Just want to give a shout out to uBreakiFix on Towne Lake. Dropped a phone off last week with a cracked screen and had other issues internally (stripped screw). Long story short, there was more damage done while trying to fix it, so they ordered a new phone to cover the issue and couldnt have been nicer about it. They are here now staying late with me transfering the data and contacts. Couldnt have been a better experience for the happenstance. Good people here. Shout out to Derek and Adam for being super helpful and staying late!

Did not use them. Called for assistance. The person on the phone wasnt rude, but wasnt friendly either. Not sure what the going rate for screens are, but it was $300. Send pretty excessive. Ill wait 2 days for my insurance to take care of it for $50.

I went in requesting warranty work on my Galaxy S21. I didnt get the name of the guy who took my phone in, but he was very polite and professional. Told me exactly what the plan was to fix it, and gave a timeframe of about two hours. It ended up being ready a little over an hour later. Highly recommended and would use them in the future.

Great place to get your gadgets repaired. A bit on the expensive side for repairs. Was charge for a service covered by Samsung! Not a good feeling, but needed the device so I paid.

I had a great experience here. I was dreading a lot of paperwork to fill out and hassle but it was super quick, easy and efficient. My phone was repaired back to just like new and they had it done when promised. Couldnt behappier!

I unfortunately dropped my iPhone about 6 months ago, the glass back was shattered. I used the phone in this condition for about 5 months. I called ubreakifix to see if they could replace the back, the gentleman told me he could order the part for a 25.00 deposit. I waiting for a week until he had the part. About a week later I dropped the phone off for repair. I dropped the phone off on a Friday at 11:00 after taking a few pictures at work. I picked the phone up before close, took it home and tried to take a picture for a small store I own. The camera was completely black. I called the following morning to tell them about the issue with the phone. The young man told me I must’ve broken the phone myself after pick up. I told him I was sure I hadn’t. I came into the store, he held it in his hand without even opening it and told me they ran a diagnostic test before I left and the phone was fine. He offered me a full refund, which I accepted. A few days later I decided to replace the case on my phone and realized the back was falling off. I once again called them just to tell them, but decided to do nothing about it and leave the case on since they already refunded my money. A few days later I woke up to find my screen was no longer working. The phone was unusable. I called ubreakifix they once again said I must’ve broken the phone myself. I had to go purchase another phone since my phone is no longer usable. This time I purchased the insurance! I still owed 500.00 on the phone that I’m still paying on. At this time they still have my old phone that they have been attempting to repair. They say the screen is working, but the camera is still out. I won’t be able to sell the phone that I now have to it pay off. Take my advice and buy the insurance instead. I would only use this as a last resort if your phone is paid off and you don’t care if it breaks. The technicians are just winging it at best

My PS4 Pro had a problem with the Blu-ray drive. They found a used part to save me money, fixed it fast. Called me with updates, very responsive. 90 day warranty too.

Man these guys go above and beyond their needs. I had them help me resolve several issues with my phone. And then. At no fault of theirs they worked on it after they already fixed it to help me get it up to trade in status at no extra cost to me. Well needless to say Im enjoying my brand new note 20 ultra thanks to them and was able to trade it my old device and get 200 + bucks off the cost. These guys rock and I highly recommend them. They even stayed open late the first time so I would be able to pick up my phone and have it that night. They are my go to guys from now on for any and all cell phones needs. Even if its just a charger or screen protector they got my bisness for life!!! Thanks guys.

I called the Woodstock location on a Monday, spoke to a very nice guy named Adam. I explained the problem, brought in my laptop a couple of hours later, and less than 3 hours after that, I picked it back up. He replaced the hard drive at a very reasonable cost, and it works great now!

Went in for a diagnostics on my PC because the graphics card fans were not spinning. They were able to tell me what was wrong and how to fix it. No charge for diagnostics. Dan performed the diagnostics and was very nice. Highly recommend!
