I hired Angela’s cleaning services for our move out cleaning and carpet steam cleaning. They did an amazing job, arrived on time, got to work immediately and left the apartment spotless. The crew had 2 members Milagrove and Jaclyn who were extremely professional and did fantastic job. There were some stains on carpet that I wasn’t expecting to be gone but this crew did it and made the carpet spotless. Will hire them again next time.

Great Experience with Angelas Cleaning. The ladies come in and do a very good job and pay attention to detail. If I ever have any issues, I just let them know and with no issues, they fix what I need fixed. If I need special attention on a specific area or an appliance, I just let them know and its done. Was told I will pay 85$ for 2 ladies. One lady showed up and I was asked to pay 120$ (special offer from Angela)! Thank you but NOOOO.2 out of 4 times they try to cheat me. Don’t recommend them at all. Always a waste of my time and energy. Every time the nice ladies show up, they have no idea what they’re here for.Karla the lady who booked the appointment blames her poor memory for everything from the size of the apartment to the number of workers (mind you everything is written down). The only thing she’s always positive about is the price (always an up charge)Called Angela the owner and of course my call goes to voicemail.Save yourself the headache and hire a reputable company.

This is the second time we have used Angelas Cleaning Service. It never ceases to amaze me how wonderful a job they do. One of the ladies called us while they were at our house and asked for clarification as we had our pets placed in a room so they would be out of the way. She even called when they were finished to let me know the house had been closed and secured. This was very thoughtful and professional. I came home and their team cleaned more than what was needed, which was beyond impressive. Even our childs playroom was tidied up which was also a nice touch. The house looked beautiful and smelled great!! We would totally recommend them to anyone.

I once cancelled my service as I expected to be traveling and last minute I had a change of plans and when I called to ask to reschedule my cleaning back on my usual weekly day, my usual ladies were booked. Angela made sure to accommodate my request and even adjusted her own personal schedule to come to my home and assist the cleaning team to ensure my home was able to get cleaned. It turned out I was going to have company that weekend, so it was very important that my home was clean. Thanks to Angela and her team my home was clean and all the sheets had fresh beds! We have been using Angelas service for a long time, and really love it. Coming home from a long day at work to a clean home is a wonderful feeling. I especially love the vacuum marks on the couch, Id never do that myself :) She is also super flexible if you need to move your date or time around. We use her service twice a month, and have recommended her to neighbors.

I will have to say that I was very disappointed with the cleaning services the floors have foot prints and shoe marks all over them because the workers had to come back through the house due to purely not caring about the job they did they werent that tall and didnt bring a step latter so they just didnt touch anything that they couldnt reach horrible. I wanted the place to look nice for the final walk through but it doesnt I feel really bad. It was supposed to be a 3 hour cleaning but they stated that they were done after only 2 hours. Im so disappointed. I even had to help them clean myself... They caused a disturbance between my neighbors for parking in a designated parking spot which I didnt know about, horrible, do not use this company Im serious!!!!

I booked a deep cleaning to ensure my house is clean before my family arrives for Christmas. Both my husband and I work full time so I was approved to telework today so I could be home for the service. My service was scheduled for between 8-11. They called at 9 to ask if we could reschedule for the next day. Of course, I have plans for tomorrow as it is three days before Christmas and I have family coming in to town on Saturday morning. I’m not sure how I will get this house cleaned as I have teleconferences all day. Very dissappoited.

Hi everyone I had to write this review to warn you not to trust Angela and her crew. She will play nice at first but still doing a really mediocre job. Then she will flip out for minor issues. She got in a fight with my buildings valet guys and even my neighbor.I was renting my apartment and Angela was supposed to be the cleaning crew. I went to visit after a few complaints from the cleaning and also missing towels and linens, dirty oven, bathroom not cleaned.It was the only time I checked her work and it was really bad, so def not trustworthy. Ten to top it off. She decided to go to my place, on her own since I had given her the keys but never called her to clean. She went and basically got kicked out for bad behavior. And she went in charged my card with out my authorization. SO she basically charged me $200 and she did not even clean nor I had asked her to come.So now she banned from my building. And had to call my bank and report fraudulent charges in my account. The worst experience ever, I highly dont recommend her.

I used ACS for years when i had a townhouse in Woodbridge. Every 2 weeks on thurs or fri. I thiink i used them for 3 years. After a discussion i had the same 3 girls. Always had food for them and would pass out while they cleaned because i worked nights. Nothing was never taken. They akways did more then what they were suppose to do. Miss them

My rental house was left in a mess! The bathrooms were just filthy. Angela and her assistant cleaned everything beautifully! I would highly recommend her.
