This was my first time in here. They took me in before my appointment. The gentleman who took care of me was courteous and got me in/out quickly. I would definitely go back here if I needed any of thier services again.

Didn’t make an appointment went in as a “Walk In” due to my hectic schedule. I took some time off work to go have my fingerprints and background check done for my CDL renewal, arrived to find them closed early due to weather, mind you the forecast was overblown as usual and the weather was not very impactful. I was very frustrated and not happy at the time however the return visit a few days later definitely made up for it. I arrived at 11:45 AM, Walked in, waited approximately 5 minutes to be checked in and then was brought right back in, the representative did his thing, I paid him, and left. All in less than 15 minutes! Really appreciated the fast service and convenience!

Easy to find. Good idea to go onto the TSA website and make an appointment so u have no waiting. Even though it wasnt busy when I went there they tend to get booked up and if your a walk in you may not get to be seen. That be that much more of a delay with something that can take up to 4 weeks to hear back with approval info. Quick and easy process just a bit pricey to do a background check but worth it if you travel a lot on planes or deal with hazardous materials with TT.

Applied for TSA Precheck online got an appointment quickly, Location was easy to get to, plenty of parking. Staff was friendly appointment took about 5 minutes.

Got what I needed after a reasonable wait time. Some of the people working there are pretty rude though others are great.

The lady who did my finger prints... Did not wipe down finger print machine prior to me using...nor after..and when I had asked for hand sanitizer she gave me a dirty look and put out that she had to go get some. How many people touch that machine in a day??

If it could give it zero stars I would. Website is innacurate and the workers are extremely rude and have a history of swearing at customers and driving away business. You do not know how many people I know who have walked out within five minutes of going in. Bottom line DO NOT GO HERE FOR THIS SERIVCE! THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS!

The office is not open on Lincoln St in Worcester at 10:00 am like it says it should be.. I asked the neighboring store and was told they pop in and out sporadically not a way to run a business of such importance.

Cheats..I did my fingerprints twice in 2 months for different companies. I mean, of its just a period of 2 months, why cant they use same fingerprints???

In and out, took me about 20 for the whole process!!!
