I feel this business has extremely high prices for the poor quality service they offer. I sent my clothing for the wash and fold service, which i separate by color, fabric etc. All my white clothing came back pinkish. I called and they stated to bring in the clothing and they would take care of it, when i did they gave me my whites pinkish again including the new batch of clothing i left and paid off. They are very nice people and the establishment is very clean. I just feel they need a professional when it comes to washing the clothing being dropped off.

Would have been 5 stars but for the price. Usually bring 10 bucks for my laundry. Took around 16 bucks here. Busy place. Other than that petty clean. Located near a Price Right and a Dollar Store. Not a bad location either off a main road.

Very good laundromat in the area. Has everything you need and almost never has a washer or dryer out of order, and even if one is, theres plenty for everyone.

Worst service ignorant workers. Never coming here again.. old lady waits til I load the my clothes into the dryers to tell me they close in a half hour even though the sign says closing at 10 pm. knowing damn well I got 6 dryers going.. never coming back here .. didnt even want to even give them 1 star..

I used the pick up and delivery service for a small load of clothes, basically some shorts, tank tops, 2 towels and 2 pullovers. I was charged $30 and upon return of the clothes i find that the 2 pullovers are missing. Almost 2 weeks later i have received no response from the company on my complaint. I would not recommend this company or service.

It was an okay laundymat, forewarning you currently cant fold your laundry there. Besides that its great theres a dollar store across the way to get laundry soap and dryer sheets from. Lots of diffrent washer sizes, the dryers are very spacious but are very pricey. Spacious parking lot as well.

When I got my laundry done at suds up they did not tell me how much it weight or how much a cost I had to check my balance at the bank there is no way one load of laundry would weigh more than 40 pounds that cost $75 I did my laundry same bag at a different place and it was 28 pounds. They most likely put more weight to earn more money. But its all good never getting laundry done there again.

More than once Ive been turned away even though I got there well before last wash at 8:30 and other people were allowed to do theirs. They simply take down the hours and go home.

Clean! Pleasant atmosphere and a good price for large washers. Dryers dry well and completely without costing an arm and a leg.

Suds is extremely clean. The employees are nice and pleasant to deal with and it is located next to a place for great wings, a decently priced supermarket and the $$ store. All in all, if you have to do laundry this is the better place to do it!

Was there a few days ago to do laundry. First time in and found it clean. That said, I had a debit card with 7.91 left on it and went to scan it to pay for laundry. Machine cost 5.75. It declined my payment and took all 7.91 and didnt turn machine on. Went to clerks to ask for refund and they said there had to be a minimum of 15$ on card and it will refund my card. 4 days later and I still have not gotten a refund. They are very shady and am going to report to city inspectors for fraud.

This is really a great place to do laundry!!! Having to go to a laundromat to wash clothes is aggravating on its own. They make it a great atmosphere, its clean, theres not too many people and not enough washers/ dryers. Its is easy and convenient, they also use cards!!!

Worcesters worst laundry, hampers are stolen, staff dont answer for what happened and people forget to take their clothes out of the dryer. I really dont recommend it

I’ve been coming here for over 1 year. Usually my experience is normal I go in do my laundry and leave. Unfortunately today, 12/31/19, when I went to use my card on my machine for only one load, it declined my card the first time and accepted the second time I swiped. Two $15.00 charges were added to my card. I have been here before so I know the prices and process for the $15.00 charge. The problem was that when I went to ask the older woman employee why I was charged twice for only one load, she immediately dismissed my claim saying to come back in two days with a statement and then maybe they can help. Her disposition was not very helpful, almost rude. When I asked who the owner was so I could give them a call, she claimed that it was private and she could not give me any more information. If you guys value your customer service like I have read in the previous reviews, I suggest you give your staff a class on customer service. Unfortunately this has not been my first time getting a rude reply and from what I have read above it seems this is a recurring event. I will be doing my laundry elsewhere.

Showed up 4 minutes past the last 8:30pm wash, was going to use the big machine to be in and out in 30-40 minutes but was told that because I was 4 minutes late I was not allowed to run a wash.... 4 minutes really? Had 2 medium sized loads to do which I was going to do using 2 machines. I can understand if I was 10,15,20 minutes late, but 4 minutes? Wont be going here ever again.

When I first signed up for the pick-up/delivery service, I received a friendly call outlining all the details of the service. However, today when I called to see when I could expect my laundry back, 1) I was hung up on and 2) when I called back I was told I should be a little patient from a very rude person. When paying $40+ for my laundry, I expect a little better customer service. Not sure I will utilize this service again.

Dont use your card to pay for your washer. I was charged $15 for each machine despite it saying they were $9.50. I also had my clothes removed from the machine by staff while I was emptying out another machine (I was using 4 washers and they all stopped at the same time but werent next to each other so I didnt see her). Without saying anything to me the woman took my clothes out and put them in a basket by the door. She could have waited or at least said something to me. Definitely wont be going back.

On 9/26/18 I visited suds up. I swiped my card on one of the washing machines and after I hit the button to start my wash the machine stopped functioning. I alerted the manager Vanessa of what happened, and without even offering to come and look at the machine she told me that if I wanted a refund I needed to come back to suds up on another day and show her my bank statement. She also stated its not fair for me to have to give you a free wash. There were about 4-5 machines with out of service signs on them, making it clear that the machine I happened to use was just one of the many other malfunctioning machines. After noting her aggressive and argumentative tone I decided to end the conversation with her. A short while later I asked a male employee about the malfunctioning machine, this staff member told me that he spoke to the owner and that the owner would be calling back to speak to me shortly. I was there for an hour and never received a call. I also left a voicemail on the number listed on the Yelp business page to which I got no response. When I attempted to call the number again the next day, a woman picked up and told me that she was not responsible for dealing with these complaints and that Vanessa would be calling me. To this day I have not been contacted by any management or owner from suds up. Unfortunately, I have since stopped supporting this business after 3 years of being a loyal customer.

Lots of washers and dryers - always clean. Gets busy after 5 and weekends. I like that they have their own card that you put money on. I dont like getting quarters or using my credit card. All laundromats should do this.

Very clean and friendly environment! Love the option of getting quarters, or just using your card or apple pay right at the machine! Depending on when you go, sometimes 90% of the machines are taken up by employees so you cant use any of the washers but that has only happened a few times. Overall, this has been the best laundry mat and the prices are affordable!

We have been taking our wash to Suds Up for a few months now. They do a great job, the staff is always helpful and the manager is a peach (and offers great laundry tips)! Im so happy we found them (I think it was a google search). They seem to know the other customers well too; a nice friendly environment. Keep up the good work everyone and thanks for all you do!

I use Suds Ups Laundry Service, and I have to say I have been very pleased. Someone picks up my laundry from my home; I get reminders the night before so I remember to get it ready, and I get a text in the morning with an approximate time that the service will be picking up my laundry. I also get a text when the laundry is picked up, which is helpful for the times I need to leave the laundry outside because I have needed to leave home. My laundry has always been returned promptly the next day. Its always clean, dry, and nicely folded. I also receive a text when they with an approximate time when the laundry will be returned. Suds Up has also reached out to me when my laundry was scheduled to be picked up during a blizzard and made arrangements for an alternative day. I think the service is great and am glad its here!

My experience at Suds Up has been great. Staff is personable and helpful at all times and the facility is very clean and orderly. I highly recommend Suds Up to anyone that wants to do a chore we all dislike in an environment that makes it better and easier.

Terrible place, the Manager are super rude, doesn’t listen to what you had to say, no understanding.!!! We’re regular and we go there every week to wash clothes and everything in our house hold. Last Monday night, my husband went to wash blanket and bed sheets, after washing our comforter thing are fine but when we done drying our comforter and sheets, 2 of our comforter, I’m saying two out of a bunch of thing I was drying in there was covered with Black lines all over it from the drying machine we have told the assistant about it and they say someone will reach out to you which no one did.!! So I call back to see what can they do. Instead of hearing the story and help your customer out, blame it on us, she so call saying we had put or having a marker in the machine which we never did.!!! Or else why would we bring the concern up to them. She was super rude about it on the phone, she turned the story around like it’s was our fault. Wow. So just a head up to whoever go there. Something happened to your clothes or anything is your fault. Don’t bother to go to them just because they wouldn’t do anything for it but blame it back on you.

Clean and modern equipment. Nice staff, lots of washers and dryer. Never too crowded. Worth the price and its convenient. I drive a littler farther to get there but its worth it.

The workers are really rude and nosy. They have no respect for others. I am doing my laundry not theirs. It’s my business who are they to ridicule me.

I love this place super clean and kid friendly. The staffs are always super helpful and always willing to help always smiling and welcoming. there is no other laundromat that can ever compare definitely the best place!

One of my favorite to wash clothes

I finished washing five towels on the $4 washer and my towels were soaking wet after the cycle. I called the attendant and she said that it was my fault because I used too much detergent. I informed her that even if that were true, the towels should not be sopping wet. She called Jose and he said that it was my fault and that I would have to pay to run my towels through the wash cycle again. I mentioned to them that I was a customer for the last two years and that I had had a handful of machine malfunctions in the past. I said that in each case, I was told that it was my fault and therefore my responsibility to pay for it. Consequently, this time I asked to speak to the owner, and the two attendants did not allow me to do so. Instead, on the phone, they told their boss lies about what had occurred. Essentially, if you like attendants that will not open the entry door when your hands are full with bags of clothes to wash, smile, be courteous, act professionally, bring their children to work, play inappropriate music, not clean machines - especially soap dispensers, barely clean their facility, hoard the washers and dryers for their wash, dry, and fold business, and be disrespectful to long standing customers, then this is your place. One of the cleanest and biggest laundromats in the area. Machines seem to be new. They do a good job at getting the clothes clean. Washers are slightly overpriced. But thats how laundromats tend to be. Driers do a great job.

I drive 10 minutes to get there. Machines and place in general is always clean. Staff is super friendly. Its secure and safe.

The older Hispanic woman and I believe its her daughter, working there are rude. They would rather hold conversations with each other or on their personal phones than assist customers. It is a place of business, so personal phone calls loudly discussing your personal life is distasteful & unprofessional. When you ask for assistance you are always greeted with attitude & its as if you are interrupting them. Bad employees. Hire good people.

The pick up and delivery service is great because it means I don’t need to try and squeeze time into my busy schedule to get clothes, but! They never come at the time they say they will on the text messages, it’s always earlier, and when your bag isn’t on the doorstep they call and give attitude when you say you’ll have it out by the time sent in the text. Also, they regularly deliver other people’s clothes to me. I don’t even know how much of my clothes have been delivered to other people who didn’t even realize it. And when I called tonight about the stranger’s clothes on my doorstep, the girl on the phone had no idea what to do and even asked if I had the managers number! What do you mean? Don’t you, employee? I’ve been very grateful for finding this service but if they’re going to be this complacent and deliver the wrong clothes to the wrong people, I’ll take my business elsewhere.

Suds is so clean and friendly their machine are spotless the floors are clean and swept. The seats arre commfy and the folding tables are also spotless I have had postive trips to the laundry. Each time I do my wash the clothes some out spotless smelling fresh.The women who runs the laundromat for the owners is always busy and friendly and she also speaks Spanish ! Very clean and the staff were top notch. This buisness was not very loud with modern equipment that was never filled. Few equipment were non-functional or broken.

Cleanest machines, friendly staff, simple and easy to use units. Slightly expensive to use a machine but the drying price is nice and the convenience of using a credit card rather than Change is cool.

First time back since having a disagreement with the manager. Being here today things are back to my normal experience here which is good. He still needs to make the signs bigger from what we discussed, but the place is clean and the machines work so Ill take it!Below my review from two months ago:Nice and clean but they have a very small sign one place in the laundromat that says once you swipe your card you will be charge an extra $10 that will be held on your account. I think that is ridiculous that they dont have it on every machine where you swipe your card so the customer will know before hand if they want to make that decision to have the $10 held on their account. Buy them only having one sign feel like its a trick and that needs to be address! I just went back to get my clothes and I was bombarded by the manager about my two star review that I just given them, how dear you approach the customer on their opinion on a place where they spend their money! At this point I will not be back

We have been coming to suds up for the last two years. The clean, friendly, and calm atmosphere + the flat screens, vending machines and the fully functional new washers and dryers keep us coming back. Granted the machines are a little bit more money than other laundromats but they work great and you can fit a lot of clothes inside of them so in the end its worth it. The very knowledgable staff are always working extremely hard ready to answer any questions you might have. They do a great job cleaning up and the bathrooms are always spotless. Thanks for giving us ppl without laundry machines a home away from to simply get our most hated chore done in such an eficiant way + I love the credit card swiper on all of they machines in and out with the quickness. Keep up the good work!
