THIS IS NOT TO BASH RALPH! JUST TELLING THE TRUTH....I had Ralph put in a transmission on my bmw when he was located on rt1 in the gas station. I had problems every since I left his shop. I been having bad vibrations and when I bring my car back he told me that I only paid him to put in a transmission. Also, said that me and my friends should try to Figure it out. so that’s what we did. After researching, we found out that the vibration can be from a bad transmission, flex desk, center support bearing, axles, cv joint, unbalanced driveshaft, etc. so me and my friends literally bought all the parts to get rid of the vibration just to found out Ralph (or one of his workers) forgot to put the transmission bolts back lol 🤦🏽‍♂️. Now the only reason I giving Ralph a 3 stars is because he actually is a good (great) guy, great mechanic, great prices, straight forward guy from nyc like myself and I know this was a honest mistake. plus my family still go to his new location. And if I would of known where his new location was and told him what happened, he would of fix the problem no problem at all.

Rafa is awesome! My vehicle had alot of issues . And even though he was extremely busy he took the to explain the issues which I really appreciated. Pricing is beyond fair for the work they do. Im definitely going to be a repeat customer and would gladly send anyone there for car work.

The management is totally don’t know what are they doing. They just order the wrong parts and send it back. The part which I need it for my car was only $54, but they were charging me $180. They check my car power steering leaking. They are not trustworthy.
