This is the second time we have used Concept Flooring. Sales rep Anthony is great to work with. We quickly got on the calendar for sanding and restaining our banisters, and replacing our balusters/spindles. Flavian did the actual work, and he was fabulous! He did meticulous work and we love the outcome. We highly recommend!

Concept Flooring did a great job on our new floors. We have dogs and children, and Dave did a great job at recommending a floor suitable for our needs and desires. He came to our home with plenty of samples, and let us borrow a few to see how they look under different day lights. We chose a floor that was on backorder, and Dave kept us updated the entire time. Once available, we were installed in just a couple of weeks.The installers were prompt to arrive at the scheduled time for both days, and they were respectful of our furniture and personal space. They moved fairly quickly and had our floors installed in a day and a half. We demoed the area before their arrival, so their time was spent on some prep work and install only.We love our floors and highly recommended Concept Flooring. We look forward to using them again in the future if we have more flooring needs.

I am not one to write reviews, but I have never experienced the exceptional service from other flooring companies than I received with Concept Flooring, Inc. Starting with the first phone call,(which was answered by a real person and immediately followed with a salesperson call) to the final piece of furniture put back in place, I couldnt be more pleased. My sales person, Anthony, went out of his way to find the carpet I was looking for and stay in budget! Once ordered, the carpet came sooner than expected and installation the same. The installers were prompt, clean and respectful of my furniture. The installation is to be admired and the installation team didnt leave until all my furniture was in its rightful place and mechanical parts working properly. This review is mainly about my experience with Anthony. However, the workers who installed my carpet did a fantastic job.If I could leave less than one star for my experience with one of their reps Anthony I would. I had to constantly follow up with him to get any insight into the shipment of my lvp. Even when I did get responses from him it was short and curt. I went ahead and contracted him to do the work even though the arrival date of the lvp was an “estimated” May 3rd arrival. He did not keep me in the loop at all and like I said I’m the one who had to follow up to get any information and finally about 9 days after the estimated arrival I mentioned to him there had to be a PO number we can track so then he checked and responded with it’s in transit. I waited a few days and then guess what I had to follow up again with him and come to find out the order was lost and they used a no name trucking company I’ve never heard of. On top of all that I want whoever reads this to have this as a take away that Anthony tried to indirectly threaten me with the freight fee of the lvp because I wanted to cancel my order. He said it’s in my best interest to let him finish the job as if to make reference to legal action. He did this more than once and then came back and said the order was not lost but he still could not pinpoint exactly where it was, when it would get here, or when it would get installed. I called him out on it because I can sniff out when someone is wishy washy and not 100% with me. Customer never pays freight fees unless agreed in the contract which was not the case for me and I did not pay it. I settled up with the carpet install I had done and moved on. If one person reads this and applies what they learn from my experience then it was worth it to write this post. Run away from Anthony and ask to have a different rep for your project. He has no idea what he is doing and should be ashamed of himself for the way he treated me.

The crew was always prompt, worked hard and did a fabulous job on removing our carpet, installing and finishing hardwoods and refinishing our stair banister. We also had a carpet stair runner installed and its perfect. We got a great deal and highly recommend this company for all flooring needs.

I was referred to Jeff Fox of Concept Flooring and was delighted with the outcome. Jeff came to my house prepared with sample flooring and explained the differences between the various samples and what was best for the area I needed covered. He measured the space and provided a quote within a short amount of time. After changing my mind several times, I visited his showroom and it was filled with wonderful selections. When it was time for the floor to be laid, his crew showed up on time and were extremely professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves and left the room immaculate. I wasn’t sure how working with an independent flooring company would be compared to a big box store, but the outcome and the pricing were amazing. Jeff was patient, understanding, kind, communicative, and I couldn’t be happier.

Thank goodness for Jim W. and Concept Flooring, Inc. Integrity, customer service, and pricing are all 5-star. Would not think of going anywhere else for our flooring needs!

Jim Welsch is a great salesman who believes in the quality of his product and is extremely responsive. He coordinated engineered wood floor installation in our home 4 years ago and the floors turned out amazing. Pic included here. Recently our home was massively water damaged and we were amazed that not a SINGLE board cupped or came loose despite the fact the floor was under an inch of water. Both our neighbors were also flooded and their floors were immediately warped and popping off. Of course we still needed to replace our floors, but the experience speaks to the quality of the product and more importantly, the expert installation. The wood glue they use is ridiculously durable. We are currently in the process of installing new floors with the same company.

We called Concept Flooring, among others, for an estimate on installing the LVT we had purchased elsewhere. I thought I could install this myself but learned quickly I couldnt. Jim came out and gave us a very professional and competitive bid on the job. We accepted the bid and by the time Oscar and Pablo finished the install, we were extremely happy we did. They did a fabulous job on a challenging installation. Next time we have a flooring need we will certainly call Concept.

We had a fabulous experience with Concept Floors. Our sales rep came to the house and helped us pick out the right floors for our family. I did not feel pressure to buy or spend outside of our budget. We got beautiful laminate floors throughout our whole house. They came first thing in the morning and were done by supper time. The guys were friendly and respectful of our belongings. They move all large furniture for you! If you need floors Definitely give these guys a call!

Awesome service from beginning to end. Chris was very helpful in recommending flooring which fit my needs. It was ordered and installed in about a week. Installation was super fast and easy.. Installation team showed up on time and completed removal of old hardwood and installation of new floor in about 5 hours. Very happy with entire process. Also, special financing available.

My experience working with this company was great from the get go. Jim, my project manager, came out to my house to view hardwood floors that need to be refinished. We discussed all of the options, and the project timeline etc. Everything in the end he ended up exactly as he said it would. They even repaired areas that were screwed up from the original installation. The crew that completed the work we’re artists. Very friendly and courteous of our home. Overall an excellent experience. I recommended Chris and Concept to a friend looking for hardwood flooring and she also thought they were great. My only issue was selection of the carpet. I have not purchased wall-to-wall in many years. Chris tried to lead me to the best option but I did not take his advice. (He recommended berber. I selected high plush. Not a good decision since vacuum and footprints are very noticeable. But it feels great and looks great from the doorway. Oh, well.) Only other nit is that the installers went from side to side so there are 2 noticeable seams in the main room. Hoping that will self-correct.

I called and visited several carpet stores before finding Concept. They were heads and tails above the rest. Very helpful, professional and reasonable all in one.. Cant recommend them enough. Went out of their way to find what I wanted/needed and were timely and easy to work with for delivery.

I can only say good things about this company from my experience! Anthony was our salesman and was attentive to every question, even though it was a small job by most standards. He even showed up the day of installation of the kitchen floor to be sure everything was correct!Love our new hardwood floor, and will definitely call them when we decide to replace carpet in our home.

Anthonys attention to detail and careful pricing got us beautiful hardwoord floors, soft carpets that are easy to maintain and look amazing while still providing an exceptional service experience at a great price. I called Anthony as soon as I knew we were going to need new carpet and flooring in our new home.

We had a patterned carpet installed in the MB and you cannot tell where the seams are. Very happy with whole process. We also had hardwood floors repaired and redone last year We couldn’t be happier. So I requested carpet installation for a platform in my home through Home Advisor. No padding, just carpet to tack strip. I had quite a few competitive quotes. The project manager from Concept Flooring was exceptionally nice and decided to give them the go ahead. We were very clear on the phone that we needed someone who was very good at seaming as there were multiple pieces of carpet. The installer who came onsite, not wearing any formal identification he was associated with the organization, said he was here to install the carpet. He could not have spent inside of 10 minutes and decided that the job was too hard for him, he couldnt cut carpet that couldnt show seams. Granted this was patterned carpet and probably not the easiest seam, never has someone shown up and walked away from the job. Not even, let me call and discuss with the manager or owner. Life must be great over there! When I showed him the rest of the carpet all over the room had been seamed together and hidden well, he shrugged his shoulders and insisted he couldnt do it. They wasted my time and the owner called to tell me I needed to purchase new carpet for the job, they couldnt do patterned carpet seams without even showing them. They didnt even offer to send another guy to have a look. I wish I still had the information for the original installer. Completely worthless! Dont waste your time with this company, they clearly dont care about customer service or the fact that a job has to be done on their terms without recourse. Extremely disappointing! Run!5-31To the responder of my post, maybe you are not used to having someone speak up when they feel wronged. The PM when he heard what happened apologized because the installer handled the situation poorly, leaving us in a bind. He responded how I would have expected someone to respond. You apologized that I didnt have more carpet so you could do the job to that installers liking. The installer and only him decided it would have not come out right. You took his word, you made a decision not to come back out and have another look and that is NOT something I agree with. It was not 7-8 seams, it would have been more like 3 to 4 as initially described from other installers. Pictures were requested after the installer left of the carpet only to validate the carpet pile and justify the response to his concern with seams. HE should have taken time to discuss with you or the PM before he left the job site with his own pictures. It baffles me that you would comment Im somehow supposed to be thankful the installer didnt butcher the carpet and shouldnt be as mad he didnt ruin it? Sorry this wasnt a big enough job for you to handle it differently. We dont see eye to eye, no problem there, you did what you thought was enough except I disagree and its no different then when I hung up the phone where I was disgruntled. So I stand behind my reference that Concepts Flooring failed in the customer service department. Im usually extremely complimentary on reviews, wish the circumstances were different. Hoping you as well as your installer might handle this kind of situation differently with your next customer. You and your family stay safe as well during this challenging time.

Excellent quality work and great follow-up! Concept Flooring refinished all our wooden floors, steps, and handrails. We could not be happier with the quality of their work. They stuck to their schedule, repaired a few boards that needed replacement, and left our house very clean.To help us pick the stain color, they didnt just show us samples. Instead, they brought a hand sander and removed the stain from one area of our floor. Then they applied four different stains so we could see what we would get. We chose antique brown with a satin finish.There were a couple of small things they needed to address but I took a chance and paid the balance before they came back. Im happy to say that theyve already returned to wrap up the minor details of tightening the handrails (for which they needed to buy a special tool) and repairing one tiny problem. Thats a credit to their conscientious service.While they were working on our wood floors, we also added to the job by asking them to glue down carpet tiles in one area of our basement, which has a concrete floor. They did a great job of that too.

There was a misstep from a contractor and he came over and personally made it right. I cant say enough about his and Concept Floorings customer service. We had the hardwood floors in our house sanded and stained two weeks ago. The floors cover the whole first floor of our house and were in desperate need of refinishing. Concept Flooring did an amazing job! We chose a dark stain and the results are beautiful. The crew arrived at 8:00 in the morning and began working immediately. They were true professionals, moved the furniture into the garage (being careful with special pieces), taping off areas to avoid dust accumulation. We used Concept Flooring because they were recommended by a good friend who has a beautiful home. I would definitely recommend them!!

We had a really difficult dark hardwood floor, older but really great wood in a house that was built in 2006. We went back with a really light almost white wash look and it turned out unbelievable. The project went extremely well. From the estimate to completion, everything went well. A rep came to my house and she explained options and made the selection of carpet relatively painless. Dave was in charge of the project and he communicated regularly with me before, during and after the project. Carlos and Pedro were the installers who worked incessantly and were always making sure I was pleased with the quality of the project. The house was left clean. Wow! We dont usually spend time to write a review but our experience was so great with Concept Flooring that we had to share. We carpeted two rooms and the stairs, plus installed beautiful hardwood in the rest of the main floor. From the sales all the way through installation and cleanup, everyone was very professional, friendly and helpful. We are so happy of the results and have included few pictures here. Concept Flooring did an amazing job installing our Anderson Palo Duro 5” flooring recently. It generally takes time for me to thoughtfully consider a product and installer, but after receiving 3 quotes, the choice was made to give the business to Conept Flooring. They were helpful and knowledgeable during the quoting process both in their showroom and at our home. They provided options for flooring and colors but because I am me, I already knew what flooring I wanted given my earlier research. When it was time to install, the installers were on time, friendly, and they simply did a great job. Flooring looks great. Wife is happy. Made a good choice with Anderson and Concept Flooring.

I called Concept about a repair due to a leak and WOW! I can not express enough thanks to Jeff for his outstanding customer service over the phone. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and offered us suggestions on what we can try first before having them come out in order to save us money. What an honest and just real person. He was so kind and helpful and what I thought was an extremely stressful situation he eased my mind, even if we need further repairs. You do not see such honesty and good customer service in many places today. Just this one phone call and brief conversation tells me Concept cares and takes care of their customers! They never fixed the bubbles in my tile. They did comeback and use hammers and pounded on the bubbles. It didnt work. They should have replaced but didnt. It was very dissapointing.
