Incompetent. I brought my phone in under warranty and with a claim, and they claimed my phone didnt match the ein with the insured and covered phone.Called the warranty company back and they scheduled with another store, but then decided to confirm the number. They confirmed it was the correct phone. So I ended up having to drive 25 minutes away to a different store.All because someone was either too lazy or too incompetent to do their job.

Lets see, this place is about like every other waffle House.

1st time customer: Clean store with great prices. My technician Sam was very good with his customer service skills; very caring individual and truly showed an effort to make customers satisfied. I watched him deal with several customers while I waited on a phone repair and was very, very impressed.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone and when I called about it, I was greeted by a live person who kindly answered my questions, quoted me an approximate price and estimated time for repair. When I brought my phone to the store, the price was right and the repair time was much faster. Nice, very nice!

Everyone was super helpful, and gave me feedback. They were straight forward about what they could and could not repair. Thanks to everyone who helped. Wish I remembered names :/ but everyone there was very nice to me!

Found them after our original location for a screen repair ended up not having the parts to replace the screen despite saying they did. Definitely glad I found this place instead. Not only were they cheaper, but they were able to fix the screen in an hour (half the time from the other place). I definitely recommend We Fix It for screen repairs.

The repair went well, the only problem is I got half way home, tried to use the phone and it did not connect. It said it could not find the network, so I carried it back, which cost me an hour to and from. Got there and they had forgot to put the SIM card back in the phone! Seems like this should have been checked and done before I left the store. Thank you

I made an appt on-line to have my I-phone port and battery tested. I arrived on time and spoke with Larry. Larry was extremely helpful and explanatory. Left the phone with them. 2 hours later, picked it up - and its like brand new! AND....by going on-line, I used a discount coupon and it saved me some money.Great !

I had my phone screen fixed here a few weeks ago after it shattered. It seemed to be working fine until a few days ago when my screen has started to leave transparent images and made it unable to use. I can only assume this is a result of the screen not being repaired properly. It is aggravating because since I payed for the screen to be repaired already, I shouldnt have to worry about it continuing to have problems.

I had my phone battery replaced and they were able to service me ASAP, cleaned my phone, and gave me and option to save $10 on the purchase. I have no complaints.

Took my Iphone 6 to Batteries Plus for a battery replacement. Found a coupon for $10 on the internet when I set up the appointment. The process was easy, dropped off the phone and went next door to Chick-fil-a for breakfast. Thirty minutes later I went back and the phone was ready. Unfortunately the first battery must have been bad, the phone started shutting itself down and restarting over and over. So, I took the phone back and they replaced the battery again without any fuss or argument. This time it worked just fine, as a matter of fact this is the best my phone has worked in a year or so. I recommend Batteries Plus at Woodstock without reservation.

All they had to do was fix front of Samsung galaxy s8+ during process of removing backing the girl cracked it. They didnt have the backing so even though it was free it took 2.5 hrs longer because i had to drive to another store which was 30 min away with traffic in beginning of rush hour plus 1hr to get home.
