Service and price was good. They forgot to give me the moving pads I was supposed to get so I had to go back in and get them
I picked up a u haul truck this past Sunday 11/20 at 830am at Gas Cap Fuels in Woodstock Illinois off route 47. The man that greeted me and handed the keys over to me was great, I dont have a single complaint about him. He was nice and supplied great customer service. The issue I have is with the friendly staff working in the evening when I dropped off my vehicle on that same day. I dropped it off around 7-730 pm. The guy says what do you need when I walked into the gas station and I said I was here to return a u haul. We sit there for a whole minute before he finally replies and says well is it outside? Very rudely as if I was to know what step to take next in the conversation when he didnt reply. We walk outside to the truck after I reply yes, he doesnt say a single word until after the inspection and simply tells me the price. No more. No less. We walk back inside and after a few more minutes of no communication he just hands me the receipt that has a signature line and doesnt say a word. I ask him if Im suppose to sign this or if its my copy. He replies with a SHOULDER SHRUG. Then shortly followed by thats says its yours. No thanks or any other word came out of his mouth as I turned to leave. How pathetic it is people such as this guy have employment positions in customer service. I would never tell my friends to use this location for a truck and I also will NEVER pump gas here after how I was treated.Its a shame that one person can ruin it for everyone else.
Very convenient hours and affiliated with the gas station so easy to fill the tank up when returning.
Went to this location to rent a truck for the day...the guy didnt want to rent, so he said they were all booked...attitude was horrible...finally rented a truck from some other uhaul....been passing back and forth all day, not a single truck has moved...we will never go there again...
