We recently had two bathroom tub/shower/tile floors restored and they look amazing! Mico and Connie were so professional and pleasant, and did such a stunning job. Kathy in the office is so friendly and has great customer service. All in all, a fabulous job!

We run a hard wood flooring company and have been recommending D’Sapone for years now. Usually the artist we work with is Tony, this time Mico and Connie had preformed the restoration. They did a beautiful job polishing the marble countertops. Just like Tony they arrived in khaki pants and polo shirts, laid waterproof tarps down, wiped down all areas and made sure the surfaces were clean before they departed from the job. I will continue to recommend DSapone as it is very hard to find to hard working and passionate contractors.

Beware! They came out and redid our countertops in several rooms. The job was quoted as a two day job. After the first day, we added additional scope at an additional price (both jobs were paid in full). They still tried to complete the job in two days - working very late the second night. They missed several spots and did not complete the work. They refused to come back out and complete the work without charging us an additional significant set up fee. VERY DECEIVING COMPANY. Became rude and unwilling to fix their wrong! Stay away. Mico is a crook.

These artists worked their charm on my shower glass in such a way that i no longer see any etching or stains on my glass. Simply in love with D’Sapone!

I hired DSapone to get rid of all the etching and stains on my marble floor. I had no Idea, exact what restoration process should be performed. Mico explained, why this issue occurred and just cleaning process will not be enough to keep my surface stain free for long years. He made sure once they perform the complete healthy floor process, my floor will never stain. Not only did he say this, their artists made my floor stain free with a 5 year labor warranty. They completed their job on time with no issues. They did a great job!!

Do yourself a favor and go on to the next. DSapone sent someone that did not know what he was doing and chose not to stand behind the work. It has the worst customer service I have experienced in awhile. If Cathy tells you she will do something, she wont.

My tile was cracked previously and when I contacted to other companies, they asked me to bring new tile. I didn’t want to create any mismatch on my tiled floor, as it is often impossible to get the same color of tile installed on our floor. Finally, I got in touch with D’Sapone and they repaired my cracked tile with their transcendent filler from pFOkUS, Sentura. It provided a very strong bonding between the cracks with its most natural thin lines. Their artist pigmented this product according to color of my tile.
