This is the 2nd time being here and i must say the personal are very prompt and quick to see the reason youre there so they can take care of your vehicle and if they see something, they come and let you or tell you in a certain length of time this needs to be taken care of, am i happy with the service, heck yes

Customer service was friendly and professional. The job was done within a reasonable time and even with me knowing my air filter box was missing a bolt. The service tech still informed me of it. Which shows honesty and I greatly appreciate that in car service nowadays.I will be coming back again.

The staff are friendly, but I felt as though they were trying to scam me into requesting services that were not required other than just an oil change. I didnt realize at the time when they were trying to up-sell me a transmission tune-up and coolant system flush that they had written down my cars mileage exactly 50,000 less than what is actually read on the odometer. I strongly feel the technicians purposefully did this to make create a sense of urgency that my car is overdue even after telling them that I had already my mechanic complete a tune-up and a coolant system replaced June 2018, but they were persistent that, because we dont have records of the work having been done we highly recommend you make an appointment since its recommended to get the work done every 6,000 miles or you can provide records of it being completed, which I personally dont need to do. It was my first and last time getting any services done here, because the staff are either illiterate in reading odometers (I highly doubt it since its a 50,000 mile difference not 5,000) or their supervisors and owner of this particular establishment are putting them in a position to scam customers by writing down incorrect mileage.Note that when I dropped off my car for its oil change the odometer read 194,673 not 144,673. Its not possible for me to drive 50,000 in Woodland for one day.

Went in for service watched an older man come into the door for service with his car he literally sat down for 8 min the techs did everything so fast it wasnt even a proper oil change, usually when you pump oil you can actually hear the machine pumping I didnt here nothing this poor man got burnt for a filter at 25 bucks were you can get it at auot zone for 10 bucks I felt so bad I wanted to say something but I couldnt his bill came out to over 100 bucks 😢 plus all in less than 10 minutes the whole time the techs were acting really suspicious like they knew what they were doing I couldnt believe my eyes I will never go in there again first and last time dealing with them....

The interior of my dashboard was vandalised over 15 wires were cut to remove the things of valueSpeeDee-Midas work was thorough comprehensive expedient and they worked with me on scheduled days so that I could use my truck part of the time and they worked on my truck remainder of the time.They are friendly, knowledgeable and prices are competitive. They are assisting me with preparing my insurance claim

The mechanic was pretty nice. Little steep in the replacement cost though.

I went in for an oil change and it was nice and quick. Was there for less than 30mind. They don’t try to convince me to do any other work on my car but they did recommend services that my car may need. Over all staff was friendly and price was good.

Ive been getting oil changes done here for a while. They are ok. I have yet to discover an oil change place that I really thought was truly excellent. Its hard for me to trust any car place. Unfortunately, I have next to zero car knowledge so I have no choice but to take them at their word when they tell me that such and such a repair is going to cost you your first born and a third of your soul

I went because there was a light on my car that turned on so I took it to get checked out. They said it was the gas cap so they ordered it, we paid then turns out they ordered the wrong 1 or they recieved the wrong 1 then they tell me I was charged the wrong price and made me pay more which was a little irritating. And now that they replaced it my light is still on and i paid for nothing to change and Im sure if i go back theyre gonna want to charge me for something new. I do not recommend this place. Sorry. Friendly employees tho. Owner or manager, not so helpful.

I was super impressed by how quick and methodical the mechanics at this location were. I chose to swing by SpeeDee-Midas recently to get an oil change due to the fact that the nearest JiffeeLube is in West Sacramento, not conducive for my needs. These guys are amazing, and the pricing for my 2016 Prius is very reasonable. I hope this location doesnt move.

Excellent service at speedee. I dealt with a guy named Zac and he did great service. He didnt try to up sales anything just said what needed to be fixed immediately and what needed to be done soon as well with no pressure. That to me was awesome. Thanks again!

Good place for oil change

My local dealership wanted to replace my entire engine on my VW because I had a check engine light on and this place right here Speedee Midas said that I just had a hose that was leaking that needed to be replaced which literally cost only like $9 instead of $8,500 for a whole new engine plus the labor what my dealership wanted so for that alone I cant hate Speedee Midas at all of course.

Took in my diesel truck with what I thought was a serious transmission problem. They replaced the sensor that was causing the error and it was reasonably priced.

I come here for pretty much all my maintenance and repair needs that I cant do on my own. Ive never had to come back for something that wasnt done right or missed.

Was hoping to save myself a bit of time today by taking my vehicle in for a quick drain and fill of the transmission fluid. Lady on the phone quoted me $249.00 for a transmission flush. (I wasnt asking for a transmission flush). I mentioned I needed just a drain and fill of 4.5 quarts of fluid and what would the price be. Then the mechanic told her I would need to come all the way in for a quote. Sorry. If you cant quote me for a small labor charge plus 4.5 quarts of transmission fluid (should be about the same an oil change) you wont be getting my business! Dont need to try and be up-sold on products and service while I am there.Just got off the phone with your nearby competitor.. NOT AN ISSUE!

The worst place I have ever been to in my life, my breaks were working kind of weird so I went there and the guy named Saheed tells me that it’s the master cylinder and gives me estimate of 3 something hundred dollars and then they call me and say that the bleeders broke off so I need new calipers now and give me another 5 hundred dollars estimate and then when everything is fixed he tells me that me break pedal cylinder is messed up I should get it changed. Very disappointed.

Tried to overcharge me for stuff that might fix my problem. Then proceeded to run my credit which i did not want done and made my credit score go down a few points.

Bad tech service. Went in for oil and oil filter change, and a smog. Was told my air filter wasnt checked because it was too much work to get to. Less than a month later my oil pressure light comes on when leaning into on and off ramos because MY OIL IS UNDER FILLED! Checked my oil today and it isnt touching the tip of the dipstick! WTH?! Never going here again and earn others to steer clear. Besides that, staff is pretty friendly.UPDATE 5/11/17:So I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars. Apparently its a known (not so known) issue that VWs burn oil at an alarming rate of about 1 quart per 1k miles. So, thats why my VW mechanic in Sac filled to 6.3 quarts and not to the cars spec of 4.9qts, like SpeeDee did, which burned up fast and was the reason no oil was touching the dipstick. I am sorry. But still, to not check my cars air filters because it was too much work is not okay. My cabin air filter needed replacing bad, which only took me about 5 minutes to do.

Manager is full of himself. Avoid this place, go to Walmart for better results.
