One of my favorite venues. The staff and security is always on top of it and helpful, the sound system is great, and parking is never an issue. Yes, the drinks are more expensive then youd expect; they always are at nightlife venues. This is always a stop on most cross country tours, and the outside events the past few years are wonderful!
Saw Dragged Under, Wage War, and Beartooth there. It was the perfect venue for such a show with that amount of energy. Bar is well stocked too with great bartenders who are friendly and good at making drinks!
Amazing venue, great staff, always the perfect variety of performers. If you like live music the Palladium is one of the larger local venues. With the pandemic shutting down live music the first shows back were packed with great entertainers and great upcoming events. They also added a food truck to the outdoor event that took place last weekend. That was the perfect combination of food, drinks, and metal! Grab tickets to the next event, they sell so dont miss your chance. I know I wont.
Loved the Outdoor venue, it was sold out but still able to move somewhat freely. It was impossible not to get a good view of the stage, the layout really works and i actually preferred it to indoor venues it had a more intimate feel. Will absolutely return for future shows.
Good venue for shows. Drinks are pricey, but what do you expect now a days. Security is usually pretty cool and understaninf, just dont bring anything stupid.
Great venue to see a show! Sound carries well and stage is easily seen from most spots in the place. Upstairs has seats - all with a great view of the stage. Downstairs is general admission/standing.
Five stars as always. The palladium is iconic and one of the best places for music in the area. I cant even count how many times Ive been here and its always a great time.
The atmosphere was great. The building was clean and updated and was a great place to enjoy a rock concert.
I personally haven’t been to the palladium in about 16 years however my husband and his friends went and they had a great time
Great venue, great staff. There was easily a thousand people there and everyone working the event were helpful, positive and even fun.Definitely coming back for future shows.
Had a blast although they could have a better system for the bar
Outdoor experience only. Show was good, maybe needs some chalk on the ground so people can figure out if theyre standing around, or in the beer line.
Great layout,Johns great to work with!Tremendous sound system and shows.Excellent turn out!Well done!
Awesome venue! Went to see Pennywise and NOFX for the Punk in Drublic tour on the outside stage. Sound engineer did an excellent job! They keep plenty of porta-johns outside so it keeps the lines moving quick. 10/10!
It was awesome!! I went to the craft beer & music festival punk in drublic.
Palladium is amazing, its everything you want from a show. High energy, lots of people, and a wonderful atmosphere. Its a little dirty and antiquated, but what do you expect from a concert venue?
One of my favorite places in the entire world. Amazing atmosphere, great people, great bands. You have to go here if you visit Worcester.
Totally get the concept of an outside show but honestly will skip any at this venue in the future. Every single line was pure chaos, all the porta potties were pitch black after the sun went down and ran out of tp, and most importantly there were no speakers anywhere but the stage area so you could barely hear in the back.
Havent been there in a few years. My cousins concert was the bomb!
Great venue no matter what anyone says. Outside shows I think have better sound quality.
Saw my first Massachusetts concert here.Saw paramount filming a movie afterwards. 3 bars, cigar bar later... Awesome night, all starting at Palladium Venue town of Worcester, Mass
Great outdoor concert area. Saw the ghost inside and it was a banger. Parking was easy and close to the venue.
Great for outdoor shows. Great vibe. Staff were very friendly. Great site lines. Will go back again and again. Food choices were pretty poor post covid
So the wait to get in was a bit annoying. But the show was definitely worth it. I had a blast!
Solid upstairs venue, and solid main venue. Theyve recently taken all of their shows outside due to covid and the sound still sounds absolutely great. This isnt my personal favorite venue, but its solid.
As always the Palladium is my favorite music venue that I go to. And the best in New England for metal and hardcore. That and the venue itself is beautiful. The upstairs shows are close and personal, and the downstairs are just fun and have really good sound quality. As long as they continue to be open, Ill keep going! Recently saw ICE NINE KILLS last night, and Sum 41 on Halloween
One of the best music venues in Massachusetts!
I love coming here for concerts
Very cool historical venue! One of my favoritea to see a band live.
Been going to this venue for many years. Always been a favorite for the high ceilings, balcony level if u need to take a breather and take a few amazing pictures/videos if they open both top and lower Venus. Bartenders on point and Ive never gotten a drink that wasnt worth my $. I usually get the grateful dead youre only allotted 2 per customer per night last time I was there. Lower level is more open than it was before. Good amount of opportunities to hang back but still have good spot for the show. Floor isnt huge but it isnt small. The buildings an old theater wat do you want from it? Its changed over the years recent renovation has opened the spots behind the floor to a much better amount of room. The rest of the carpet could be pulled up but definitely makes it more slippery over all so some carpet does make sense I guess. Go to the bathroom first. Just do it. Interesting set up but I like it. Maybe its nostalgia but Ive not gone to a show I didnt enjoy there. If youre in town and have never been. Check it out.
Always a great place to see a show. Easy to get to, well run, fast security lines, and open seating in the balcony if you dont feel like standing
One of the best outdoor venues. Sad summer was amazing!
Great venue. Well definitely go again.
$3 for water. Really bad sound. Somehow a pretty good atmosphere. Mixed feelings about the place.
During the pande so it was outside. Great show but no enforcement of distancing
It was a nice event of boxing the place was clean and security treated everyone with respect!!
Had an amazing experience watching sad summer fest 2021
Went to the Palladium Outdoors for an outdoor show. It was chaos the entire time.It took 2 hours to get in the door, even with staff checking vaccinations before reaching security.Inside, the line were ridiculously long for merch, food, drinks, bathrooms, etc. On top of that it was very difficult to even figure out where the lines ended or what they were going to.There is plenty of street, lot, and garage parking around the venue though!
Great venue, amazing acoustics, friendly staff. Thank you all for an incredible night!
Been trying for over a month now to get in touch with someone about their Covid policy. I have called and got an answering machine that says there box office hours are Tuesday-Friday 12pm-4:30pm. Has left multiple messages with no call back. I have also sent an email, Facebook message and instagram message. Very poor customer service. The concert I’m seeing is on Saturday and I still don’t know what I need to get my 2 year old son in. I know before Covid times he was free, but I am just wondering if this is still the case and if so do I need to get him Covid tested to provide a negative test result.
I love this place, always a good show here. I wish they hadnt redone the building, it was prettier before they painted it, but it came out ok. Always good sound in this venue and its all around a good place to see a show. I prefer it over the arena actually. The only thing I would improve on if it was mine, was maybe reworking the parking lot. Its a bit confusing.
Great place enjoyed Jonah Lucas concert
Show was held outside and pretty well organized
Very nice at the JOYNER FEST 2021
The Palladium is great especially for rock and metal shows. The upstairs is good for smaller bands, a sold out show for Wage War was insane there, and the downstairs is great for bigger shows with a big stage. It slants downwards so you can see from anywhere on the floor as well as the balcony above. The only problem is food for longer shows. They have what looks like microwavable pizza and hot dogs and some snacks which is fine for a three or four hour show but not for some of the festivals they have there and there isnt much nearby.
Great place with musical history!
The Palladium has become one of my favourite concert venues! There really isnt a bad spot in the whole place. Two bars make it easy to grab a drink and return to your seat or the floor without having to wait in a line. Bathrooms downstairs are a bit cramped but pretty clean for a concert venue. All the staff were pleasant to interract with and really helpful with questions we had. Cant wait for the next show!
Great venue, I come here all the time! Not the best place for young children or anyone who can’t take long periods of standing (there’s not many seats) The staff has been great every time, handling everything professionally. The best part... the music!! I always have a great time here and they book some great hard rock and metal bands (sometimes they have other genres but I find this is what they’re most known for).
Great show great time
🤘 Sevendust 🤘 Always a good time!!

Always a great time!
How do i get my mkoney back for the tickets i just bought? An yal moved the show again. 2 weeks befor the show. Not cool you canylt just be taking peoples money an then canceling.again.i want a refund!
Great place for a concerts.
Open, clean, sushi is good.
Sound quality wasnt the best. But staff were very friendly.
I went to a show on the Friday after Thanksgiving and there was also a big event at the DCU Center which made parking tougher than usual. There are safe pay lots near the venue that cost $15-$20 to park so be prepared for that. The Palladium was great, it’s large and you can see the stage from almost anywhere you stand. The sound was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. A good place to see a band you like, worth the drive from out of town.
Beautiful venue inside- went to a show recently and while I overall had a great time the bathrooms were constantly being closed down for maintenance. They only have 2 to begin with, one with like 4 stalls another with maybe 7 or 8 and there was a line of chicks going out from the lower bathroom to the main floor. There was nobody in the mens room and the worker couldnt/wouldnt let us in there. Missed a lot of the show waiting in that line and it was pretty disappointing. The place is old and Im sure the plumbing isnt the greatest. We will definitely be back, the place really is an amazing spot to see a show- the staff was great, they were dancing while still doing their jobs and were mostly pretty cool. Lots of parking and not a bad seat in the house.Just wish they could do something about the bathrooms!
Fun great place
Went to the Hollywood Undead show (amazing) and will definitely be back to the Palladium for future shows. Parking isnt a problem with plenty of surrounding 3rd party lots charging about $15. The facility itself was nice with security and staff being friendly and attentive. The sound was great and entering and exiting the facility was easy.
Not enough staff to service the boxing crowd on Saturday, 8/14/2021. Place needs to be revamped.
Great local venue
What a great venue
I have experienced the most amazing things in my life at the palladium over the last 30 years. The dozens of times I saw Sevendust there alone must have been at least 40 times. I literally grew up going to shows here
