Fantastic job!!! My carpet was stained with food and wine spills from over 20 house concerts with 70 in the audience. Now my carpets look like brand new even though they are 12 years old! They did a wonderful job!!!! Highly recommend!

We had them clean our carpets before moving out of a rental and they look phenomenal. We had a very large master bedroom with a walk in closet and the carpet needed a lot of care to get out spots that had existed prior to our move in and as a result of movers coming and going. The carpet looks nearly new. I also appreciated that they put down covers on the hardwood floors they would be walking over and putting equipment on. They worked quickly and efficiently. I needed to have my new apartment sanitized before a major surgery. It’s a basement apartment and the previous tenant of 15 years was not fastidious. He also did not use a dehumidifier and the carpets were moldy down to the backing. The musty smell was apparent when you opened the door. Marco asked questions, assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do. The job was done in about an hour and the results are spectacular. I wish I had taken a before picture. Spotless did an incredible job. I thought I had ruined my sofa . I had spilled tea on it and my dog had left muddy pawprints. I had tried spot cleaning. It just looked awful. I hired Marco and his crew based on my fathers recommendation. They cleaned the carpets as part of our move-out process from a rental house. Marco was a delight to work with: scheduling was easy, he showed up on time, and he communicated clearly about every step of the process. When he and his crew were done, the carpets looked better than they had prior to our move in! (And they claimed to have been professionally cleaned then.) The carpets were white and had had two years of heavy living from small children, but showed none of it. Even our move-out inspector was impressed.

I had a scheduled appointment for Marco to clean the house carpet. After scheduling the appointment I found out my Christmas tree was scheduled to go up the Sat before my appointment. (Our original appt.) to do the rest of the house! Not only was he responsive, polite & on time he did a FANTASTIC job on the family room carpet!!!
