The zoo gym was a great local gym while I lived in Winter Springs. The facilities were clean, they had ample equipment options, great hours and a friendly staff. I had an issue with some billing concerns and the Zoo did the right thing and reached out to me a resolved to my satisfaction. It has become increasingly difficult to find businesses that do right by their customers and Im happy to share the Zoo does respect its customers and has a high standard for the way in which they conduct business. I would recommend this gym.

Great gym with awesome equipment, environment, classes and trainers! I was finally able to participate in Juan’s outdoor boot camp last Thursday and it was incredible! He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made me feel comfortable by doing so - assisting with form, and motivating everyone throughout the evening. The ambiance of this class was perfect. From the music and weather to the individual exercises, I can genuinely say i enjoyed every bit of it! I’d recommend this class to anyone no matter what part of their fitness journey they are at - all you need is the desire to improve! Take the class, you won’t regret it!

I went to this gym for a few months while in town and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly, the machines were rarely crowded, and everything felt very clean and new. The gym in my experience was actually less crowded after work than before work.

So I have been to a lot of gyms in my 27 years of life lol but i have never dealt with such amazing staff. They are all always joyful and ready for the day and give you a big hello as soon as you walk in. They also email back right away for any questions and are there to help you with whatever matters you need help with. This gym is also very clean and the staff is constantly walking around cleaning and making sure everything is sanitized. I love going here and I definitely recommend the zoo health club Winter Springs! The classes are great as well!

Due to the pandemic they stopped kids club. That was understandable but they would not let me out of my contract so even though I have not been able to come to the gym all year due to having a young kid that can not stay at home alone I still have to pay for the gym. I am very disappointed because I continued to support the gym in the beginning before the gym was forced closed. I was told that they were going to evaluate opening kids club back in August when school started back. I asked again once school started and ever since and still nothing. I went to cancel today until kids club opens back up. I will be forced to continue to pay until my contract is up but I will never come back to this gym once the contract is over even though it’s only 1/4 mile from my house. They lost a long term customer because of the lack of customer service due to a pandemic out of my control. I had fully intended on coming back once kids club opened but now I will drive to a different gym.

Love working out here. Except for Mondays (international chest day) it isnt very crowded. The place is always clean and well maintained. Wide variety of equipment and new machines trickles in on a consistent basis. The staff is SUPER friendly, motivating, and professional (shout out to Tim and Gina especially). Great location with lots of group classes if thats more your thing. Also, on the off chance you forget your headphones, the music doesnt suck.

This is the 5th gym I have belonged to and hands down the best. All of the staff are very friendly and the place is ALWAYS very clean. I love the yoga and bootcamp classes!

I’ve been a member ever since they opened and I love it! The employees are super friendly and welcoming. They’re always ready to greet you as soon as you walk in. The atmosphere of the gym is uplifting and motivating. Also, the whole gym is clean. The employees do a great job at maintaining the gym. I always see them walking around to make sure it’s spotless and equipment is in its place. This goes for both locations, Winter Springs and Oviedo. I definitely recommend becoming a member. I truly enjoy working out at The Zoo Health Club!

Let me just preface this by saying; as a former Marine infantryman, Ive been all over the world and seen hundreds of gyms. Zoo Health Club is unequivocally one of the best. The facility, always spotless. The equipment, always working. The staff, always friendly and professional. Ten out of ten would recommend!

What an amazing gym and staff at Zoo in Winter Springs! The entire staff are super friendly and welcoming; always following the social guidelines making sure the facility is clean and sanitized. Machines are always working no broken equipment or even dirty. The Zoo Winter Springs take pride in their members and facility!

Been a consistent member for 5+ years and it is a great gym. The constant addition of new equipment and removal of non used ones keeps the gym fresh and a good place to get a workout. Plus they offer a wide variety of classes if that’s what your seeking, as well as 2 great locations to pick from. The staff, and the trainers are exceptional, friendly, and motivated for helping with any questions you have. Zoo gym 10/10.

I have had memberships at all the major chain gyms. This is by far the best gym experience. Staff is super friendly and it seems to translate to the memberships as a whole as well. They have a wide variety of well-maintained equipment and continue to update based on the needs of members. I’d also highly recommend their boot camp class if you get a chance!!

At the beginning of the pandemic, I canceled my agreement and had to go back and forth with them for several months after continuing to be billed. Spoke to a manager again in December who said my membership was finally canceled after I had to fill out yet another form. Just got billed again for Feb. and theyre claiming again that it was my final payment per the contract (that ended last year).

The staff is so sweet and make you feel very welcome and appreciated. they take the time to remember you which i think is really nice :) the only things is it’s a smaller gym so it gets crowded at busier times during the week. but other than that it’s great!!

We have been members for two years or so. The gym is great, the staff very friendly and helpful. While they had to close during COVID 19, they have now reopened and the place is spotless with clean and newly re-upholstered equipment. We love our membership at the Zoo!

The Zoo gym is a gym that eventually becomes family. Not only that the gym itself is clean and has great equipment. From free weights, to elptcals, saunas, and many more. Id recommend the gym for all ranges of level of fitness. The zoo offers amazing classes with amazing instructors.

The Zoo Health Club is one of the nicest gyms in the area. The staff there will always greet you as soon as you come in and they are very nice. The gym equipment is very organized and always well sanitized.

I originally signed up in the Oviedo location when it first opened. I ended up being deployed with my unit and explained my situation with the crew there. I was so impressed with their service that when I came back and moved to winter springs I knew I would love to join. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Any issue or concern I had was met immediately. The equipment is always well maintained and clean. I can’t give enough praise to how well I feel taken care of when I workout.

One of the best gym I’ve ever gone to. Everyone is extremely friendly, including staff and members. I’m not much of a talker, but my husband is always making new friends.

The Zoo Health Club in Winter Springs has become my home away from home and everyone there feels more like family than a gym that I go to just to work out. I would encourage anyone looking for a gym. This is a great gym. I have heard many great things about them and I have been going there over this summer. The no slamming policy is there to protect the equipment and the people that aren’t paying attention to you but their own workout. The staff is very kind and is always making sure the gym stays very clean. They have a great selection of equipment, and usually more than one of each. If you haven’t tried it since the expansion, you should definitely try them out. Many people complain about the contract and in my opinion it is worth it for the location, atmosphere, and the staff.

The Zoo health club in Winter Springs is absolutely amazing ! As soon as I enter the gym, I am greeted by the fantastic front desk staff by name . So is pretty much every member . The equipment is always clean and well maintained. It is a privilege to workout here and the best gym I have ever been to .

Always clean, staff is so friendly and helpful if you have any questions about workouts. Lots of amenities, lots of room for floor workouts, a lot of different machines. I rarely see any machine out of order and fellow workout people are respectful

Went into the gym with the one week trial membership and was told they were not honoring the one week trial that I printed from their website. I instead had to pay for one month for 58.35. Mary Catherine said they were not honoring the one week free membership because of Covid. Paid the 58.35 for one visit. Very claustrophobic. Will not go back.

The only complaint i have is that its a little small for how many people go there. It got really popular very quickly, for good reasons. The gym is clean, the people and workers are respectful, and plenty of equipment. Love my gym!

5-stars from me. Weve been members here for a couple of years. The gym has always been clean, well maintained, and up-to-date. There are a variety of classes and membership options. Given the other options that are out there, Zoo Health Club is a home run in comparison.

This is a public notice that this organization refused to let us cancel in any way when we moved to GA. This was 3 years ago. We have received no phone calls, emails, nor regular mail until PNR legal services got ahold of us to notify that theyre taking us to court. They even wanted to asked us to see if we would petition to pay $355 to see about settling this. This is a buyer beware review. Im going to spread this far and wide as I would hate for anyone else to experience this!

Absolutely the worst business model ever. I signed up for the gym a year ago, but havent used it in the last few months due to moving. Went to cancel the membership: they want me to pay 2 months PLUS fees just to CANCEL the membership. Ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find a place thats going to treat you with respect and not squeeze every penny from you.
