Great place! We did a drop in while in Orlando and I sure an glad we did. It was a 35 minute drive from where we stayed and many other gyms were much closer but we kept coming back here because of the great hospitality!

Top notch facility and top notch education. Jeremy provides not only a safe space for beginners but his level of knowledge is incredibly helpful in fine tuning veterans to the sport. Im excited to see where my weightlifting career goes under his tutelage .

We communicate daily and he gives pretty good feedback/video analysis for the videos I send him. In just a few weeks he has pointed out several issues with my technique and started fixing them.
