The best all around!!!! Being young and not understanding insurance really, Brenda made sure when I got off the phone I knew exactly what I was getting.I have never experienced a company that makes sure you get the best all around. I would definitely recommend this company to my family friends.

I do not recommend this company to anyone especially not military members. I went through insurance doctor to find the best auto insurance quote for me ended up getting the worse quote ever. Canceled the policy not even a week after having it because I ended up finding a better quote. I was under the impression that I would have been prorated for the month and somehow ended up with a $300 balance. Customer service here is very poor, and don’t let them tell you that will get back with you that is a complete lie. My best advice to anyone before coming here is look for your own insurance this company is horrible.

Well that was FUN!!! I spoke with Faith regarding a policy and she was so helpful, super knowledgeable and very friendly. She made the process stress free! She has a great sense of humor and I will definitely recommend my friends and family to her. Way to go ID for having such professional and courteous staff!!

She is always very pleasant and easy to talk to. I have never felt so comfortable at an insurance agency. They are always willing to work with me and reach out to me when need be. She remembers me and my husband by name; shes very personable. Lastly, she always makes sure we get the lowest rate possible.

So on January 8th i called in to get a quote because my car was stolen and i want to get a rental car an i was told by the rental car place that i would have to have full coverage on my vehicle so i called in to get a quote on that when i was told by Faith that since i had an open claim that i had fill out this form an pay $20 so i did when i called the insurance company directly i was told by them they charge no fee to add or remove the vehicle so were is my money! pls be very careful when dealing with them as they are fraudulent. they will nickle and dime if given the opportunity.
