Asma has consistently responded to my insurance needs within minutes of calling. Recently purchased a new car in MD and wasnt aware you need to show proof of insurance before leaving the lot. Asma had a new policy written for me within 5 minutes allowing me to drive off in my new car.

I removed 3 vehicles from my policy and already passed 3 week And they dont know how much will be my refund or credit because still I keep one vehicle with them, sorry but bad experience with them, use GEICO the best insurance

Disgusted by the lack of professionalism by this office. I switched to a new agent immediately after having my personal account information shared with some one of the same last name. I only discovered that they had been reaching out to someone else for updated payment information after my policy was cancelled. There was no reason for my information to be mistaken for another persons, considering I just joined State Farm and gave Asma all of my up-to-date contact information. The icing on the cake was being called TWICE within 2 hours by different team members in her office to rejoin with State Farm. The first person that called had the audacity to insinuate that it must be my fault somehow that their office sent my information to someone else lol.Keep your personal information far away from this team!!

Ive had no issues with them up until August 2016 when I updated my payment information. They would take payment on dates that were not authorized. Everything has been a need since then. Id have different people call me. Rachel is rude, nasty, cuts you off on the phone and makes everything your fault. I only stay because its the best deal Ive gotten on insurance

If I could give her 0 stars, I definitely would. I havent met someone who is more insensitive. I called her to tell her that Im dropping my mom of the policy and she asked why so I said b/c she passed away. Instead of showing any sympathy she asks who is the other person on the policy. I said its my dad and she says Is he alive?.

The people there are SO nice! I have switched from many StateFarm agents and she is the BEST so far! Asma gave me low rates, she is SOO friendly. I think these bad reviews may be talking about someone else because I NEVER would regret switching to her!

Asma and her team are very incompetent. No inconsistency when communicating with their customers. They will sell you on false promising until youre locked in, then give you reality. Running back to Geico. The #1 auto insurance company.

Rachel is a terrible employee there. So rude, so disgusting, and rushed me to get a VIN number, when I know you dont need until the end. Then, I was switched to asma and she talked bad about Rachel! Only reason Id ever give a 5 star is for the young girl who took my payment. She was so sweet and patient! the rest of them GOT TO GO!

Since the passing of my mother several months ago, we have presented this office with all sorts of queries and complications, and everyone with whom we have communicated has been extremely nice, efficient, and effective. Many, many thanks for help in difficult and confusing times!
