The team at Beacon Restoration were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with mold and water damage from the pipe leak. I can’t express how much of a relief it was to work with them. Beacon of Winter Park is a trustworthy, friendly & professional business that did an outstanding job of helping our family with a flood that started in the kitchen and spilled over into our hallway, closets, family and living room. Ryan, Andrew, Pedro and more professionals with Beacon truly “saved the day” for our family over a period of 3.5 months. Beacon Professionals cared so much and took the extra time to explain everything to us top to bottom and they went the extra mile to give our family home and the family, us, living in the home phenomenal care and phenomenal expertise in their work quality. Ryan and Andrew used high power industrial fans to dry out the areas of damage, then they did a superb job of diagnosing and treating mold affected areas and ultimately removing every mold particle from our home. Drywall was replaced with waterproof boards, gorgeous painting was done by Pedro and his assistant, and after the drywall was finished, molding was beautifully replaced and painted by Pedro. Ryan, Andrew, and crew went over and above to ensure the quality of work was top notch and they even went out of their way to help us move heavy furniture to get the work completed in an attainable way for our family. The guys of Beacon were and are always just a phone call away. Their caring and professionalism surpasses any company that we have ever used for home emergency repairs. The Beacon guys became like family to us in the end because of their genuine caring and supreme quality of their work to exceed our expectations. This man is a con & a fraud. He doesn’t know how to speak with people. He doesn’t care about the homeowners wants and needs. All he cares about is did you receive your check? He will call your insurance company, lie say he is completed or close to completed for payment because he has zero dollars to front to complete the job and be no where near done. Stay away from this company! I have proof. He also called my insurance company claiming he cleaned all of my walls and what he did was wipe the spot off of my kitchen walls where I had a fire, send the photos to the insurance company as proof that he cleaned all the walls in my home. The list goes on!

I can’t thank Beacon Restoration enough, I got a call from my neighbor that water was coming out from my house. Let alone deal with the headache of a broken pipe in my kitchen. Beacon came lighting fast and cleaned all the water as well as fixed all my damaged walls and cabinets, walls, and floorboards. All without pressuring me into having any work done with them.
