This laundromat is the absolute best! I dropped my clothes off for wash dry and fold and when I pick them up and brought them home they smelled so clean and were folded so nicely. The people that work there are very courteous and friendly. Im continue to use this laundry mat in the future.

High quality laundry employees are very nice and helpful. Well organized and clean. Its cheap and drying machines are free charge, you pay No money. Unlimited time you can use them again and again until your clothes get dried you pay no money just you pay for washing machines they arent expensive. Machines are good quality. This place is great— the employees are so friendly, and their little dog is amusing and sweet (while also totally respectful!)Machines are clean and obviously well-maintained, variety of sizes. Washing is paid (coin or card), driers are free (which means large/bulky things like towels, bed linens/sleeping bags can be dried fully).

I spent about $110 to get my clothes washed for me. For that much money I expected my clothes to not come back ruined with some random purple dye. It was on many of both my daughter and my clothes. This was just the worst one I found my daughters shirt completely ruined. For the prices you would expect better. I am so disappointed

This laundry mat is the cleanest one I’ve seen in Worcester and I’ve lived here my whole life. People get mad because the card reader on the machines put a hold on your credit/debit cards. But the hold does go away. It’s just a hold. If you don’t like that don’t use your own cards. Sign up for the loyalty program and use a FasCard. Ask the owner about it. Or just use coins. Yes they still are coin operated too. They offer credit/debit use, loyalty rewards, AND quarter use. AND FREE DRYER USE IF YOU WASH CLOTHES. So please stop complaining about a hold that the owner has no control over.

I had a phenomenal experience here last week. Because they provide wash/fold service, there is one (or more!) attendants present at all times. The photos online are a bit old but what laundromat doesnt get a little run down looking with good use? And honestly, this place is jam packed with washer options!! I was overwhelmed when I walked in and the attendant (Im assuming Sydney from prior reviews) was extremely attentive to this. They have a card system you can use with your debit/credit card to reload (first time Ive experienced this) so no more searching for coins! (This is why I came tbh). Free dryers with your washing so while the loads seemed pricy, you prepaid for drying and unlike other places, the free dryers actually work! And I *love* the washing machine cycles and the fact that only one machine out of all was out of service. So overall, I get the impression this is well maintained and serviced. So thank you for being a part of our neighborhood and thank you (Sydney?) for making me feel welcome.

I think this is the cleanest and best laundromat in Worcester. Machines are always working have had zero issues!

Great place to get your laundry done. My fiancé and I especially love the wash and fold service. We both have very busy schedules so the service makes it so easy for our laundry to get done. And it always comes back smelling fresh and folded so nicely.

I swear by this place, good prices, and clean facilities!Last night I had my first bad experience at Chandlers. The staff member was standing around the machines chatting with a patron while neither of them wore masks for over an hour. Very disappointing and something I know isnt the standard here.Ill continue coming but Ill probably call ahead to check whos working, I much prefer the young woman who works here. Shes incredibly helpful, enthusiastic, and kind!

Has WiFi, several TVs and the attendant was nice when I came in. Two bathrooms, vending machines, a few chairs and plenty of machines. A few parking spots right up front and the location was clean. The attendant gave me dry sheets too which was useful. There were some festive decofations. Also the WiFi is pw protected.

Best laundry mat in Worcester! Cheap prices and free dry, there machines work great and the customer service there is excellent; hard working, poliot, and very clean. Theyre always helping there customers out and making sure the machines are up to service properly. They have a great wash and fold drop off service with free pick up and drop off delivery, I was so happy to hear they would have it back to me that same day. There 80pound washers are only $11 and it comes with free dry, I was so shocked everywhere else theyre like $13 plus you have to pay for dryers people are crazy to not come try these cheap great washers out with free dryers that are actually hot. The young woman here greeted me right away & could tell I was a little lost with all the washing machine options. So she explained how much weight each machine could hold and how to pay with lots of different options. Super friendly, great service 👍

The owner Jimmy is great and accommodating! Sent out 50 POUNDS of laundry, free pick up and delivery to my door, spent less than $45! Clothes feel and smell awesome, will definitely be using his services again

I cant say enough positive things about this coin wash. I was so impressed by Jimmy, and his crew for the outstanding job they did with the laundry. Everything looked like it came right out of a store. My laundry was put in clear plastic bags, folded professionally. I would highly recommend others to use Chandler Coin Wash, as the prices are great, very fair. and the service is outstanding.

Great local laundromat. The place is clean with plenty of free washers. Can get busy on weekends, but its a laundromat.The attendants have been extremely friendly when I have gone there. Ive worked with the older gentleman and the younger lady. Both were more than happy to share advice using the machines. One time a washer load didnt rinse and the attendant caught it, told me when I returned, and gave me a free wash just to make sure. It added a little time to laundry that day, but I appreciate the thoroughness of the staff. These guys run an awesome business and Id highly recommend this laundromat!!They do a wash and fold service as well which is really cheap. Then they do your laundry for you and you pick it up clean.

Great place.. owner is always helpful, very knowledgeable & cares about his customers. Many new machines.. dryers are phenomenal.. my entire 20+ lbs of clothing, was done within 55/65 minutes... Including folding.. they also have wonderful services that you can leave clothes there.. come back later, and your clothes are clean, smell fresh, folded and you can purchase very sturdy bags at very fair prices..Great establishment.. clean & always friendly service!

Excellent service! Ive used the pickup & delivery service twice now and couldnt be happier. Jimmy is helpful, friendly, and professional. He will pick up your laundry at your home and deliver it to you once its done. Everything came back clean, smelling great, folded neatly and hung. I highly recommend his services!!

Just moved to the area and my washer needed to be fixed so I checked reviews and decided to try Chandler Coin Wash. I’m very glad I came to this laundromat. The worker had no issues helping me get started with the machines, he was very informative, helpful and friendly. The machines are clean and work great! I hadn’t been to a laundromat in awhile but the prices seem fair and they also offer free dry with purchase of a wash! I met the owner and he is very pleasant and nice to talk to. I noticed he makes it a point to remember his regular customers which is nice for an owner to be so involved and invested in his customers and in the upkeep of his equipment/building. I visited at the right time and didn’t have to wait for machines but as I was waiting for my clothes to dry it started to pick up and all the machines were full, one person left because they didn’t want to wait. So I suggest going at a less busy time and you would be in and out like I was. I will definitely visit this laundromat again in the future if needed and not consider going anywhere else.
