Great people love all the drivers

Was told immediately upon entering the vehicle that its cash only up front and its going to be 70 dollars to ride from woburn to lawrence one way, was then told to provide directions to my destination. This same trip taken the previous day with lyft cost me 30 dollars. This could be a reason why ride share is putting taxi service out of business. Bery disappointing.

I use Wuburn Cab Company all the time, and service couldnt be better. Its a nice smooth ride, and spotless vehicles every single time. The drivers are very friendly, and I enjoy the conversations. They arrive on time every time, meet you at the exact location, and get you to the exact destination. I cant recommend this company enough.

Today is sunday July 28 2019. No one pick up the phone for an hour.I tried to call from 11:30 to 12:30 lunch time. no one picked up the phone. Finally someone picked up he was so rude. I asked a few times his name he didnt want to give me his name.And he yelled me . So rude.

The drivers are really nice and they aren’t creepy like some Uber drivers.

Second year in a row they never showed up!! Called the night before, in the morning no one answered my call and nearly missed my shuttle to the airport. Never using them again!

Highway robbery! Went across woburn and back and was charged 35 dollars for it! Ive taken this trip before, and was charged 15 -20$. Then I was told by the driver that this was the second time today the lady in the office overcharged because age was in a bad mood. I shouldnt have to pay according to someones attitude. Never calling again
