I have been going to this nail place since it first opened in the same parking lot before it moved to its current location. Back then it was called Unique Nails. They moved to the current location, it has changed hands and is.now called Stellar Nails. My nail lady is Kim and she is amazing. She knows how I like to have my nails look and what I want each time I go in. I don’t have to ask her to fix anything!

Came here for the first time with my mom and my mother in law. The place is very clean, simple and elegant. The ambience is great and there is a huge TV.The ladies will provide you with a shoulder massage as well while you wait. It is great!!

Took my daughter to get her first acrylic nails today and it was not a good experience. Nails were bumpy and messy looking. Tried asking Heather to fix it and she made it worse. Lesson learned, won’t be going there again. Not at $60 for sloppy work.

My mom and I came in for a walk in mani-pedi. Had a blast picking colors with Kim and Jenny. They were so sweet and helpful. Love the work they did to pamper us and make us feel so pretty. Cleaned up our cuticles perfectly. Thanks Kim and Jenny! Can’t wait till we need to get our nails done again! :)

Amazing ladies here and very professional. Heather is so sweet. Went with a friend and all social distancing protocols are being followed with masks, clear barriers, and plenty of space and by appt only. Highly recommend and I will be back. My gel nails have lasted longer than any other place i have been.

Has all the commodities you would expect of a nail salon with massage chairs and heated foot baths, as well as excellent service and friendly staff. We came here for our anniversary to get pedicures and got their signature service which includes paraffin soak and hot stone massage along with the usual treatment. I came out more relaxed than I would have expected and my feet feel and look amazing. Would definitely recommend.To my guys out there who want their toe nails painted... Acrylic needs to dry so bring flip-flops/sandals for your own comfort. Though they do provide disposable ones if you forget ;)

I havent had acrylics in 2 yrs so I am happy with how they turned out from Heather. My husband gets pedicures and always comes home happy. We love this place!

A gf and I stopped by after lunch and both of us were pleasantly surprised!!The salon was clean and well kept and the bathroom quite cute (yes, it matters).Donna took her time and took care of me doing both an awesome job and by keeping me quite entertained.This is the first place Ive come across that does the cats eye polish manicure as well which was awesome to see.I will say they were a little more expensive than other places Ive been to, well worth it but also worth noting.That written, I will definitely be returning in the New Year!

First time at Stella nails, Heather helped me she was very nice and did a great job! My old nail person didn’t do Dipped nails so I wanted a new place. Very pretty inside and very clean. I made a great choice by going there, next appointment in 2 weeks.

I got dipped nails and they they turned out really cute and well done, but it took almost 3 hours to get it done when it should only taken about an hour. Also the prices are ridiculous. An employee told me it was an extra $10 just to put plastic rhinestones in one finger. (We already payed $120 for the treatment, again a much higher price than usual). But in the end the nails did turn out nicely but if you are looking for a cheap, fast treatment, I would not suggest coming here.

I have been going to this salon for about 4-years. Everyone is very professional and very nice.

I scheduled an appointment for 10:15 on Sunday morning, I always like getting my manicure done before my pedicure, so that by the time my pedicure is done my nails are dry. I was all ready sitting at the nail table, when Heather walked in and rudely said “we are going to do your manicure, while we do your pedicure” because we have other appointments to which I replied “I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time too” I let them do both at the same time, but was not very happy. This place tells you to schedule an appointment ahead of time so that they give you better service and then they don’t honor your time.

The overall salon is great, never had problems until this one visit. All the people there do great work. I just came to realize that French tip is not Tammy’s specialty. It was my first time to get her to do a French tip. I told her it was crooked and frayed the first time. She re-did them making it thicker, supposedly “make it last longer.” It was as bad as the 1st time around. I was getting ready for a flight and didn’t have time to go back and forth to get it re-done again. So I let her finish. I also let the checkout person know before I left the situation. All she said, you should’ve let her know before you put your hand int the UV light, which again..I did.

Pulled and cut cuticles causing bleeding. Couldnt file nails evenly. I told her repeatedly how to fix it, but she was incapable. Couldnt paint neatly, paint on skin. Skin and nails still feel rough. Dont take the tea, either. Cheap store brand, bad flavor.

Heather the new owner has done amazing things with this nail salon and spa! Its a classy place with good prices. I love how I can make online appointments.

I was their customer for 2 years and I moved to another city. When I came back to do my nail, the owner was changed and there were new people working there. So the new girl Heater is started to do my nail. I told her that I like the almond shape and apparently, she said almond shape has an extra $5 charge ( which is crazy) and for some reason, I didnt get that part. When I got the bill I saw the extra charge when I asked what’s for she starts yelling at me that I told you. She had no right to yell at me. I am so disappointed and I would never come back there.

Wonderful experience

I went here for a year for dip powder but the last couple sets I had here were really disappointing! Really uneven and lumpy, and when they got new ownership (I’m assuming) they changed the process and the dip nails got so thick and uncomfortable, it got really sore to wear them! I do still go there for pedicures, because I do love the salon!

I tried this salon the first time after reading great reviews. I got dip nails as well as pedicure done. Pedicure was quite good, the polish is nice and is still holding. However, manicure is disappointing. The dip polish surface is very uneven; instead of pouring powder on the top, they dipped fingers in a jar (which is unsanitary), cuticles were untidy and as the lady was tidying them she cut into the skin and a couple of my fingers ended up bleeding a little and were very sensitive for a couple of days. I would not come back for the dip nails or manicure.

Alamo’s every time I’ve gone there it’s been nothing but fun and a joyful atmosphere, but recently I had gotten a shellac treatment and the lady who did my nails did not cut or soak my cuticles.... I love the place but this was a bummer.

They are engaging, clean, and make a great effort especially in Pedicures. Dont pay attention to the bad reviews. Every service provider deserves 15-20% tip. I saw reviews about how a client was overcharged. Dont cheap out when again they are just willing to pay attention to detail. Recommend to all in the area and will be coming back. Also, I have not seen anyone talk on their cellphones while they are with a client which I think sets a professional environment.

They did a fantastic job when I went in to get SNS nails with tips! Tammy was the person who worked on mine and I’ve gotten several compliments on them! The price is decent and the atmosphere inside is neat and clean! Worth a try!

I went to this salon previously and they did a good job with doing free-form nails. However, I went to the salon on Sunday with my girlfriends and we each got something different done. I went in for a fill, assuming I was paying $15 like I have with every other salon and every other experience with this salon. I was charged $23 for a basic fill, no color change, no reshaping, just a top coat. I was not offered any of their complementary tea or water like my girlfriends were offered.They both were overcharged for their gel manicure and pedicure. My nail tech did not converse with me, she filed extremely harsh to the point my nails at the base of the fill are STILL red, one week later. Also, I asked the nail tech to touch up a certain corner of the acrylic she just applied and that same night, that corner cracked. It has been one week and half of the nails have cracked and eight of them have lifted on the edges. Another thing I didnt receive was cuticle oil; something I am ALWAYS given at every salon Ive been to since I began getting my nails done four years ago.The salon was clean, so that is why I gave them two stars, but it was a terrible experience for me personally and all three of us didnt appreciate being overcharged for all of our services, even AFTER looking at the pricing for what we wanted. Wish I could say something positive about the salon, unfortunately, a wee later, Im still upset about my experience.

I AM CRYING!! I went in for a lash fill because my usual lady was on vacation. Everyone was nice and sweet place was cute and the lady that did my lashes did them without any pain and pretty quickly! BUT it hasn’t even been a week yet and IM IN SO MUCH PAIN! Most of the lash extensions fell off ALONG WITH MY REAL EYELASHES! I’ve been doing lash extensions nonstop for many years already and this is the first time ever that I’ve had this! I literally don’t have any lashes left on my eyes😭

This is the dirtiest place Ive ever gotten a pedicure I dont think they even cleaned the tub my feet were in. It was so disgusting. Do not go here!

Even though I moved from Woodinville years ago, I am still a faithful customer of Stellar Nails. Every two weeks I’m there for lashes, brows, and nails. Sophia and Kim are the absolute best!

So glad I found this place! I have recently come across SNS Nails treatment and saw that this salon had this service. Super friendly, clean and didn’t feel rushed. They have a price list to look at so you can choose what service you would like to do. And the complimentary tea is a great plus.

I have been going to Stellar Nails for several months after having terrible experiences at several other salons in Woodinville. The employees are really friendly and the shop is clean. I am sad to see the other reviews because I have had nothing but positive experiences in several visits.I am adding to my review because of my experience at Stellar Nails during the Covid pandemic.I work in a hospital so I really have tried to take appropriate precautions to stay healthy. I was a little fearful returning to the nail salon after staying home for months. They have done a great job in keeping customers and employees safe. You must wear a mask to enter to start. They take your temperature on entry and have you sanitize your hands. The nail techs wear masks and face shields and there is a plexiglass screen between you and the nail tech when getting a pedicure and manicure. They have other measures in place to avoid spread of virus but too many to list.I really do feel safe getting a pedicure and manicure during this stressful crazy time at Stellar Nails.

Wow. Literally just walked out of the salon and I just have to leave a review because Im so upset. It started off good, the male nail technician gave me an awesome foot massage. After that it just went downhill. The lady doing my manicure shaped my nails really weird and did a bad job on the nail polish application. Then after my mani/pedi was done they left me unattended for a really long time. Then finally the lady who did my mani came and said that my toes were dry enough and told me to put my flats on. Mind you, these are closed toe ballerina flats. I was shocked that she had me put the flats on instead of the disposable flip-flops but Ive been waiting under the drying lamp for so long I figured my nails were dry too. Come to find out as soon as I got in my car I took off my shoes and saw that my toes were messed up. Im so upset I wanted to go back in but I have somewhere to be. Please dont waste your time in coming here

Grand opening weekend, I went in and had the most horrible experience.They had the wax too hot and burned my skin.I had eyebrow and upper lip wax. I didnt leave my house for 4 days! I was in so much pain and I couldnt even smile or make facial expressions, because my skin was healing.

Ill always go there to have my dipping powder service done. Kim is great!!

If I could give it 0 starts I would! This place gave me an toenail infection, not to mention cut me while doing a manicure and pedicure and when I asked to stop because of the pain the male nail tech was so rude! Still made me pay full price after both insidents! Never going to this place again!

I got my nails & pedicure done and went there a few times, but every time are different prices especially the hand treatment also everytime I will spent at least $60 overthere. if I give less tips they were show their long face，I wont recommend to my friends anymore..going forward I will goto another nails shop.
