Mason was very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful with fixing my phone and providing me all the information I needed. I only had to wait 15 minutes for my screen to get fixed. Mason was very polite, professional, and skilled at his job. My boyfriend and I came in to fix his broken iPhone screen. Mason completed the job in 20 minutes while we did a little shopping, and even walked us through how he fixed the screen! He was so nice we ended up buying two new screen protectors and phone cases that he applied to our phones himself. 10/10 experience.

Great place. Very well let lit and clean. The people were very polite, knowledgeable and forthcoming.We had an iPad 10pro repaired after the screen cracked and touch began to no longer be recognized.279$ seemed a little steep but they showed me what all needed replaced on the pro model and it made me feel better about my choice.Repair was done in just over an hour and the iPad is back to working flawlessly.

While recently at the Woodstock Walmart to do a return, I spotted this small store inside. Sooo glad that I stopped in to check them out!!!I was in need of a car phone mount and a new iPhone case, and they had Such a beautiful, jazzy selection of phone cases and a Very cool, high-tech car phone mount that will actually charge my phone wirelessly!!!! I went to CPR to get my camera phone fixed due to water damage and the worker at the front said it’ll take over night to fix. However, I had plans the next day and wouldn’t be able to pick it up. My best friend told me about this place which is usually where she goes to get her phone fixed and it takes about 20-30 minutes to complete, so I decided to try it. The worker, Ash, at the front desk was really nice and got the job done! I definitely recommend this place to come get your phone fixed.

Never really been to a phone repair store, but the only place that I have been recommended is Cellairis. I’ve never even heard of places that can correctly fix iPhones either especially when it starts touching random spots on the screen.Typically, the thing to do is to buy a brand new phone, but Mason had shown me that it definitely doesn’t need to be that way anymore.Mason, the professional Cellairis employee who helped me with my phone, was amazingly polite, very helpful, and widely informative about everything with the service. With customer service being top notch, the phone repair for a phone that most would consider broke beyond repair took only 25 minutes and was reasonably priced!I am not going to look for another phone repair place nor consider one since I found the perfect place. If any management looks at this review, make sure to give Mason a promotion for outstanding skills and service.

I came in to get my phone repaired after dropping it in water. Also I was unable to charge the phone. Ash told me the phone could be fixed the same day. I was not expecting that. Although the phone was beyond repair his service was great! I ended up buying a charging mount and looking at some other phones. The back of my Samsung galaxy S10+ was shattered to oblivion. Estimates put repairing my phone at $100+ and having to go a few days without my phone but in literally 10 minutes for $70 my back screen was beautiful and brand new. Great service.

After going to four different “iphone repair “ shops, I finally got my iphone fixed for less than half of what I was quoted! The men at Cellairis on hwy 92 actually diagnosed the two problems, and the manager had them repaired within an hour! All three other stores told me I needed to buy a new phone!🙄 I actuallly just needed a new battery and a new charging port! Honesty and knowledge are almost impossible to find in phone repair stores, but I found them both here today. He also taught me so much about caring for my phone. I had my phone fixed last week I phone x and they charged me 145 dollars and now my phone just glitch and it move it self out there was two I think Indian or Pakistani and they didn’t do good job at all and I’m going soon to them to see what happened because that’s not worth my money at all so I don’t prefer to go to this place after what they did to my phone because it was a lil broken and I still can use it way better than after I fix it

I had my iPhone 11 Pro screen fixed here. Paid $200 for it and the screen is an off market screen. The quality is poor and my front facing camera is now very poor quality. I was pressured to leave a review before I left so I waited. Sometimes when I plug in a chord it makes the senses on the screen go crazy. And overall the quality is not worth $200.

They scammed my elderly father into buying a regular iPhone car charger for $60 and when I came back to return it the next day, they said they’re going to take 40% of my return for “restocking fees” when the charger box hadn’t even been opened. This is such a freaking scam. Do not shop at this place.
