The manager Dominic /comes in around 8 or 9 to do laundry dry for customers. stay AWAY They make you feel like as a customer YOURE INTRUDING ON THEIR TURF OR PROPERTY!! Mind you the lights went out right at dark and although they have cameras NO ONE CAME. I had to call and tell them the lights were out for hours!!! This is unacceptable and so is. And so is making customers feel like intruders!!!! Some work snd cant was til then but the monopolize SO MANY WASHERS AND CARTS IM GOING TO TRY ANOTHER ESTABLISHMENY THt respects itsc$costumers

Of all the places visited over the years for the same service, this place is by far the most convenient, clean, and with modern machines of all sizes to use. Keep it up.

Place is slammed on Sunday’s. The woman working was doing a great job keeping the machines clean despite rude people not cleaning up after themselves.

My favorite in the city, its not too small, always clean and tidy.

Best laundromat in Worcester!!! Well maintained and very clean. Lots of washers and dryers available, all the equipment is coin or card operated. Wash and fold services available. This was my first visit and will definitely be coming back.

The best laundromat Ive ever been to. I was kind of afraid because I havent been to a laundromat in a long time but I thought my washing machines acting funny I get there and this was a godsend. They have commercial machines that can handle up to 8 loads of laundry in one machine I was able to wash comforters every towel in my house every sheet in my house in 1 washing machine. Unbelievable! It took 30 minutes and then to top it off they had commercial dryers what? I didnt even know that was an option so I put the same clothes into this commercial size dryer it took about an hour and a half for them to dry but its okay and it was worth the $6 to dry because I washed one weeks worth of laundry in 2 hours time this place is unbelievable they sanitized many times while I was there kept the floor incredibly clean the lady that was there in the morning shes really tiny and a lot of energy I made a mess by accident she cleaned it up for me no complaints and was happy to do it! I apologize like crazy but she didnt make me feel bad at all open the door for me as I brought in my laundry it was the best experience my washing machine is totally fixed but you better believe Im going back to this place and wash my clothes from now on Amazing. Then can you believe they will wash your clothes for you $1 a pound? When I dont have time Im going to do that and again it was really really clean just make sure you bring your laundry detergent like you would at anywhere because you dont get very much in the vending machines and its not there to help you launder your whole load if youve got a lot just for an emergency no complaints about this place whatsoever

75 cents per pound - this includes detergent and fabric softener - though you can bring your own if youd like. Blankets/comforters are priced by piece. The woman who works there is wonderful!

Half price Tuesdays, decent machines. Not worth the full prices during the rest of the week. No power outlets, and not enough seats, both of which would be a good thing to have available for customers who are waiting for hours cleaning clothes.

They have a few massive washers and dyers which are excellent for large items I cant fit in my washer at home.

Clean place

I had been coming here on a weekly basis for the past 2 years to do my laundry. I’ve decided i’m not coming here anymore due to employee “Elsie” who has a rude attitude every time I go in there when she’s working. She’s miserable and harasses customers who are just trying to wash their clothes! Lost a customer here!
