Hands down the best car insurance experience Ive had. Not only are they very knowledgeable, patient, &helpful, but they also saved me a considerable amount of money on my car insurance. I highly recommend shopping them 1st for your car insurance. Stop paying ridiculous rates for the big name insurance companies to run all their expensive TV & radio ads. So happy I found Advantage II Insurance, the last insurance company I had charged me agency fees and for any updates made to my account. The staff here really helped me save!

I called in and spoke with Julia for an insurance quote and she was the nastiest person in customer service I have ever encountered. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.. GO ELSE WHERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO DEAL WITH A MISERABLE WOMAN WHO HAS A NASTY TONE AND IS EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY AND NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. She also placed me on hold with out telling me as stated in another review below.

I am a single mom with little to NO time on my hands and tapped a girls bumper about a month ago. It was her first accident and I felt horrible and of course didnt want to have the extra stress myself. The owner Julia went above and beyond my expectations of a small insurance company when I took my son in to resolve the issue. We stopped by the office and she was great with my son. Her office is organized and welcoming and I felt like she took care of my concerns in a timely manner. She was firm but attentive and I will be coming back for future business because of this.

Very disappointed with the Owner and the way she conducts business. I called with a simple request and her tone was extremely belittling and dripping with sarcasm. She then put me on hold without informing me that she was doing so, which caused me to speak into a phone with no one on the other end. I had to hang up to speak with her again. Her tone was extremely nasty and I would not recommend her or her services. I am sure that there are other Agents in the area that would gladly welcome your business.
