I have not utilized this companies services, however I called to inquire on rates for my mother who needs her rugs cleaned and the women who answered the call was not customer service oriented at all quite the contrary she was rude. I do admit I asked what the rates are and what the process is but only because it is the first time using this type service and I wanted to be able provide my mother with details. I hope others have a better experience the first time they call.

Our new puppy peed on our queen sized mattress. We had to clean it the same day and these guys were up to the task. The quote was fair and the steam cleaning removed the urine stain and odor from our mattress. No need to sleep on the couch any longer our mattress is as good as new.

I spilled mustard on my carpet and some coke as well, try to clean it by myself but it just made it worse, called Woodbridge carpet cleaners and they were quick and cost-effective, they have a lot of bundles so I was also able to clean my second floors carpet, their work is just amazing will recommend them to anyone that needs their carpet clean.
