This Office has some of the Best Customer service!! Betty is the sweetest and most helpful person you will find! she went above and beyond for me and walked me through everything. She also followed all covid procedures which made me feel safe and secure! I 100% recommend this office for your insurance needs.

If you want good customer service for existing customers don’t come here. This agency has gone down hill since Josh took over. I used to love Jorge’s old staff . Jorge wasn’t always available but his staff always made me feel great. From Joyce to her front desk girl Cindy. They worked as a team slowly but surly people stopped working at these offices & I see why. The only person ever willing to help is a girl by the name Nicette who is also part of the old staff. I’ve held off on writing the review but time after time I’ve been treated poorly. Jenn or jennifer has hung up on me on numerous occasions she’s ignored me. Can’t even give me simple answers to my policy & isn’t interested on finding the answers. I’m assuming she is the new replacement customer service girl but she is beyond terrible. You can hear her rude tone even over the phone. I’m not sure how she’s a customer service rep. When I ask for a supervisor I get betty who also shares the same last name, soo I’m Assuming is her relative (who will probably not hold her accountable) she also shares a bad attitude. I have referred many people to jorges agency I’m embarrassed I’ve had a friend tell me she also isn’t happy. I truly am not happy with this agency. All in all I love Allstate I’ve had them for years. I stayed due to Josh being part of the old team always a super nice guy! Sadly he needs to ditch these two & look into his old team. Joyce Cindy & Nicette are true team players and get the job done.
