I decided to leave a review to hold DMV Carpet Cleaning to the standard, integrity and accountable to their service, clients and prospect clients time and effort.After reviewing the reviews on different carpeting cleaning services, DMV Carpet Cleaning stood out for it’s 5 star review and positive feedback received from clients displayed online. Additionally, the cleanliness of the work showcased on the DMV Carpet Cleaning website was a second driving force to making a decision to reach out and inquire about their services.I am disappointed I did not receive the quality customer service, communication and commitment I was hoping to receive as a new prospect client.Mr. Rodney did call me back upon my first call and we exchanged a conversation on what I was looking for, pricing and the room in need of service.I sent him pictures of the room, he replied by asking me my email address and home address. I never got an email from him despite having agreed to a time for the following week.I messaged him on the Monday before our scheduled appointment to confirm payment method of acceptance and our time for the upcoming service. I did not hear back from him. He did not show up for our 9 am service scheduled for today.Lastly, I messaged him once more today and he replied by saying he was out of town and could come in the evening if I still wanted, without asking if I was available.Please find the pictures below of our belongings that my husband and I prepared for to have the room ready for the service that never occurred.I found this disrespectful of our time and efforts.I hope this review helps you make a good decision and also helps improve the business services/communication for the future. I moved into my new house and was told there were cleaning professionals but I disappointed with the spots and stains I found!! After calling many carpet cleaning companies, I was so happy to be able to get scheduled with Rodney and his team! They were extremely professional, kind and offered me military discount! It was a big difference and I was finally able to allow my baby crawl around safe! I look forward booking with them again.

They knew just exactly how (and how NOT) to treat our natural-fibre custom rugs with solutions that were effective without being harsh to the textiles or to the environment. Rodney and his partner were great! Super friendly service and very quick as well, did 8 large areas in under 2 hours. All of my concern areas/stains (stubborn, dark, and years old) almost look like they were never there, so we were very satisfied.

Rodney was extremely professional and punctual. Unfortunately for him he had to travel two separate of stairs but he was extremely pleasant through and through and even pointed out some additional work that could be done in terms of carpet maintenance. I would give him 5 stars but the steps with the carpet stayed damped to me what appeared to be too long (I am not sure why this has happened) and then the rug had a slight mildewy smell. Otherwise, I am overall happy with his work and I look forward to continuing business with him. Great job Mr. Rodney! We had six rooms, two sets of stairs, and a hallway cleaned. Rodney was very knowledgeable and professional. It only took him a couple of hours and our carpet looks 10 times better than before.The products he uses doesnt have an overwhelming smell and it got urine stains from our dog completely out.The prices are very fair. Our experience with DMV carpet cleaning was professional and responsive. The service itself removed all the discoloration in the heavily trafficked areas as well as more concentrated grease stains. The service technician was on time and very professional, carefully protecting our home with corner guards and floor mats. Carpet cleaning is not a regular occurring service, so when you only do it once every so often, hire DMV.
