I have been a loyal customer of Nails 4 U for close to 8 years. Their staff is incredible, and go above and beyond to make every client feel welcome.Every few weeks I get a pedicure and and fill for my acrylic nails, and they do a fantastic job. I have tried other places in town (when Nails4U is busy) and no other salon compares to the care and professionalism you will receive here. I highly recommend the Green Tea Spa pedicure. It is so relaxing!10/10 would recommend Nails 4 U for their professionalism, friendly staff, and relaxing atmosphere.

Went here twice for pedicure thought maybe the first time they were just in a hurry but no both times they did not remove callous. All they do is put lotion on and and massage your feet gently. For $50 a few more dollars you could go across the street and get a nice deep full body massage. If thats all you want.

The pedicure was so bad -10/10 the technician was falling asleep while giving me a pedi. It was very awkward, and she had another girl finish my pedi. The full set of nails was perfect I loved it, the owner did my nails 10/10

Love going here with my mom. Ana, Trina and all the ladies are the best. They are all super friendly and nice. Ana always does my acrylics & she takes her time to get mine on point. Im picky and she understands which I appreciate because her work is great.💅🏻👌🏻

I have gone here for 4 years! Yes, sometimes they seem in a rush but when it is your turn they give you the best! Some are better than others and still I leave feeling loverly!

Took over 3 hours to do my mani pedi and only to find out that my manicure was done poorly, not one nail came out right. The guy was rushing with the finish coat because its closing time and all the nails were smudged. It wasnt received well when I pointed it out to the guy and the owner. I was also charged full price and were told to come back and they will put another finish coat on. I will never come back again.

Worst service!!! I did not get the same treatment and paid the same as my friend and when i brought it up to the lady when checking out she said i forgot and that he did all the services . Worst nail salon ive ever been too.

First time into this salon on 6/15/2021. I brought my 2 daughters in with me - our appt was at 5:15. They were running a little behind which was acceptable (30 mins). While we were getting our nails done some regular customers walked in and all of a sudden they received preferential treatment. They left one of my daughters nails soaking in acetone for approximately an hour while they tended to their regular customers. Our nails were rushed so they could get to their other customers. We didnt receive any cuticle oil or hand massage after our gel manicures. Not once did any of the ladies apologies for how long our service was taking. I did over hear one of the other ladies apologise to the regular customers that were getting all of the attention that they were short handed today. This was not explained to us while my daughter was soaking in acetone for approximately an hour. I was hoping for a better experience from this salon. I do not recommend this salon and will not be returning. Hopefully, their returning customers can keep them afloat.

Best salon Ive been to! Trina was wonderful and taught me nail care for problem nails.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. The owner Trina is AMAZING! I won’t go anywhere else now. I love how kind she is and the time she took to take care of my nails. COME HERE! You won’t regret it.

OMG I love going to this nail salon best customer service best people that working there and they do such an amazing job. I appreciate them every time that I get my mani and pedi done and they are fast too.

All the ladies plus 1 guy are all friendly. They do a great job giving pedicures and manicures. When they paint your nails it stays on for 3 weeks or so. They also do waxing, gels, acrylics nails to. When you get a pedicure they massage your legs with Hot Rocks

Made a reservation for 2pm, but no one got around to actually doing my nails till 2:45 (only after i pointed out that its almost been an hour).While the mani/pedi was alright, i wont be going back because of the clear disrespect for my time.

Brought my daughter here for the first time and they were so sweet with her! Shes 5 and they were so attentive and let her chat their ear off lol. Super clean with plastic partitions. Highly recommend! We had a great experience.

Did a good job. I got acrylic fill with shellac and cat eye effect.

Ive been going here for 11 years, and refuse to go elsewhere. Trina (the owner) is the sweetest, kindest and most gentle person. She remembers everyone who comes in and greets them with a smile and warm welcome. Everyone who works there is sweet, and does great work. I recommend all of my friends and family here.

Very friendly and do a good job

This is my secret spot. High marks for friendliness and they give an excellent long massage and also use hot rocks with their basic spa pedicure. I like the fact that their chairs dont face other customers. Not the fanciest by far but the best combo of skills and friendliness.

I went to Nails4U because I had a nail break off from acrylics I had gotten a couple days earlier (from a different place). They not only took care of me right away, but chose the very closest color they had to replace the color as well. Ky was very attentive to every detail and really took care of me. He even went as far as to touch up my other nails where the color had chipped/adding more glue under my nails because the other place hadnt glued my acrylics enough.This is my favorite nail place in Woodinville thus far, and Ive been to many of them!!!

Best pedicure Ive ever had and it was so inexpensive it was $20 and it included Rock hot rock and so forth. Dont go if youre short on time for the pedicure alone she spent over an hour on me it was wonderful

I got a matte shellac manicure, which was cheap (lol, get what you pay for) but I regret not spending the extra $5-10 to get it done elsewhere. The tech who did my nails tore up my cuticles and left me bleeding. The shellac was uneven, spotty and partially transparent (I didnt even choose that dark of a color, not that it would be acceptable if I had), and horribly uneven around the edges. The top coat overlapped my cuticles in some places, causing the polish to peel rather quickly (2-3 days). It looked all around horrible, not even worth the $25. Would not recommend.

Ohhh, the people who work here are so so nice and friendly. I enjoy talking with all of them, plus they have a variety of nail colors, styles, and shapes to choose from. Only downside is that I make reservations and they are sometimes late or understaffed...

I have been coming to this salon for over 10 years, and whether you want everything done, or just a fill, they are wonderful! Sometimes if you want to sit quietly and not talk, they can tell, and let you relax without the chitter chat, sometimes the whole salon is laughing, either way you will leave feeling so good, and looking forward to coming back! It’s an affordable treat that the staff makes extra special each time your there. You should try them out, you will be happy you did.

If I could give zero stars I would.Went in with a friend and they sat me down for nearly an hour before even beginning to try and take off my nails (acrylic set needed replaced). They brought in MULTIPLE other walk-ins and started them before me, and then finished them before me as well.They took nearly TWO hours to remove my nails. I couldnt leave because my fingers were wrapped and they just left me sitting for so long that my fingers were dry as prunes from the chemicals. Ive been getting my nails done for years and never has it taken more than 15-20 minutes to remove my nails.They then sat me down and made me wait another 30 minutes before starting my nails. I had arrived at 1:30 and by 4:45 my nail esthetician was JUST filing the newly applied acrylics. She filed so hard and for so long (over 20 minutes and completely unnecessary) that my fingers were cut and sore for days. Over THREE HOURS HAD PASSED. It was like the twilight zone... My friend had been waiting with me and had somewhere to be at 5:00, so we had to leave before my nails were even finished.I returned to get them painted since I had already paid, and before I could even get back to get them painted one nail snapped off while I was opening a ziplock baggie.When I went to get them repainted it was the SAME THING. They sat me down and ignored me forever. Had many other customers in and out and started their nails before even getting to me, even though I was there first. I FINALLY asked (as nicely as I could manage) how long it would take, and immediately the woman said Oh maybe just a few more minutes and noticing my impatience, she hurried up and came over to start my nails.It took forever to take the broken nail off, replace it, file it, and after nearly two hours I finally had them painted and left. I spent 5 hours total getting my freaking nails done.They didnt even put the gel coat on all the way to the tips and the paint all chipped off the ends of the acrylic nails. They look horrible and way before I need them done again.This was the worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing in my life. Do not go here. Go ANYWHERE else.

I’ve been going to Nails 4 U for nearly 5 years and I’ve never been disappointed with their prompt friendly service; and best of all, my nails “Look Awesome”, every time. Trina and the staff show particular attention to my specific requests for acrylic nail shape and designs, and pedicure needs. BTW, Mia performs an awesome foot and calf message. Remember to tip, if you request extra service beyond the normal time. Today’s visit was particularly nice, as they have updated the salon with a fresh new look and additional staffing. As an international traveler, I’ve noticed that their prices are comparable to salons in other states & countries. I highly recommend checking them out if you haven’t in awhile.

My Mom and I went to get our nails and feet done for my birthday and everyone was very attentive and very nice. They did a pretty good job on our feet, she cut my nails too short but no biggie. The issue we had was that we came in an hour after they opened so they were empty and we were in there for 2.5 hours. An hour into our visit more people started to show up, by then they were just starting our nails. After that it was all about rushing to get us done, there were only two woman doing nails and a line was forming really quickly. My mom didnt get hers done the way she asked for and mine werent finished but we couldnt stay for another hour to have her fix them. We spent over $100 and didnt get what we wanted...I wont be back.

This is my go-to place, even though I have to drive all the way down from Snohomish! The staff is so super friendly, but respects your space if you dont want to be chatty. They do an amazing shellac everytime on my nails & the have one of the best pedicure massages Ive ever experienced! I highly recommend them!!

Clean and friendly! When they forgot a coat on my SNS powder nails and it started chipping, they redid my nails as soon as I called in and treated me like a valued customer.

Love them, they are the friendliest in Woodinville and do the best at acrylics :)
