I originally called to have my ducts cleaned and sanitized. When John arrived to provide an estimate he let me know that the system would need to be replaced. The entire furnace was rusted on the inside and the ducts had asbestos piping. I thanked him for letting me know and offered payment for his time, which he refused. Their technician did an evaluation and determined that the duct did not need cleaning, due to a breakage in the duct that he correctly diagnosed and pointed out. He did not charge me anything for coming out, and I will definitely hire them again after the duct is repaired and needs cleaning. He was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable.
