I was recommended to this company by a friend and at first they were very responsive to emails and texts. However, I haven’t heard from them in over 3 months. I don’t know what happened, never got my final update, they said they removed things off my credit but it’s still on there. It’s like once they got my money they were all set. I wouldn’t personally recommend them but it can probably depend on the individual handling your account. Overall their communication kind of suck for me and I wouldn’t go through them again. That trust is broken. Also, they told me not to pay something and that they will take care of. When I checked my Identity IQ the medical bill they told me not to make payments on has now gone on my report smdh.

Critical: QualityI paid the full amount upfront on May 12th I have received not one letter from the credit bureaus. Nothing has been done. I call and spoke to Deona who is very nice... But still no results. They claim to have cleaned up my name. I have less than 10 negative items totaling about $2000... Nothing but excuses (due to Covid-19) my neighbor started with another company on June 3rd with 20 delinquents and she is down to 8. I paid my credit cards and my score was raised. I have done the work, paid for service... September is around the corner. Something tells me... That when I pull my credit next week. It will look about the same.

Trinity is awesome when it comes to helping there client when other companies would have given up on them. Helping in spite of new things hitting the credit. I would avoid them at all costs. I never heard from them. I paid an enormous amount of money for 6 months and got nothing in return. I had to call them for any updates and they always passed the blame on why things weren’t getting done or why no one reached out to me. They had the audacity to email a few days ago and said due to searches on my credit my score went down and that they could fix it in 3 months for $295. Excuse first off my score on their website is 60 plus points lower than what it really is. And those searches yea they are from home loans that I was approved for WITHOUT their help. Don’t waste your money.

Im happy for the people that this company have worked but let me tell you in 6 months that we paid . There was not a single thing removed for the credit. Their excuses were that because of everything going on they are not seeing results. When I talked to Damaris she guaranteed that we will see results and of course as a sales person sold us that we will see results soon and 6months later we waisted time and money. We were told that we should wait till the next month to see. If you want to risk time and money this is the company for you. But I will definitely not recommend them at all.

I paid for their services/programs on two ocassions and they did absolutely nothing to help resolve the fraud accounts that were opened up under my name. They never called to give me updates and when I reached out to them Lisa (the rep who was working with me) actually had to ask me who I was again and needed all of my information because she forgot about me. They sure didnt forget about the over $1,000 I paid them though, I feel I was basically robbed of my money and that they did nothing for me. My credit is still 550 and in the bad rating. This is literally affecting my life. Do not go to them because they wont do anything.

If they were really good then no one would have been dissatisfied. They are one of the companies that take advantage of charging people $2000 for something that you can do on your own. They will lie to you and say that they can get your score up before you close on a house and you will be stuck for no home.

Very happy with this credit repair service. I’d tried to repair my own credit after the worst financial crisis of my life in 2014 to no avail. In 2018 I went to Lexington law, they charged me monthly and only got 2 small medical collections deleted. In 2019 I found Trinity and Lisa henry along with her customer service team took great care of me. I went from the 400’s to 700’s because Trinity eradicated over $20,000 of bad debt. I was able to avoid bankruptcy and refinance my home. I also learned a lot about managing my credit cards and rebuilding credit. The service was affordable but priceless! Thank you Trinity for all your hard work. I will recommend all of my associates:)

This company has failed to help me with my credit repair. They are in violation of the CORA Act. They refuse to give me a copy of the letters written on my behalf to creditors. They are also refusing to refund my money. They are hiding behind biblical scriptures to make one feel as though they are assisting you. This has been going on since April 24. 2020. I want ALL OF MY MONEY BACK. I will be seeking legal assistance in this matter! For the record they have not helped me improve my credit at all!!

I came to trinity a mess not knowing what to do or how. I met Cheryl and she told me I needed to get rid of my debt and add credit to ever hope in buying a house. She introduced me to Donna who would become my teacher and the one over my account. These people took me step by step and over the next 4 months I saw the debt go away and score start showing up. Then we added a package of boosters and I lost my breath when I saw my first 707 show up and it went all the way. They helped me know what to apply for and I got a $3000 card and another and they explained that I needed to keep my balances below 30% and I have my own credit in my own house soon. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES! I pre paid for four months of credit repair services in March and did not receive complete service for all four months. I requested a refund and they sent me their “proof of work” which showed a missing month of repair services and they still tried to deny my refund! They stopped communicating with me, I have had to call them and follow up on my refund request. They have not given me a call since July! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend!

They do not even deserve a one star. It has been three months now that Trinity Enterprises (Damaris) took my $750, and they have done nothing. They made my daughter register with MyFico.com, and she gets a report of her credit once a month that they are suppose to contact her or me and discuss. Her report was due September 2, 2020 and today is September 18, 2020, and they have not even contacted her or me to review the report. When I call, they say that things are behind because of Covid. I think that is not acceptable. I have an acquaintance that used another credit relief company that had way worst credit then my daughter and things started dropping off his credit immediately. BEWARE: Do not hire this company. They just took my $750.

I absolutely love trinity enterprises. when I started with trinity I had horrible credit but trinity helped me get my scores up and I was able to close on my home. 10/10 recommend!

What a Bless this company has been to me and my family. When ever I go to a company for services the one thing I hate is the fact that it seems im talking to robots. Not Trinity!!!! When ever I call to ask about my file I never get placed on hold for more than maybe 2 minutes, I always get someone on the phone. My answers always get answered and I have a clear understanding of the process. I love this company they are all superstars 💗💗💗💗

I would be careful when dealing with this company. I paid 2700 for the Genesis Program I only saw disputes with trans union. I called the other credit bureaus and was told they never received disputes. I called Trinity spoke with Shaketa and was told due to COVID mail is slow etc etc so I waited weeks and then I called back in Shaketa said it was a delay in processing but the dispute letters have been sent out. After 2/3 weeks I called back in and talked to Shaketa again she stated that the dispute letters just got put in the mail. I told her I thought she told me weeks ago it was in the mail she stated she thought they did. So I called all three credit bureaus and all three told me no disputes have came in. I purchased a plan with it Experian so I can see when my last disputes came in thru the mail and it was years ago. I disputed inquiries and accounts on my reports myself and things were removed within a week . I told Shaketa just give me a refund because no work was being done. Out of 2700 they gave me back 600 I truly would think twice about dealing with this company.

We started the credit repair process a year ago, my credit was at 406 score and for this reason I could not buy a house. Thanks to Luisa and Trinity Enterprise today my score is 717. It only remains for me to say that thanks to you my dream of having a house came true. They not only repaired my credit but also educated me to keep it and increase it. excellent service, quality and attention, very good communication all the time. I recommend them 100%

Omg this company is amazing I tried so many others they talk to you they are real people. They explained to me now sometimes they had to go after those items more than once because the other company kept fighting but we won!!!! Ty trinity I was able to open my new business whoop whoop

Lisa Rae has been phenomenal. From day one she has been available to answer any questions that I have. She has been transparent about issues that I was having and how she was going to help me. Since I have started the program, I have seen growth almost immediately. She and her company have been able to get things deleted that I did not think could ever be deleted. I have already asked to continue the program again since some of the companies can be stubborn about removing items or changing the status. Her company works hard for all the changes. I love Trinity Enterprises and I tell everyone to try her one time. Your life will be changed.

My fiancé and I started off around the same time, due to covid it had been taking a little extra /longer for the removals/deletions to occur and we were both starting to give up. The company went above and beyond to extend a helping hand to he and I both to make sure that we got our moneys worth. While we are both still currently in the program we are finally starting to see removals/deletions and our scores are both going up. It’s a process so have patience, it does take a while and won’t happen over night, set realistic goals, call them and stay up to date at all times. While it would be nice to happen over night it simply doesn’t but when it does, you’ll be happy. We have a few more months to go into the program but I know once completed we will be on top & be able to do the things we wanted. If you’re looking for services to help you fix your credit, this is definitely the company. This is a real review and no one paid or asked me to do this, lol I have had my share of up and downs with them so understand I’m human too, but they really are the best out there and they will do what ever they need to do in order to make you happy. The last thing you want to do is use a company that’s fake and everything end up back onto your credit score. Use this company to make sure it’s a permanent real deletion and not just a 60 day removal. I’m excited and can’t wait to finish the program !!! Looking forward to the next few months of greatness.

We have tried several companies, even so-called, self-acclaimed “best in the business” (Lexington Law) over the past few years; waste of time and money. Don’t waste your time, money, and get your hopes up, only to be disappointed. Trinity delivers! Just call Trinity. The staff is professional, competent, and are results-oriented; and, unlike other companies, they actually listen to what the customer wants and needs. I wish I knew of Trinity years ago. I DO NOT recommend this company they charge very expensive and I call to start with them on May 19 and to cancel on May 20 a day after I call them and today is June 1 and they still have not returned the money to me other than that They are sensitive they are thieves I have spoken with Jahiedy and Angel for the cancellation I have been trying to communicate with them for 1 week and they do not answer me.

Trinity staff has been great and they were able to get results even faster than they anticipated. They are professionals and I highly recommend.
