Fast and reasonably priced. Submitted a contact form Friday afternoon got a quote that night and the carpet was fixed on Wednesday.

The service was absolutely Outstanding! The reply to my estimate email was prompt. The call in advance of the teams arrival to stretch the carpet was as promised. The team, Will and Dante arrived exactly as indicated in their call. The introduced themselves and went right to work. Their work was Outstanding! The team was professional and really cared about what we the customer needed. And the price was equally Outstanding. I would highly recommend Virginia Carpet and Cleaning.

We needed carpet stretching in 2 rooms for our 6 year old carpet which had developed ridges (a dangerous trip hazard).The repairman arrived on time and completed the work quickly. When we asked if he could also clean the carpet since the furniture was already out of the rooms, he made room for us in his schedule. The carpets look and smell great and there are no more ridges. We will use the company again!

I have used this company’s services before. I will not be using this service again and not recommending the company to friends and family. The repair technician without my permission used my personal vacuum to clean up the mess created during the job and did not show the respect or professionalism to empty the vacuum after using it without my authorization.

After a flooding issue in my basement, the carpet in one large room was completely ruined and had to be replaced. Carpet in the hallway and a guest bedroom was salvaged, but ServePro (they did the initial flooding clean-up) took up part of that carpet to remove the soaked padding underneath. Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning gave me an estimate to replace the padding, thoroughly clean and re-stretch/re-install the damaged carpet. They also gave me a separate estimate to install (either my own or purchased from them) carpet in the large room where all new carpet was needed. This allowed me to get competitive bids for the new installation in the large room. Their bid was comparable to the others. I used Virginia Carpet Repair and Cleaning for the repair as well as the new carpet installation in the large room. They did a VERY professional job. Its impossible to tell where the carpet was repaired. The cleaning was very thorough. They kept to the agreed timetable. I would use them again anytime!

If I could rate this business 0 Star I would. We were charged $230 for 2x2 ft carpet repair. !@#$&. The whole experience was a disaster.We called them for a repair in one of our bedrooms, the guy came and gave us a quote based on what he saw that he gotta work with ( He said that he would need to cut a piece of carpet in our closet to patch the bedroom and said whenever we have another piece he will come back to patch the closet).He finished half of the job and promised will come back for the rest when we call. We were happy with the solution so We paid the full amount without hesitation which we shouldnt. Over 2 weeks later, we kept calling and calling the company. Finally, a guy picked up so we asked to have someone to come and finish the job like promised, they said that they didnt have anything in their system, their tech didnt mention anything regarding to the job that needed to come back later. and in order to patch that spot, we will need to pay additional $170.So, originally we only wanted to fix our 2x2 ft of carpet, they drew us to their little solution so they could charge us twice, $400 total. After so many conversations and got hung up, they never came back to finish the job.As a small community like Woodbridge, we try to support local businesses. However, a business like this place that we need to stay away. If you cant delivery your promises, then dont go around and promise something that you wont do. This is such a disappointment.

A job well done! Very professional and friendly company. My carpet was cleaned and repaired in just a few hours. Highly recommended and worth every cent. Awesome staff!
