This company is a wonderful company I have been in and out of hospital 17 times in the last year and I would call them before to get me to the ER before I called 911 sooo much cheaper than the ambulance. Great people

The last time I called the lady on the phone had a big attitude and they cost a lot compared to a Lyft.

I like this company I meet a woman cab driver named Tabitha, Tabby for short I wish there was more cab drivers like her, she makes you feel comfortable and not awkward

I needed to go from Salem MA to North Reading MA. I was planning on taking a train to Boston, another train out to Reading and then take a taxi to get to North Reading. I called Checker Cab to find out how much they were going to cost. They gave me a price and then they asked me to call Salem Cab to also get a price from them. I did and was very happy with the quote they gave me.I am very appreciative Checker Cab gave me that suggestion instead of trying to screw me over. When I visit relatives in Woburn I will make sure I use their service

After trying to get a cab was able to get a cab with this company. Very nice upfront with price prompt clean car polite well worth calling. Did not gouge me. Will definitely use again.

I’ve lived in the city for approximately 24 years... and have never had even close to as good customer service from any cab company as I have experienced with these guys! Very friendly, good driving, the dispatcher actually speaks to people who call like they’re human beings! I would give 10 stars if I could.. THANKS GUYS!!!

We have been using Checker Cab of Woburn to drive us to the airport for years. This week we were in a bind because our bulldog was having a medical emergency and had to be taken to the animal hospital in Woburn while we were out of town. The person who was sitting our dog didn’t drive, so we called Checker Cab, explained the situation and the receptionist expressed concern for our dog (she was also a bulldog owner), arranged to have a cab pick up the dog and sitter, brought them to the hospital and the driver even went in with them to make sure everything was all set. They are not only a reliable taxi service but those who work there showed their humanity. BTW our dog underwent surgery, stayed a couple of days in the hospital and is recovering at home!

I scheduled a cab for 9am on a blistering Fri morning to get to work. Single digit temp! The dispatcher LANI went out her way to pick me up herself due to original driver being delayed on another pick up. Thanks to her I was able to get into work before clients arrived. I only gave 4 stars due to being late for work. But Customer service by Lani deserves recognition!

Called for a cab to the airport, called later in the day to arrive 15 mins earlier, and to make sure they had room for skis. The message never got to the driver. Ended up leaving 25 mins late by the time we were able to squeeze skis in. The driver was nice and apologetic.

Checker Cab of Woburn is absolutely horrible!!! The cab driver Andre was beyond rude and looked like he was being troubled for needing to take us to the airport. When we had called up we had asked for 2 cabs to take us to the airport, he showed up with only one cab. When we asked him about when the second cab, he actually said, what other cab, do you have that in writing?? We couldnt believe the lack of professionalism and downright rudeness from this guy.I wish I could give them a negative 100 rating, unfortunately I cant! Stay far away from these guys unless you wanted to be treated like this!

You call for an appointment but they show up late. Always have attitude. And over charge.

Best in town on time every time I called a cab

Their good when their actually on time but dont expect anything spectacular it ALL depends on the traffic they can be slow or super speedy, my dad uses this company everyday to get to work seeing as we dont really drive so he NEEDS this cab i see it everyday on time early or BEYOND late you take a chance with these guys but they do not suck theyve been in business forever i also know a personal driver myself and she is very nice if you get her denise. anyways like i said good when their on time apart from that its not 5 star by any means just basic enough to get you from point a to be and for the record Woburn cab Yellow are ALL the same so stop thinking their this seperate company all of them are associated been using them for YEARS so people on here can complain all they want. i know these guys.

We called for a cab, they never showed up. We called back and the beeotch on the phone said she was here for 20 min, but we were waiting outside and never saw a cab. We asked if it was possible to get another cab and she told me she refuses to send a cab and hung up on me. I called back, giving the benefit of the doubt on a disconnection, and the dispatcher told me she hung up on me on purpose and that we are never getting a cab... wow... This company is run by F***ing idiots that shouldnt be allowed to deal with the public...nevermind in the service industry. That beeotch ruined our valentines plans and ruined our outlook on the entire company....dont waste your time...call another company. Woburn cab is 100 times better.
