Yesterday we had water leak into our home in Winter Park and I was away for just a few hours when it happened. When I got home my living room and bedroom floors were wet and I was overwhelmed because we have hardwood floors so I didnt even know where to begin. Let me just say that this company has been so helpful and reassuring. They arrived so fast and although I assumed they would have to remove a piece of the floor to dry underneath they were able to use some mat equipment to suck up the water without damaging it all. I have fans in my home right now drying everything else up and a roofer that they recommended. All around great service, I will absolutely use them again if I have problems in the future. We have called on Servpro twice in the last year. --First call was for a leak involving thousands of gallons of water pouring into our garage from a leaking water line outdoors. Second call involved a water leak after a pipe was apparently spraying water between the walls of our kitchen and bathroom for weeks until the drywall and boards were saturated. Mold was growing on the beams and drywall. They handled all of the mold testing and remediation. Servpro professionals showed up within about an hour of our calls for help both times. They have pumped water out, run dehumidifiers and fans, and tested for mold and removed all contaminated materials. Everyone was professional. I especially appreciated how they worked with our insurance. Even more important during this pandemic, we were comfortable with the safety precautions being taken including masks that everyone was wearing to ensure a vulnerable member of our household stayed safe! I called you from my brand new hotel at 430 am with a water removal job. The owner actually answered the phone and sound like she had been up prior to my call. She wasnt but answered in a way that made me feel she was awake and alert. My information was taken and she said the crew was being dispatched as we spoke and they would arrive on scene within the hour. The crew arrived as she stated and to work they went. Five days later the job was totally finished with all machines picked up and no residual water left behind. Each day a small crew came into evaluate the need to add or remove dryers and fans. Vern, Susan and their team consistently perform above and beyond expectations. My hot water heater on a platform in the garage had been leaking into the wall without my knowledge and it caused a huge mold issue - they were quick, thorough and professional in the mold remediation process. Their team also managed the reconstruction of a new hot water heater closet after said remediation was finished - right down to matching the custom wood trim on the doors. Fantastic.

I had some roofers working on my home that forgot to install a tarp before finishing the work. Needless to say, before calling Servpro I was already in a seriously bad mood because of water intrusion that could have been easily avoided. I received top of the line service from this company from start to finish. When the line to my upstairs washing machine broke and flooded downstairs I was mainly concerned about my hardwood flooring and whether it would have to be removed. The guys assured me they could get the floors dried without having to remove them and placed some drying mats down to extract the moisture out of the floor. I must have called with a million questions during the process (sorry about that!), but they were polite and reassuring answering all of my questions and guiding me through every step of the process. The fact that they helped to take over a good portion of the communication with my insurance company was amazing on its own. When we returned home and found water in several rooms from an overflowing toilet, ServPro of Winter Park responded quickly to our call for help. This was accomplished via repeated testing and measurements, baseboard removal as necessary, and strategic placement of 20 air movers and two large de-humidifiers. I very seldom write a review, but after having my bathroom flood and having to call a company to come out and fix it, I felt I just had to say something about Servpro and also to say thank you for coming out at such short notice and for leaving my home in tip top shape. A lot of companies would have charged extra for coming out on a weekend and they might not have cleaned up after doing the work. You guys were a life saver.

Absolutely awful. Contacted Servpro on June 13th to advise them that our home inspection had revealed mold and I needed someone to come to the house to give me an estimate and complete the work. It took 3 phone calls to operator Dee to even get someone out to the house. Donny Criddle (operations manager) visited my home on Wednesday late morning and told me to expect an estimate late in the day Wednesday or first thing Thursday. I left multiple messages for Donny which remain unreturned. I finally called Dee back this morning (Friday) first thing and informed her of the situation. She assured me that Donny would be in touch immediately. 6 hours later I still had not received a phone call and called Dee back again who could not explain Donnys lack of interest in fixing my claim. With a house closing 2 weeks out, which I shared with Donny, your company has put me in a very difficult position. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had an excellent experience with this company, they are very professional. I had a very severe water bottle in my house, it was flooded all the first floor. When calling them they were very friendly and cordial with me, Gabriel and his team came quickly to my house and although I do not speak much English I was free to speak in Spanish with Gabriel without any problem, he was very attentive and solved all the doubts I had. They did their work efficiently. Thanks to them I did not have major damages in my house, they are highly recommended
