I would never recommend this place. Went in for three pedicures and was bossed around and rushing through the whole process. My 8 year old was getting a pedicure and the tech made her cry, when I asked her to stop as my daughter had tears running down her face she claimed she wasn’t hurting her and this must have been her first time (this is not her first pedicure, we go regularly). The only exfoliation used was a pumice stone for about 30 sec each foot. I had 3 different people work on me and about two for my daughter. I was not impressed at all. Will never return.

I’m huge when it’s comes to cutting my cuticle and Chloe did a fantastic job all while keeping great conversation.! They were alittle slammed when I went but still made time for an unplanned color change on my toes and only charged me $15 for it! Plus they didn’t rush me to leave so I relaxed and enjoyed their massage chair while I could. 10/10 would recommend!

I was looking for two last minute pedicures. I called to ask if they were busy ahead of time, she had said no and asked my name for a reservation. When we got there, there was a party of four they just started on and two ladies they were finishing. By the time we realized it was going to be awhile before we were helped they already had our feet in water. We had three different people work on our feet. There was minimal cuticle work or scrubbing of feet, basically rubbed products on our feet and painted our toes horribly to rush us out. It still took over 1.5 hours. The water was cold by the end of the pedicure. We also saw six more people walk in after us with appointments. In reality they should have said that they were already busy instead of giving us lousy services for way over priced. I left there for $107 for two lousy pedicures! I even had to take my paint off because it was poorly painted. Dont recommend and wont return.

This is absolutely my favorite nail salon. The nail techs are perfectionists, take pride in their work and make sure you leave looking your best. I received a beautiful full set and pedicure, plus the massage was amazing!

I am from Texas badly needed my nails done. I found Dep Nails online. The absolute best pedicure I have ever had. The young lady who did my fingers nails was fantastic my nails have never looked this good. I will visit again when I return to see my mom. Highly recommend.

If you are going for a good pedicure.. go somewhere else!! They only use the hard sponge.

I got acrylics done here and while they were nice, they are extremely overpriced. Not only do they charge for gel polish which is understandable, but they also charge for length and shape! In total, my acrylics were $68! Ridiculous! On top of this. The gel started peeling off after a couple days and one of my nails came off! I will not be going here again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone.

Best manicure I’ve had in a long time! Did a deluxe mani/pedi and loved the hot stone massage. I highly recommend. I am super picky about my nails and the ladies here did a fantastic job. 👍🏻💅🏻

I absolutely love it here! I always and I mean ALWAYS get compliments on my nails. I use to see Ryan but upon his departure I now see Ann. Also, I love Chloe and her fun personality and always use her nails for my next nail inspiration and Ive seen her too, do great work! Ann is also amazing at design.Definitely try out this salon and even pamper yourself with one of their amazing pedicure services. I think you get what you pay for. Here: you will get liners in your foot tub, as well as disposable items. Those that work here go above and beyond in their work, customer service, as well as the aesthetics of the entire facility. Its more than worth it! You can tell they love what they do, and their customers even more.

Ive been going to different nail salons for years (cause I couldnt find a good nail technician) and finally decided to give this place a few visits. It takes a lot for me to actually leave a review. I am very thrilled with this place, especially with my nail tech, Lin. Shes definitely talented and has good experience. I dont know if Im a very picky person but I do have certain expectations when Im paying to get a manicure. Lin does a very wonderful job cleaning and nail and cuticle area (which to me, is SUPER important). That was always my biggest issue. Thank you, Lin for such an amazing job. Keep up the good work! Ill be back!

Blotchy and very uneven nail color application. I wont return.

I got my nails done yesterday from here, I wanted a coffin shape but not too long. I have been to many different salons that have given me a beautiful coffin shape, with a length that I can still function with. My work is very strict with the wardrobe & nails is a part of that. I told the girl who did my nails I couldnt have them too long because of work & not only did she not listen to me but she kept telling me that my work wouldnt notice & that shes just gonna do them longer. The girl who was doing my friends nails also kept saying that coffin nails have to be very long otherwise they cant be coffin. Which in my experience is not true. I asked her nicely many times to make them shorter and she did not do that. Not only is the length way too long but my nails are uneven and very messy looking. The filing on the nails were done very poorly. My nails look bumpy on the edges. They are extremely curved on the top, and are really really thick.The worst part of everything though was the customer service. Both my friend and I felt very attacked by the way they were talking to us. The girl doing my nails kept comparing my friend and I based on our looks and it made both of us very uncomfortable. I used to go to this salon all the time but after this experience I will not be coming back here.

Ann did a really nice job on my gel manicure. My nail were such a mess when I came in and I walked out with beautiful nails again! Very clean and comfortable inside, I will be back! They also guarantee gel for a week so thats a big plus for me!

These ladys were wonderful. My 1st time here and I was very HAPPY with my visit. Listened to my needs for my pedicure and delivered just that. Senior prices.😇 will go back.

Staff was very cold and unfriendly. I received an okay pedicure for $26 and also needed a full set. The manicurist asked me what shape I wanted, to which I replied a slight coffin shape.Her- that is $10 extra.Me- Um.. why?Her - We charge for labor.Yeah, thats what you pay for when you get your nails done, labor. The cost for a full set is probably about $1.50, the $25+ you pay is solidly labor. To charge $10 extra to just shape the nail, is greedy and ridiculos. I paid for my pedicure and left.Ill never go back, as they clearly did not care about customer service and only want to nickel and dime you.

Dep Salon has been a great find!I was looking for a salon which offered SNS manicures, and found Chloe, and Ann ( the owner) who consistently give, unhurried, beautiful, natural looking, SNS manicures. I found when going for a spur-of-the moment pedicure, whomever was available has always given an excellent pedicure.The staff are friendly, the salon is clean, and quiet music is in the background, all which contribute to a calm relaxing atmosphere.

They did a good job on my nails, but the lady doing my acrylics kept cutting my cuticles excessively with her drill and never apologized. Also wayyyyy too over priced. Even with a discount (senior or student) it was way overpriced.

Really nice place. Did an amazing job on mine and my moms nails, I got acrylic and my mom got shellac, her shellac last about 3 weeks because any signs of damage. Love it here definitely recommend

I walked by here and decided to try out their services. They offer various kinds of pedicure and manicure, so I decided to try out the deluxe version. It was amazing, and I felt total relaxed acterward. Will come back for another round.

The wait I noticed is a little long and people often walk out due to having no time to wait so dont expect your appointment to be right on time unless you are the first customer of the day. On another note I have never had a better mani pedi in my life! I got the deluxe and it was amazing! So make sure you give yourself time and dont rush them because the quality is well worth the wait! Also my acrylics didnt lift or break in the 2 weeks i have been wearing them💖💖

I have been looking for a nail salon to replace the one I had been going to for the last 8 years (new owner). I’m so happy I found this place, they are friendly, very thorough, salon is clean, they use high end colors and tools. I can’t say enough good things about this salon it’s so nice. It’s been hard finding a place I love as much as the old salon.I will definitely make this my new go to spot for mani/pedi.

I got a pedicure from Anna and it was the best I have had in a very long time. Very friendly and I didnt have to wait! Highly recommend!

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AWFUL, I WAS THERE FOR OVER 2 1/2 HOURS, I MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY DIDNT FIND IT AT FIRST THEN TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR THE OWNER, I WAITED FOR 1 1/2 HOURS THEN I WAS SEEN BY A MAN, HE DID AN AWFUL JOB ON MY NAILS, EVERYONE WAS OFFERED WATER EXCEPT FOR ME. THE GIRL WHO DID MY TOES USED A DRILL TO TAKE OFF THE SHELLAC, THEN WHEN I WENT TO PAY THEY CHARGED ME %55 FOR A FILL AND TO TAKE MY SHELLAC OFF AND TOES PAINTED. I WENT BACK THE NEXT DAY TO TELL THEM HOW DISAPPOINTED I WAS IN THE SERVICE AND THAT I DESERVE AN APOLOGIZE AND DISCOUNT THE MAN LAUGHED IN MY FACE, WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

Shellac is thin and very streaky. Pedicure is also subpar. I just walked out of the nail salon. Pretty disappointed especially since I’m going on vacation and don’t treat myself much. I had hoped this would be a good nail salon since the reviews look positive. Unfortunately it didn’t work out for me.

I have always been able to walk-in and get a shellac done. The staff are friendly but depending on the person who does my nails, the polish can last up to 2weeks.

Went to get a full set and had to go to my regular nail place to have them fixed the next day.Way too thick, bumpy and uneven, not filed properly and were already starting to lift. My nail tech in Bellevue who redid them for me was shocked at how awful they looked.I guess that’s what I get for trying to find something a little closer to home.

Come here before my friends bachelorette party, we have 10 people soni call 2 ahead to make appointment for medipedi and shellac, the lady agree to take us at 2 oclock . On Saturday we came a little bit early and they be able to take care of us lady early, the staffs are very friendly and clean, during our medipedi there are more people come in but i heard they turn them down which I appreciate very much for not try to rush us in order to squeeze more people in like other nail spa . We have a great experience here and will definitely come back regularly.

Payed $25 more for a shape and gel polish which is honestly ridiculous, i could see charging $5 each for those thing. My builder set was so done with tips which you’re not supposed to do, they’re too long when i asked for them short
