Ive had trouble at this location before. I set up an appointment the day before to change my oil. I arrived early and went inside to talk to the associate and he proceeded to tell me my name was not found.Then he looked closer and said they probably canceled my appointment. I told him I didnt cancel it. The associate told me it was canceled because they wouldnt have time to work on it.It would have been nice if they gave me a courtesy call instead of me wasting my time driving all the way there. It makes no difference if you make an appointment or not, they just serve whoever they want.Whats the point scheduling anything with them if they dont pay attention to appointments? I wont be going back to this location and I dont recommend it for anyone else.
Have been going here for years, and they’re always friendly and always seem to be able to fit in quick jobs like alignments and balancing.However, today they turned down my car for a balancing because of aftermarket wheels. I can understand why, as lots of aftermarket wheels can be cheaply made and possibly dangerous to work on, but they’ve serviced it before and put tires on those wheels twice before, and they’re high quality wheels, too.
Had an appointment to get my brake pads changed. Waited 3 hours for them to call me when it was done, like they said they would (I was on foot and needed my car for work the next day). I notice that it is 7:25 and they still didn’t call me, so I panicked and thought they closed the store with my car. Luckily an employee stayed past close. They didn’t change my brake pads. They didn’t charge me for the $22 inspection they did that I didn’t ask for, then handed me a $2500 estimate on recommended things that I know I don’t need. Massive waste of time and energy to get nothing done.
I have to give a shout out to Ricky and Rob for helping us out. We got a nail in one of our camper’s tires. I went around to 2 other local places that wouldn’t give us the time of day. Ricky and Rob jumped right on it despite the fact that we showed up within 30 minutes of closing. Thank you!

All in all, it is decent. I am in a bit of a quandary. It was technically better than okay, but not quite good.The disappointment first - there was no available sanitizer upon entering the premises. So i had to be conscious not to touch anything or anything on my person while there. And I had to park a ways off to maintain social distancing from other plaza patrons.The better - the service and the currently offered deals. They are running exceptional specials for the holiday. So if you need car work, it may be worth checking for those savings.It appears that the inner workings of the shop actions are above board. So try and see if you like it.
Eddy is the BEST! I’m in town from out of state. It started raining cats and dogs! I turned on my wipers and one was torn in half. I pulled in Firestone just at quitting time and even though it was late they replaced my wipers for me! Great guys! Really appreciate the help. You rock!

I towed my car to this shop for a bad starter. They took advantage of the fact that my car doesnt start, and that I have to deal with them, and they wanted to charge me $1470. When I asked why is it too much, they told me, because to change the starter they need to flash out the oil and coolant. Put a new starter, then put new oil and coolant, and to do all this, it is going to require 9 hours of work.I towed my car again to another mechanic and fix it for $450.I asked this mechanic out of curiosity, how much time did it take him to fix it. His replay was 1 hour and half. There is no need for flashing out oil or coolant to do the job.I am 100% sure, this was not a separate incident. It is culture there to maximize their revenue.I feel very bad for the elderly that go to this place. Very sad!!!!!

I always come here when my tire pressure is low. They always put air in my tires and help me out. Henry one of the technicians there helped me and he was super friendly and didn’t hesitate to help me. The reason for my 4 star rating instead of 5 was because I recently found out I had a nail in my tire and my tire pressure light kept coming on. I came here on a weekday morning and asked the front desk gentleman if there was any openings today to fix my tire and he told me they were completely booked and had 1 opening the following day, I couldn’t go the following day due to my job. He explained to me it was a patch job and would take some time which I understand. I would have loved to have been accommodated same day due to my job restrictions so I ended up going elsewhere where they helped me same day.
I just feel like I lost my 500$ with this people I went there for my front brakes and I left the place worst, never in my life will come back to that shop never ! Bad experience
Zero Stars. Dropped off for oil change/tire rotation/alignment. The drop-off envelopes are all glued shut because they are exposed to the rain. Staff never contacted me. 3 days after picking up my vehicle the oil warning light came on and vibrates badly on the highway. Called to speak to manager and was told he would call back. Never did. I will never use this facility again.
I had a great experience at this location because the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my safety was a #1 priority to them versus money. It made me so happy that they did that for me without me asking for anything! 10 out of 10!!
Ok, I’m disappointed for few things, one was I made an appointment and set for tires, that guy told me the tires will be the next day ready, but my appointment will be at 3 pm, show little early, and guess what, no tires,Looks like they didn’t order, ok they set me for another day, but now I don’t feel like I want to go there, beside I notice they charge about $230. More of what the website said will charge, (don’t said is taxes because is no way you going to paid $230 of taxes) and now that, I see other reviews, Not consider shop here, first the lie and second overcharge,with this crisis we’re we live now you think about paid more that what supposed to, I don’t think so,Bad experience from the beginning, like others said go by you own risk,I really don’t want to risk myself
First attempt at review got interrupted from my phone shutting down. On the fence with the service here. First up, the service center front desk staff are extremely personable and respectful. Second, I paid $10 for a quick once over of my truck before going on a long distance trip the next day, to which they discovered a leak of my front pinion seal (the $10 was worth it). Took my truck directly to the dealership who confirmed the find and repaired it same day under my warranty. My only issue really was that while I waited I watched as the technician assigned/servicing my vehicle would often stop to talk/converse, sometimes just stand around and/or hop on their cell phone for minutes at a time. The technician also seemed lost at times as though they were not sure what it is they were looking at or looking for. Overall visit took approximately 3 hours for oil change, rotation, and alignment. Very personable and jovial crew. But also a lot of chill time on business time. Valuable time.
I picked up a rental truck that had a leaky valve stem. Enterprise said to take it to Firestone. Got there first thing in the morning and they were already booked for the day. The Manager, TJ, worked with me to get the repair completed. Thanks TJ! Highly recommend but make an appointment first.

In my 3-plus years experience with this Firestone branch, they have shown me that they sincerely care about their customers. They are pleasant to speak with on the phone and in person. They will patiently explain the issues your car is having and respectfully answer your questions. I love their free lifetime alignment deal! The main reason why I didnt rate it 5 stars is because they dont offer shuttle pick up/drop off service. I hope they do in the near future because that would be very helpful!
Thanks to the tire manager, TJ, my experience just a few days ago, was AWESOME!!! TJ ordered the Firehawks AS tires that his co-worker, Eddie had previously messed up! And TJ called me direct early the next morning to inform me that he had gotten the tires in! After several phone conversations the previous week, Eddie knew a few days in advance, that I was traveling in all the way from lower North Carolina to Woodbridge, Virginia to get these tires and installation done at my set appointment time. Yikes!!! Anyway, TJ got on it and got it done! TJ also gave me an additional discount! He was kind enough to make sure, at my specific request, that my tire lugs were not over-torqued, as has happened to me at just about every other tire service place! TJ clearly demonstrated his professionalism to not only me, but to everyone there that day, both in person and on the phone! VERY slow, Ive been waiting for 3 hours for oil change, tires rotation and alignment check and I have an appointment. It is almost impossible to get in and out in a decent amount of time even with appointments and they offer no shuttle service. So if you decide to come here and have no one to pick you up I suggest you come well prepared..... phone charger, snacks, computer and water.
I was driving to New York and discovered a bubble on my Audi’s tire, a terrifying experience. I put the donut on and went to search for a tire shop. After unpleasant experiences at several tire shops in the Woodbridge area I was finally directed to the Firestone shop. The manager there could not have been a nicer person. Very understanding and extremely helpful, wonderful service at a very reasonable price. I was even out of there in time to make it home to dinner in New York!!
Excellent service, usually (but not always) open to walk ins.Service is slow though, usually more customers than mechanics. Dont come here if you need an oil change in 10 minutes or something. Otherwise the mall is across the street so there is plenty to kill time with, they will call you when its done.Speaking of, staff is extremely pleasant and professional.

Had a 9am appointment for a tire rotation. Arrived early. Still waiting at 10am for the vehicle to even be taken back, all while trying to entertain a 5 year old, and worrying about needing to leave for something else. (Which is why I made an appointment for what should be a quick service instead of just dropping in.) Asked and was told it might be the next vehicle taken back. But couldnt wait any longer. So wasted all that time (including drive over and back) to not even get a simple rotation. Dont recommend coming here.
I didn’t want to be “that guy” writing one of “those” reviews. I’m sure lots of people had great service with Firestone. I watched them come and go all day. All the same, here I am, seven hours and counting, waiting on a set of tires!It all started when I made an online appointment a week in advance. I ordered same tires to replace the stock tires for my Jeep. I wanted a match set because I didn’t need to replace the spare. I assumed everything was good and they would have the tires I wanted waiting when I arrived a week later. But that was too much to expect.Upon arrival they not only didn’t have the tires I asked for, they had the wrong size on the order! That could be a glitch with the reservation system because I ordered the tires based on what would fit that Jeep, and verified the brand and size before making the reservation. How could such a glaring error be made?So, they didn’t have the tires, but were able to get them from another store within 3 hours or so. So I came back 3 1/2 hours later, and you guessed it, no tires! At least two hours later the tires finally showed up and they would “get right on it.” At least another hour went by and while I was walking across the street to get a drink from the 7-11, (oh did I mention there waiting area had NO vending machines except for a coffee maker?) I noticed my Jeep had not moved from the spot I parked.Upon my return, another serviceman called me over. Oh great, my Jeep is done, right? Wrong. He only called me to the counter to tell me he found an error on the order and that I was being overcharged for the tires, by more than $300! Well, that’s a good thing and a reason I’m not rating Firestone with a “1.”But still, the store closes in 15 min, approaching the 8 hour mark and my Jeep is STILL not ready. I’m sorry, it may be due to the glitch in their reservation system, but when I planned this day, it wasn’t to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon sitting in the waiting room. Eight hours is ridiculous given I had an appointment for some lousy tires.
Went here to get an issue fixed that was caused by another company. Staff is super friendly and understanding. And I really appreciated the mechanic checking her work to make sure the issue was fully resolved. Im rather picky when it comes to choosing an auto place, but they have a repeat customer in me.
Traveling through VA we got a flat tire, brought right in and fixed. New tire and they even checked out the rest of our vehicle to make sure we were safe for the rest of our travels. Russell was very nice and helpful.

The only reason I’m giving them one star was because I couldn’t advance to this point without it. I had a flat close by and removed my own tire. They refused to assist because I did not have an appointment. I’m from out of town. I guess I need to schedule my flats.....finally found help at Sam’s Club.

Scheduled appointment for suspected tire patch. First time using this location after going to the Fredericksburg location several times. This facility is not as nice looking as the brand new Fredericksburg one but they got the job done quick and the workers were very friendly. I will come back for tire needs! Military discount is appreciated.

We went in for a vehicle inspection and emissions test. They were friendly and up front about not being able to do the emissions test. They even directed us to the nearest place. Great customer service!
Justen was very informative and he suggested me to buy a Firestone credit card which saved my $60 from the total amount. The overall service was good & quick but I wish they could have cleaned up the oil spill and the mess around the water pump section of my car.

Came in at said time, they had the printout ready and took the key.I figure I have time to spare and go grab lunch. Takes me longer than expected and I arrive back after 1 hr 45 mins. Now tell me, what is the point of scheduling an appointment if they dont honor it. My car was not even moved from the spot after this long.We let them know and they quickly apologize and make up some bullshit excuse and immediately take the car to service. Will not frequent again. Seems like only one guy was actually working on cars.
I really like this location I have had service here three times and all three times I have left totally satisfied and with a card that roll 10 times better than when I brought it in. I am truly thinking about having Firestone do all the services or my two brand new vehicles instead of going back to the original dealer with whom I purchase the vehicles from.
Train wreck!! Snail slow even with appts! Simple replace flat tire with new tire mount and balance, almost 2hrs walk in. Tire light turned on about 3 miles down the road. Now it turns on and off at will.For the 5 star giving folks, bless your hearts. Every single person when i was there in waiting area, were complaining. One gentleman who had already waited over an hour and a half was told his truck was up on the rack. He went to the back where he had parked it and it was actually still parked. Not even being looked at. Front desk person not knowing, or just lying and not checking bacause of being busy, i dont know. Enough to make me pay a little more elsewhere. If theres not in fact an even less expensive place.

Brought my Porsche Boxster in here 30 minutes before closing on Saturday. I only drive the car rarely and heard a very loud scraping sound as I was driving on I-95 so I became very concerned. They quickly found the splash shield had not been placed back correctly and hardly charged me anything.
This shop really helped me out when I was having brake and tire issues. Good product and a high quality team.

Was told that I don’t need an appointment, and service is on a first come first serve basis and to come in, I come in and they’re too busy with appointments🤔?!?!?! I called 7 first thing in the morning to schedule one and was told by JOSH that I didn’t need to. I’ve came here numerous times and had work done, not any more.

My Spouse went to get the car checked because it was making a weird noise. I told her it was the wheel barring. So she took it and since she’s a young lady (23) they tried to charge her 1000 dollars to fix the wheel bearings and said her brakes needed to be done but mind you she had them done 3 months ago. No way it should ever been that price. Please avoid! They will try to take your money!
I had a appointment at 12:00 Went in and wasnt told a approximately how long my wait time would be, i figured okay no problem hell probably keep me updated, Mind you there was like 1 customer in the waiting area when i was there. I waited sometime and over a hour goes by and the vehicle hasnt even gone back into a bay. I literally went into for a oil change. 1st time i went in the experience was horrible and this second time was even worse because i literally saw all the technicians in the back just standing next to each other and Talking. I called over to Midas and got me in and out within 40 minutes.
The guys at firestone really went above and beyond! I dropped my car for the day they fixed my flat (brand new tire) then also did my inspection and break job.. I was really mad that I had to have my breaks done for inspection but it was not their fault they really did need done.. over all they gave me $40 off each rotor and made my day much better and now I can just go renew my tags! Thanks
You will never get good service. Especially doing alignment and oil change. They will tell you synthetic, but they put lowest quality oil which makes the engine make noise.

In November of 2014 I went in for my lifetime alignment. The Manager and Technician both stated that I need a part before they could do an alignment. I left the location and promptly when to the dealership 20 minutes away to find out if their assessment was accurate. The finding was that the part was not only good but entirely false. I since have lost confidence in the Manager and the Technician there. I strongly suggest extreme caution when using this location.In terms of customer relations I have been to this location three times for other vehicle issues, each time I felt the staff should avoid belittling and raising their voices at customers.Trust your instincts regarding repairs and best of luck

Seriously? Takes 20 minutes to pull a car around? And a whole day after making an appointment at 9am? Why even bother with appointments if its going to take another 6 hours just to LOOK at it. And then after telling me my car would be ready in an hour, it still taking another THREE hours and then 20 minutes after that when I came in to pick up? This place is ridiculous. I would never recommend this place to anyone - go ANYWHERE else.

I would rate this experience as not pleasant today, I forgot to get the name of the person who entertained me with his annoyed and irritated service ( he had a point that I forgot to mention this sound in the first place and he was not looking for that but how can they ignore the sound when they drove the car back and forth and did not point it to me and did the courtesy check on the car ) when I went inside again after having a test drive after the job was done, I went there today for the tire installation and wheel alignment, I was released after more than an hour, for some reason I have doubts that the wheel alignment job is not done right because of the sound that the new tires making is still there as with the old worn out tires, that weird noise or sound should have gone ( in my opinion ) after the wheel balance and alignment, I will have it checked from some place else, and I hope that they have performed their job real good.

Avoid. Will lie to you.Took a loose tire to them. TPMS was working prior to taking it there. They changed the tire, I put it back on my vehicle same day, and it had a TPMS failure warning on the dash. Called them up, said I had to have the tires reprogrammed. Brought it back to them, they tried to reprogram but then said the battery on the TPMS they replaced must have died. I thought it way too happenstance, told the manager, and all he would offer is to charge me to replace it. I skipped because I didnt believe him.FF to a couple months later, I take another tire to a separate Firestone location for a new tire. I also have them pop the bead on the tire with the dead battery TPMS.The tire with the functioning TPMS was clearly a GM brand. The tire with the dead battery tpms was not only the brand sensor Firestone uses, but it was the wrong part number for the vehicle.I understand accidents happen; this store broke the original sensor. If they offered to fix it for free, I would have been perfectly content. However, what they did was break it, then try to cover up their mistake, LIE to me, then attempt to take MORE of my money to cover their lie.I called their manager with all of this, and his initial response was Well, those sensors arent specific to Firestone, another shop could have installed it. Again, completely trying to avoid taking responsibility.Only after I inform him that A.) I purchased the car brand new and B.) Ive only ever gone to firestones for tire replacement because thats what the vehicle originally came with. Only when he was backed so far into a corner does he then offer to fix it. . . After I already had to pay to have it fixed at a different location.
