Hercules and Hannah T are the best! They always say hi to me when I come in. All of the staff is so welcoming and make me feel so comfortable working out here. Love this gym as a beginner just starting to work out and would recommend it to anyone :)

Things are always broken at this place. An example would be the hot tub. It took them between 5 and 6 weeks to get it working again. Also in the spin classroom the sound system has been down for 3 weeks. It is our understanding in this class that it wont be fixed for a couple of months. We are lucky that the spin teacher bought speakers wireless so that we could have a class. This is not a way to run a business!!

This gym is amazing I have nothing to complain about the equipment or location but, the reason for 2 ⭐️⭐️ Is because of the music. You can tell it’s a really old location because the playlist is horrible. When you go into a gym your suppose to feel pumped and motivated with the music. Unfortunately the playlist here is waaaaaayyy far from that. The have oldies rock and pop and I don’t even what else type of music they play here.

Really good machines and programs, good staff. I would give it 4 or 5 stars, but no one wears a mask, and almost no one wipes down the machines they use before or after use. I dont want to sit in someone elses sweat, even BEFORE Covid. If they cracked down on that, and had a mask mandate, Id feel more comfortable. Do gym rats think theyre above that? I dont know... Wiping down a machine you use seems like a no-brainer. Not wiping them down is just... gross....

The best gym in the area. Never too busy, ample room, great equipment. Would be perfect if they added lifting platforms.

I actually really enjoyed it. Its been one year since Ive been back. but I had to get you so where all the equipment was or machines but I did notice that the basketball court was gone and you put all the aerobic machines in there with hardly anybody there. It was great. Usually Im on the bicycle for 15 minutes and I made it for 30 minutes. Im very impressed thank you and Ill be back tomorrow.

The facilities are good, but for the price you should look around. They only get 3 TV stations, but if you want to use a treadmill and watch on your 4” screen then go ahead.The basketball courts remain closed. LA fitness on LEE road opened their hoops courts.There is serious competition for health club dollars these days....luckily I was an LA FITNESS member so I am grandfathered in to that membership. That means more than 3 TV stations...by the way, the 3 stations are ESPN, CNN and a 3rd that is a perpetual infomercial more or less.

If you are planning on to sign up, DONT DO IT!!!This place sucks in everything, specially The manager, aos very rude and unprofessional!Their hours in the ESPORTA app for kids club show that open until 1pm but when I came in 11:30am Took me 15 minutes to sign them but right after he told meThat the kids club will close at noon.The worst thing he said that he couldn’t do nothing to help.I asked him why he didn’t told me knowing that I was singing them at 11:45 having just 15 minutes to close? How can someone workout in 15 minutes?Of corse he wanted the money!!Then I cancel I my membership for the second and last time at this location

All ESPORTA now have very dirty floors in bathrooms or in the shower area. Why is such big business does not clean their shower floor.

I’ve been going here for years - I love the facility but starting to get really annoyed that the hot tub jets no longer work. When are they going to fix it??

Facilities are only ok, aging and not very well cleaned. The vibe and clientele who workout here will steer most people out. Very aggressive people, as well as people trying to ask you for money, or pay for their membership. This location is very strict on masks and Ive had to leave the gym due to not having a mask on me, they WILL NOT provide you one. Ill be canceling my membership as soon as I can without cancelation fee. Plenty of other gyms around the area with much better vibes.

I like this location very much. Most of the staff is great. I notice they try very hard to keep the gym organized and clean but just like every other gym you have people that just leave weights everywhere and make a mess. This is not the fault of the staff. Other than that the equipment is mostly well kept and the place is pretty well kept.

Nice gym all the around for the exception of the bathrooms. The bathrooms are disgusting. Pee everywhere and looks like someone skinned a yeti with all the hair everwhere.

Just joined this gym. Was there around 7 to 8 today. No wait for equipment. Felt comfortable. Most everyone was friendly.

Everyone there makes me feel like I am part of their family. The trainers are awesome!

Gym has matrix equipment which has horrendous angles for workouts like leg press and other iso lateral equipment. Not great at all. Not busy first thing though.

The music in the spinning class has been out for weeks. No music or microphone takes the point out of the spinning class. I wish they would fix it.

Yoga class with Karina @ 11am today was perfect. 5/5 for a yoga class in a gym !!

I recently had an experience with an expiring account and received no help from a very unprofessional sales representative in Waterford Lakes named Brian. As a result, I decided to come to this location instead and I knew it was certainly the best decision from the moment I walked in. The front desk associate, Josh, was very friendly and introduced me to Russ, who was able to not only solve my issue but sign me up with the best customer service in less than ten minutes. It was the complete opposite to the service I received from Brian in Waterford and I would rather go out of my way to a location where I know that I am valued as a member. I noticed that both Josh and Russ know many of the members and maintain a great professional relationship with them as well. I applaud the management team of this location for keeping customer service a top priority!

I love that this gym is following all the covid security protocol fully. They have changed all the machines so that there is distance and have put sanitizer stations everywhere very accessible. I really feel very safe in this environment.

There is only one person in the entire facility that can help you with account issues. None of the staff know anything I literally had to come 3 times issue wasn’t resolved I wish it comes under new management or the old LA Fitness completely incompetent save yourself the trouble and go any other facility than this one.

I really like how many different areas there are inside the gym. And I Really appreciate everything is ALWAYS clean and mostly organized!They’re remodeling the facilities and adding a bootcamp-style/cross training area which is sweet!Haven’t used the pool or sauna yet, but I regularly see people in them.They have a bunch of rooms for racquetball too, if you’re into that.Cons.I don’t usually go at busy times but I can imagine the treadmills (dozen of them are broken), stair masters (only 4) and leg machines get hella crowded. It’s a big gym though, they have tons of other equipment you can switch to!Improvement that I do care about, get some mats!**Overall I think the price is very fair for what you get. They used to be LA Fitness and I don’t know what’s up w the name rebranding. Hopefully it won’t mess anything up.

The young man at the front desk will call you repeatedly, almost to a creepy and harassing extent, in order for you to sign up for a membership. Lacks basic salesman knowledge and made me want to steer away from this gym even more.

I Submitted the cancelation notice time ahead before they opened send the letter and got charged anyway. I went and ask to get a refund, they did not wanted to help me and said they could no nothing. as always they have and attitude.Now you are u suppose to wear a mask while training???? There is People that has already died from jogging outdoors and wearing a mask. Mandating a mask in this type of places its pure non sense and irresponsible.So so so Glad New gym Opened around way cheaper and nicer and gladly my friends and I will Never be coming back again.

Cancelled my membership 4 months ago but my card is still being charged 35.30 monthly against my wishes even though I requested my card be deleted from their files. This is STEALING/FRAUD Literally have to order a new card because LA Fitness still charging my card again AFTER MY MEMBERSHIP HAS BEEN CANCELED. LA FITNESS IS A FRAUD

My favourite gym in town. Air conditioning broke down sometimes in the group fitness glasses. For the most part, its a nice equipted gym with affordable price.

This location is the closest to my condo. Its nice and spacious, however it still manages to be very packed during the week as its a very popular location. I usually only visit this location on the weekends when it is less crowded.

Nice gym - but typical national chain where cleanliness is good in high traffic areas but not in the corners or hard to reach / see areas. All equipment here works - had a recent update which is nice. Employees are friendly here.

436/Casselberry location has recently been updated, much better without the weird thin carpet that used to be on the floor. There also used to be a lingering odor in the gym which is no longer there. Machines are in good functioning condition & they offer a nice variety of classes at different times. There is a pool/hot tub that looks nice but Ive not personally used it.

Andrea !!!!! I knew I was going to join a gym, but Andrea sold me on her personality and transparency. The gym is fairly new and nice. The equipment and gym is clean. However, the I am not a fan of the training management team. They dont seem to genuinely care about your goals. (The ones I have worked with) in my experience, they have worked with me and vaguely answered questions. I do like the variety of classes, but I do not see myself frequenting this location, if I stay at LA Fitness at all.

With all the issues at the moment about cleanliness etc this gym is disgusting. I have been a member for years and it has usually been not too bad however the last few times (I go early morning when it has just opened) there has been dirty paper towels all over the place - it is obvious that they are not cleaning at all never mind putting any extra effort in for the safety of their clients.

Probably one of the nicest la fitness gyms I’ve ever seen. It’s pretty clean and I love the layout. It has a whole wall of racquetball courts which I love. And it’s in a good area. Staff could be more attentive. But overall. Good gym.

So during this pandemic are you finding that this la fitness is not stocking hand sanitizer for hours at a time. Everyone of rhe staff is wearing masks so I imagine they know it is a safety concern? Why are all three dispensers always empty?

They offered me a special multi club offer on Black Friday, but then they were asking me for $5.00 eveytime I visit a different club. Rip off... the “special deals” are always the worst.

I was looking for a gym with a sauna because I find comfort in working out and then sitting in a sauna. I chose to sign up with this location because it was close to my school, despite the bad reviews I seen online. I called cancelled my contract with them 2 months ago because my apartment complex has a pretty advance gym, I wouldnt need the services any more, and because they continued to give me miss information. I never received a written copy of my contract because I signed up over the phone and when I brought my boyfriend there they were trying to charge me $15 dollars a day for a visitors pass. No one informed me that I needed to put him on some type of favorites list for him to get the 7 day free pass. My account was still charged 3 times last week even though I spoke to someone back in April about canceling the services. No one yet has told me that I needed to go into the facility to cancel the contract. When I got there today, Robert a staff member called the police because I asked for a receipt or proof of the refund. I also asked another member if he knew how to cancel and he admitted he didnt after Robert accosted me and suggested I was lying when I told him I was never given that information. All in all, he refused to give me a receipt called the cops; I called corporate and a receipt was given to me. THE HASSLE ISNT WORTH! 24 HOUR FITNESS IS OPEN ALL THE TIME AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The gym is smaller than most but its all brand new. The classes are a lot of fun and the instructors are even better.I just wish they would provide sanitizing wipes for the yoga mats and weights.

I noticed that 99% of the people there dont wipe down the machines after using them. I was just a visiting with a friend thats a member. I also visited Planet Fitness with a friend thats a member and they are big about wiping down the machines. You notice that all over.

My workouts end up being very smooth despite the heavy traffic. The locker rooms stay clean. The people who workout there are generally friendly. People re-rack their weights when theyre done. Excellent gym.

I love this gym. Great equipment in good shape.The staff seems to rotate frequently, which has caused concern a couple times when they dismiss what a former employee promised or whatever.Still. The staff is friendly overall, and happy woth my gym experience there.

Horrible customer service. The trainer Andrew was fantastic always helpful however Ciara, the manager was absolutely no help at all. Does not care about ones personal matters and health matters all they care about is money. Calling corporate and hopefully she gets fired. Absolutely disgusted with their customer service.

My experience at LA FITNESS was AWESOME. Because I have been going there to exercise for years to improve my health, gain muscles be 💪 strong and to live longer. Now they remodel it. It was close for a while due to remodeling. Now is back in business again I was so impress my first day going back I do really like it, especially the floors it looks clean.. After using the NATALOUS machine then the Steam room to relax my muscles relieves some minor ache and pain and sometime use the Hot Tub and Swimming pool. I do really like those 3 Amenities( hot tub, steam room and Swimming pool) because it relaxing my Whole body. So therefore I would give LA FITNESS A 5 STARS.. Thank you. :)

Management is awful here. They do not care about retention whatsoever and the customer service is just terrible across the board. Never get greeted with a hello or goodbye as you enter and leave this gym except for the brunette girl with the glasses and white vans, she is always very friendly. If I ever forget my fob though any other front desk person acts like I do not pay a monthly membership here and refuses to help me or let me check in by my telephone number. If this gym werent so close to my house and half the price as 24 hour fitness I would not go here.

I went to a Zumba class as an instructors guest and loved it! I figured I would try attending a different class and paid the $15 daily pass. The attendant that checked me in wasnt very friendly and I was disappointed by the class I went to (especially since I had high expectations from the previous class). I felt like I didnt get a real workout.After the class, I went back to the front desk to explain how I felt that I didnt get my moneys worth. The same girl that checked me in was again not friendly when I voiced my concern. She looked very serious and uninterested in hearing me. I spoke to Dominic who advised me to call back during regular business hours to speak with the manager. He was very helpful and was a great listener.For me personally, I wouldnt pay for a membership and the only reason I would go back to LA Fitness would be for free as a guest.

The membership is pretty inexpensive and everyone is very friendly. I feel comfortable working out here by myself, especially as a woman. Sometimes at gyms you can feel a bit ogled at but here everyone seems serious about their health and focused on their own workout. Its refreshing.

Good machines. Adequate locker room. Totally filthy all the time. Staff and also manager didn’t care when I complained several times.

Up to date equipment. So far not too busy with the new years crowd, but theres lots of room in the gym.

Usually pretty clean. Employees are friendly. Good equipment, plenty of classes, 5 racquetball courts, a basketball court and a private training area. Also a spin class area with plenty of bikes and the upstairs balcony has tons of treadmills ellipticals and bike machines.One wish I have is that people would not sit on the Nautilus equipment and play with their phones or whatever theyre doing for extended periods of time while other people are waiting to get on the equipment.Shannon, Juliette and Jolene are very good yoga instructors.They need to mount a few more sanitizer bottles to be able to wipe down the equipment.A very diverse group of members.

I go to workout 3x a week. I love it. They have pool, spinning bike and locker room. A+

I went here for a year, and not once had a problem canceling. (If you read your agreement, you wouldnt have a problem either.) On the contrary to what a lot have posted, this place is clean the machines do go out of order but get fixed, and the Operations Manager actually can carry an intelligent conversation. The only problem I had was a kids club girl Terri was a little crazy, and the Personal trainer John was a little pushy. But other than that this club is great!

The club is clean. Everything works. Great facility. The trainers are very encouraging. Pool & hot tub are clean. Most members follow the rules, clean equipment after each use, do not bang weights. Calvin the head trainer is very professional.

My husband and I recently got a membership to LA fitness and so far its been great! The staff are super friendly and my favorite part is we can take our son to the daycare inside while we work out. All of the girls working at the kid club are fantastic but Katie is especially great with our 3 month old. I highly recommend this gym for all the new moms 😊

The Staff there is amazing.Kids clubs is top of the line, this gym has everything you need from swimming, or 54+classes including Zumba, cycling, kick boxing and a full basketball court

My daily gym. Great equipment but as with most LA fitness... the staff has little customer service training/accountability. You’ll get a hello 1/15 times. But whatever just lift :)

Ugh. Needs to be cleaned up in a major way. Old equipment and the floor is just nasty. It smells bad almost always and I wonder if I should consider wearing a face mask I’ve seen people come here wearing. They must know something.
