For my birthday, my mother gave me a ring that has been passed down through multiple generations. It was in good condition, but it was too big, so I came in to get it sized. The person who helped me was so friendly, and it was ready to be picked up within a week. Art Jewelers did an amazing job! It fit perfectly, and it looked all sparkly and brand new. This place is gorgeous, the staff is super nice, depending on what you want or need its not super expensive, and they have a little bit of everything when it comes to different types of gems, jewels, and jewelry. I absolutely love this place and will be going to them for all my jewelry needs! They fixed my engagement ring thats been passed down tracing back to WW2 and now it looks brand new and wasnt expensive to fix. Again I absolutely love this place and the staff is so nice!

Sorry we destroyed your watch band… after being promised they could put on a replacement band I bought for my watch, only after cutting and destroying the original band did they finally realize the band wouldn’t fit. My watch was returned to me without even the original band- unwearable at all. I would have preferred earlier recognition of their inability to fulfill their promise to being given a totally unusable watch. I left there worse off than when I came in. - 😥LIARS. did it even occur you to offer me any kind of recompense? not even a dollar? how Christian is that ?btw/ NOONE explained: hey we need to destroy your watchband. never happened😕LIARS!you LIE.Liars. I took some old jewelry into Art Jewelers with the intention of just selling it for scrap. However they let me trade it in for some more up to date items. I wear this new necklace everyday. Art Jewelers literally takes your junk and turns it into treasure.

Andrew was patient and perseverant in trying to recreate my lost grandmothers ring. He spent a lot of time trying to understand my explanations and as a result he delivered a beautiful ring that is as close as possible to a very old ring. Very easy to work with and an all around good person.

So I didnt have much money at all to buy my girlfriend a engagement ring for Valentines day. I went in the day before a nice lady helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I couldnt afford it. Would you know these people dropped the price of a already completed ring then put the diamond I picked into it within hours of me walking into the store. I would also like to add that she loved the ring and said yes. If you want quality service and good prices on jewlrey these are the people to see. Thanks for helping me guys.

I was undecided between two lovely rings. I ended up getting something entirely different than the first two rings. Dave and his clerk worked with me patiently until I got right. I asked for a detailed receipt which was given for my records. I hope to go back another time. Honesty and quality is there.

Went in with a family heirloom ring. Was thinking of getting it appraised but the jeweler barely looked at it before saying he couldnt tell what era it might be from. So whats the point? Googling found me more information. Also no one helped me or even acknowledged me for 6 minutes. Just standing there. Poor service.

I had a diamond necklace that the chain broke. From my initial call to Andrew to coming in a few hours later for the repair. He was so nice and friendly and had my repair done in 10 minutes. He even repaired my watch battery. Second time using them and certainly going to continue using them! Excellent experience and great customer service.

This is such a wonderful store! They have so much beautiful jewelry you wont see anywhere else and the prices are terrific. . And if you love sterling like me youll be in heaven! The owner himself sized my ring and when I accidentally told them the wrong size to he redid it for me while I waited. I took a watch I bought at Kohl’s next door to have the band sized. They were strongly recommended by the jewelry department at Kohl’s. They said they took their own jewelry there to be worked on. Dave was great. He quickly adjusted my watch for a modest price. I love the decor of their showroom especially the metal ceiling. I will be back!Almost a year later I am still a big fan. I have taken Daniel 6 of my newest Seiko Dive watches to have bands resized.

My wife and I went to Art Jewelers to try to get a custom wedding band designed to fit her engagement ring. All I can say is, WOW!!! We cannot be more pleased with the work that Andrew and the rest of the team put in to her rings! The detail that they go into and the ability they have to create such amazing pieces is astounding! I even bought my wedding band there as well, which they took and customized with some hammering that was amazing! Everyone there is extremely nice and very helpful with whatever questions you have, and they really care that their customers are pleased. I recently had a special order personalized for me in very short notice, and they were so great to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and within a reasonable price-range. I went to five jewelers before I found someone who gets it. Honest, candid, listen to the customer, create, and fulfill...these people and Dave in particular (owner) are awesome. I had a difficult loose stone I wanted mounted in a certain way and Dave was all over it. When the ring band I picked out got backordered by the manufacturer Dave used their in house CAD program to custom create a mold, cast the ring in house and have it to me on time. In my opinion the best jewelry store experience I ever had.

I took my wedding set to be resized and Art Jewelers lost my rings. Although the jeweler prided themselves on doing all work in house, I was surprised when quoted the cost for resizing my wedding rings and that it would take a week to complete the work. When I did not receive a call in over two weeks, I went to the store. I waited while different employees searched and peered at me from the back of the store. Eventually the owner, Dave Meadows, told me they would need more time to locate my wedding rings. The next day he confirmed that the rings had not been found. Mr. Meadows said he felt it was a theft that took place during their stores renovation. He also told me he felt he was a victim in this theft. I trusted this store with my wedding rings - the ring my husband proposed with, the ring he put on my finger as he made vows at our wedding, the rings I insisted on wearing for the birth of 3 children no matter how swollen my fingers were - and they allowed them to be stolen. Mr. Meadows was quick to offer to make me a new ring, to give me a good memory but I do not want a daily reminder of the nightmare I experienced at Art Jewelers.

The folks there were Very helpful in helping me select the proper diamond for the ring that I already owned. They took their time-not rushing me-in the hole process. Made what I thought would be a stressful experience enjoyable.

I asked my girlfriend to marry my on Sunday. My mother had given me her first ring so I needed to get it sized for her first thing Monday. Obviously we are both excited and Art Jewelers was our first stop. There was a girl working the counter and the first thing I didnt like was that she made no attempt to come to us. She was in the back of the store and waited for us to walk to her before greeting us. We explained the situation and she couldnt be bothered to even really fain interest. She told us to wait while she looked up the cost for sizing the ring.Well the price is out of this world, CRAZY. They wanted $140 and a week to do the job. If we wanted it same day it was be $230. Mind you, they didnt even know what kind of gold the ring was and it is 18K which usually has a higher price to size up so it could have even been more then this. I also only see the price as $230 since who wouldnt want it the same day vs a week. Thats a crazy price.We took our business to Shane Co. The where extremely nice and helpful, they tested the metal, made the process very clear, explained everything from start to finish and after all that, the price was only $65 and a 2 day turnaround. We asked if there was the possibility of a rush job and they said they dont do that because it always looks like a ploy to get you to pay more, I AGREE. I wanted to support a local, small jewelry store but this left a very bad taste in our mouth. I am sure shane co. can do the job cheaper because of their size but they where SO helpful and nice I would have given them our business regardless of price.I wish we had met the owner Dave, it sounds like he is a nice guy and this may have made a difference but unfortunately we didnt and will not return. You would think that even if they are on commission and not to happy about a re-size they would keep in mind that we are going to be buying two rings for our wedding and want to earn our business. Thats a big loss as I am sure the rings we buy will not be cheap.Anyway, I hate leaving a bad review for a family owned shop but tell your employees to keep in mind that no matter how small the job, there is always a way to make a sale. And above all, dont sour the day after a womans engagement, I was very glad that shane co. could lift her spirits back up.
