Stopped in to see if they had time for a dip powder fill and manicure for my niece. We were greeted warmly and sat right down! They were all very kind to us and efficient! I usually expect to be in the chair for an hour but we were in and out with beautiful nails! Luckily, I work near this salon so I will most definitely be back!

I tried out NY Nail Bar for the first time back in the beginning of April. I went just to get my toes done but of course once I got there I had my nails done too. The owner talked me into getting gel nails instead of acrylic. I was supper reluctant as I am rough on my nails and have a hard time finding a place that can get my nails to stay on for more than a week.Well I am happy to report, as of today (May 5th, 2017), its been just over a month since I have had my nails done and they have held up. No cracks, no lifting, no braking. Ive already booked my appointment to go back.LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! I have found my new nail home!I have posted a picture of how my nails look currently & how they looked when I got them done.

This place has a great selection of colors and is very clean. They are also open on Sundays! Service was a little rushed but they were busy.

I followed the new owner Nan to this location from her previous location in Mill Creek a month ago. She and her team are the only people I trust to do my nails! I use shellac in manicures and pedicures. They always turn out beautiful! I never have issues with my polish. They are kind and great to work with! I highly recommend giving them a try!

This has become my new place for acrylic sets. I have had my nails done here about three times, and the quality and service are consistently high. Everyone is very professional and kind! My nails used to break all the time with my old salon, but now that I go to NY Nail Bar, the product quality is higher and I make it from fill to fill without breaks. They also seal the bottom of the nails which goes a long way to preserving the set. Highly recommend!

Everything was great until they allowed a self entitled woman without a mask in despite having a No Mask, No Service sign on the front door. Very disappointed they jeopardized my health just to make a buck. They sat her down within 6 of me, worked on her hands for a bit, then moved her for a pedi, and didnt even wipe the surface down immediately. No point hanging a sign, beside satisfying the state requirement, if youre going to disregard the mandate.Response to owner:It indeed happened. Due to your denial, I will definitely not be back. I understand you need to make up lost income, but this isnt acceptable.

I’ve been coming here since the day they bought the place a few years ago The price for a classic pedicure was $20 - now it is $35 and they reduced the service level so you really have to spend $45 To get the same pedicure. I really don’t like that. I have no problem paying more but the service reduction and massage chairs that don’t work is just not good value anymore.

This salon is my new favorite. They do a great job with my cuticles and don’t cut any corners. The staff is polite and professional. Little to no wait every time I go, and the price for a gel manicure is quite reasonable.

This is my absolute go to nail place! I get dip powder, and nobody does it as well or as fast as this place! I highly recommend! I have naturally very long nails and they can get screwed up easily and Ive never had issues here, no peeling or chipping for the dip even pushing it past 3 weeks! Everyone is nice and does amazing work!

I went there with my 2 other friends and we had a great experience the owner and girls were so nice. I did the dipped nails and it lasted really long. They did great work. Very kind and attentive. Will be going back!!! Rachael

Got the basic manicure with gel color and it was good. well done manicure included a little hot stone massage and a little scrub followed by hot towels but she charged me 40$, read a post from 2 weeks on here where they charged 25$ for the same service...so seems like honesty isnt the best policy here but the service was cordial and they did accept me 30 minutes before close time, I didnt pressure them to, they assured me it was fine. My toes look great. Lots of gel colors to chose from. Not sure if I can go back, I feel that being honest without someone to police you to be honest is a great business standard.

Stopped in to have a beer and tacos while watching Monday night football. Very nice ambiance and plenty of big screen TVs to watch sports. Greeted quickly, but I guess another customers payment issues took priority over a new patron. About 5 or more minutes later, I was given the beer I ordered when I was seated. Then...the menu finally made an appearance in my hands...miracle! I had the Street Tacos Asada and they were excellent. Just wish the service was half as good.

I shared a review on another platform and will do so here as well. Prior to my most recent visit I have been in to this salon a few times, the service from the owner is always rude and she seems totally inconvenienced to be doing your nails, but it is cheap so.......after my experience on Sunday I will never return. I was sitting in her chair wondering if the low prices warranted the total disregard for the customer experience. While receiving both my manicure and pedicure I watched the owner argue with a customer over the services that she was receiving. The arguments continued to escalate and when the customer requested her credit card slip to adjust the gratuity, the salon owner nearly hit said customer while struggling with her. I said something during the altercation and the owner then started to argue with me about how she was right. Terrible experience, horrible gel manicure and pedicure, and rude service providers. I paid as I thought it was the right thing to do, in hindsight I should have just walked out. NY Nail Bar, please make arrangements to provide a refund, the service I received was horrible.Also, if you have a groupon and cannot schedule it is because they have no intention of honoring them. On almost every visit to the salon I have hear them purposely be unavailable for use of these promotions.

This is the best nail place in Woodinville that Ive found! The service is amazing and all the staff does a great job. After I found this place I wont go anywhere else! My manicures and pedicures come out perfect everytime!

Very unreasonably priced and service was not as per price. Their service gets different with different people. I will suggest to check price before sitting for any service. I will never visit them again.

These guys do a great job! I tried NY Nail Bar for the first time a few months ago, and my experience was great. I typcially get an acrylic full-set + shellac polish with a natural shape, and they nail it every time. Ive been back several times since, and they have yet to disappoint. I highly recommend this salon :)

I was so impressed with my basic pedicure, I will definitely be going back! The attention to detail was excellent! The basic pedicure came with a hot stone massage, delicious smelling scrub, an incredible massage, and was only $25!

Nails were good but service was terrible. Rude, very rough to the point that she actually popped one of the joints on my hand when she grabbed and twisted my finger. Didnt ask how long I wanted my nails or what shape I liked them. I felt like she was being put upon to do my nails. Doubt Ill go back even if they are one of the few who do the hard gel nails. Very poor customer service.

My friend purchased me a groupon the gel polish with paraffin wax to congratulate me on my new job. I went in this morning and was quickly seated the atmosphere was amazing, I was ready to enjoy my day off. I made my appointment two weeks ago and made a point to add acrylic but I would pay the difference. They normally do not do that but the receptionist said she would make an Exception. The person who did my nails never gave me her name and spent the first 10 minutes getting up and down to yell at someone on her phone. I then, began choosing my color. She made rude comments about not being able to makeup my mind. She filed my nails and made me bleed on not 1 not 2 but 5 out of 10 fingers.When I chose a color she said she did Not have it and that she had one similar. The one she chose to replace it was slightly similar but could have used another coat. She slapped the top coat on and said ok your done. I KNOW my gift was for a wax. I grabbed my stuff and left after paying the difference, I will also get the polish fixed at my normal salon. Customer service was poor.I left with 5 bloody fingers and the polish that I didn’t want. I highly suggest you go somewhere else.

Wonderful mani-pedi. Clean and neat shop. Manicurists all courteous, very careful and good!! Did a great job on my poor dry callused feet.

Youll want to read the whole thing(!!):I chose to visit this salon for the first time because they had great internet reviews. Specifically Yelp, Google and Facebook. It was a great decision! This is a hidden gem in Woodinville. Its located a few doors down from Mi Tierra Mexican restaurant off 175th St downtown. Hardly visible from the main drag which is a shame because its a great little salon! I had a full set of gel nails put on and I kid you not, it was the best full set Ive ever had! Ken, the owner, really took his time and paid attention to detail which I appreciate. I did not feel rushed whatsoever. And they had at least six clients in at that time. His wife also gave me a great pedicure with my first little hot stone massage. Id been missing out! and to top it all off, I had my lip and brows waxed. They turned out great as well. If youre looking for a cheap salon, this is not it! You get what you pay for and for me, I think theyre competitively priced for a nail salon in this area and it was worth every penny. These guys just stole me from the place I used to go to which also did great work! Thank you, Ken! Ill be back to see you. Will put photos in comments if I can. Side note: they did not cut my cuticle! The cut on my cuticle in the photo was done by myself. Not cutting them at home again. My bad!
