I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. You buy the earrings and they pierce for free. They had two people pierce her ears at the same time. One side came out completely angled. I called the next day to let them know what happened and was told to take out the earring, let it heal and come back when healed and they would do again at no charge. I was upset but honestly she’s an infant and I know it’s not the easiest to pierce their ears. I waited two weeks (healed in less than a week). I had the same lady that pierced the correct side repierce the ear that was incorrect. I brought in the ear ring and she stated she could not use this one because it’s not sterol. I assumed she would replace with the same earring then. Common sense, right? She pierced the ear with a silver stud. My daughter has a diamond gold plated ear ring in the other. Now she has two mixed match ear rings. I asked her after piercing why she did a different ear ring. She said she didn’t think I would want to buy another pair. One, I shouldn’t have to buy another pair because it was their fault for messing up the piercing in the first place and secondly, if that’s the case, she should have at least explained that first to give me the option to buy another pair. Why on earth would I want her to have mixed match ear rings for the next six weeks?!I gave them a second chance to fix the mistake and they messed up again.
Not impressed. I bought my fiance a leo diamond from another kays in Austell, ga and wanted to get it cleaned while we was up here and also wanted to look for wedding bands, we are an interracial couple and my fiance walks in and a white gentleman who works over the counter, racial profiled my fiance. He didnt offer to look at the ring she had, he just directed her to the low budget rings instead of askin to see her ring. I am not impressed and will never come back to this location. You all have lost a loyal customer of years of doing business. I was in the market to upgrade her ring, but guess what, 🤷 not going to happen with yall. I hope this review gets well seen from others as well as the owners!
They kept insisting I wear a smaller ring size than I actually wear.

I went to Kay Jewelers Outlet located in the Outlet Shoppes of Atlanta in Woodstock to purchase several watch batteries. The manager, Rose Davis, and the watch repair expert, Jason Clark, were both professional and courteous. Because I had to wait for a time, I had the chance to observe how they dealt with other customers. In a word, they were outstanding. They showed the same expertise, knowledge, and professionalism to all the other customers. I was impressed. I would definitely recommend this store - and Ms. Davis and Mr. Clark - to anyone and will not hesitate to return there for services or jewelry purchases.
I went in to look at necklaces for my mom. I wanted to get her something especially nice this year for Christmas. I was completely ignored because of my age (I am a young adult). They only payed attention to the older customers. I finally got one lady to come help me after 10 minutes. Even then she was trying to be quick and said “so will you be buying anything”. Implying if not then she has more important people to help. I had a wonderful experience at the Kay Jewelers at the canton marketplace; the employees were very welcoming there. I would go to the canton marketplace location instead of this outlet location.

This location has always been my go to. They make me feel welcome, and that welcome is very warm. Connie and Rose helped me. Connie has helped me before many years ago. I came in after my brother had passed away and she helped me pick out a chain for a pendant that was extremely sentimental to me. After 3 years, this chain began to show signs of ware and needed to be replaced. Connie remembered me. And how I had come into the store with tears in my eyes. She helped me for quite some time pick out the right chain for this same pendant. With a warm heart, and patience, she sold me a beautiful chain. One that was more sturdy. One that would last.Her compassion, and honesty has made me a customer for life.
The sales associate that inspired me into finding my TOTAL dream ring was Rory! The level of professionalism and respect he showed towards me was the best I have EVER received. He is the most knowledgeable and most driven associate I have ever had the pleasure of working with. His character is going to flourish within this jewelry business and I fully believe he’s going to take this company PLACES! Keep it up Rory!
It says your open at 10 but nothing was open and was told they open at 11. Way to waist my time.

I recently on Valentines Day went in and bought my wife a new wedding ring set. I was helped by Natalie. She was so helpful in choosing the right set. She must have showed me a dozen rings before she zeroed in on what I was looking to accomplish and then walked me over to another case and pointed to what she thought I would like and it was perfect. She was so helpful, I returned a week later and bought another ring for my daughters birthday.The new store manager on the other hand is awful and rude. I was embarrassed to hear the way she was with other people in the store while I was with Natalie. I hope the new manager doesnt run off the good people who work there.
Bought a ring a year ago. Had paid for a warranty on it. I go in to get it fixed, they tell me they cant fix it because of an inspection policy thing. I was never told about this inspection thingy. All I was told was if anything scratches or any stones were missing then go ahead and get it fixed. Now they telling me cant get it fixed called customer service they informed me that the warranty doesnt even cover missing stones from the ring. WOW REALLY? That wasnt what they told me when I purchased the ring. The guy helping me even said Im willing to bet they told you about the inspection policy. This guy wasnt even working at the store when I purchased this ring. You dont know what was told to me. 100+ warranty down the drain. After all the jewelry I have bought there. Never will I shop there again.
I wish I could give a negative rating here. The salespeople were beyond rude to me. Not only did they try to sell me things I wasnt looking for, they insulted me and my engagement ring. The sales staff were pushy and they had a poor selection of bands, the item I was looking for in the first place. Do not shop with this store as the staff are rude and have a poor selection of jewelry.
After my bad experience at the Cartersville location, I went to this one. (I work in Cartersville and live in Woodstock). Great experience! It was pouring rain, but I made it into the store. I was nicely greeted by both ladies and had a short casual conversation with both of them.Connie was the lady that helped me out and she was so nice and helpful! Hopefully, I dont run into that bad manager in future visits other reviews have mentioned, but I enjoyed this visit.

Came in to buy a wedding band, but received no welcome or how can I help you today? Not even an acknowledgement to look up from their phones or a be right with you in the entire time I was standing inside of the store.I hope the woman who received her ring scratched on the phone gets better customer service than what I received.

When I first visited the representatives were very helpful and informative. After not finding what I wanted I visited the Kay store in the Cumberland mall. During this visit I ended up purchasing a Movado watch with a 300 dollar Kay service plan. After wearing my watch for a couple months I revisited the outlet store, as it is close to my house, to have a link exchanged and a link added as Movado sent me some spare links. The store manager informs me that I have to visit the store I purchased the watch from in order for my service plan to cover the work to add a link. I ended up paying the 20 dollars as it isnt worth my time to drive all the way to Vinings to have a link put in. Because this is my first mid-hi quality watch, I asked a few questions and was informed that scratches/blemishes cannot be buffed or polished out of stainless steel, even though I was told this was part of my service plan when I purchased. With some further research I have learned Movado offers the service to polish and refinish the stainless steal on their watches, so it is indeed possible.Left the store feeling a little looked down upon for my lack of knowledge, just not sure how you are supposed to learn without asking. I do not recommend this store unless your need is an older model outlet jewelry.
Very slow service and rude employees. I tried many times to inquire about my account and how our insurance policy works, since one of my rings was purchased at a different location in California. I was blatantly ignored, apart from one male employee who told me to move out of the way. I will not be going back to this location.
