Asked for a quote on a 3-piece sectional with ottoman. Pictures provided via text.What I would like to believe they thought was their Professional Opinion came off very condescending and unprofessional.I was asked about the original ticket price of item, which I was skeptical about but answered anyway to see where the line of questioning was going. After stating it was $3,000+, it was suggested I Trash it 😒 Because the material wasnt Real Leather and it comes from Indian 🤔 And I would be paying equivalent or more to have it upholstered. I quickly ended the call and went elsewhere.There are a number of reasons why someone would like to save furniture - and they did not know my reason, nor did they ask would it be WORTH IT TO ME? ...I didnt ask them for their opinion on what I should DO with it ... just if the job could be done. Yes or No?And FYI:It is my deceased grandmothers couch in which we have plans for & with!Thanks for being so casually dismissive ✌🏾
I emailed photos of a mid century thonet chair for a quote on Jan. 15th and never received a reply. So I cant leave a review about the end result. However, customer service needs some attention.
