in the same visit. It wouldve been totally fine had he simply treated me with respect and informed me of the policy. Instead he questioned what I was doing there in a very condescending manner and gave me a dirty look. When I agreed to leave and walked toward the back of the store to get my stuff he said Wrong way. Seriously, I have never felt so disrespected as a customer in all my life. This is completely unacceptable.

More ghetto than most pawn shops, but theyre the cheapest around for wash/fold and they have not lost my clothes or taken longer than they said they would yet.

The worst.....dirty machines and cards you have to load money onto, $6.30 for a wash.... nope
