This is the second time I have used United and have been very happy with the service. Laurie Ahola and Maria Holifield were my account representatives and were very efficient and professional.Tera Kocar and Andrew Scott took time to make sure all equipment was placed properly. They were very careful and explained what they were doing and why it was necessary. Mark Burger was responsible to make sure everything was done right and the insurance claim was handled properly. I would use United again for sure but hope not anytime real soon.

Robert Parry was so nice and courteous. He came to assess what ended up being a small clean up of rat droppings and because it was a smaller job than anticipated, cleaned it up right away rather than making us wait longer to schedule an appointment. I cannot stress how friendly and efficient Robert Perry and Ezequil Torres were. They came on a Friday night at 7pm and resolved our issue. They were honest, did not overcharge and quicklt rectified our problem. Now our moldy mess from a leaking water tank now smells all fresh and clean in an hour. We had a flood in our house a couple of weeks ago and as soon as we called our insurance company they sent United Water Restoration out...arriving within an hour and a half. The first person we met was Casell Gladden. He was courteous, efficient, accommodated our specific requests and was very professional!

I’ve tried with United water restoration group when I encountered water damage in my house. I had the pleasure of meeting Giovanni Lopez who was very attentive, he took the time to explain things throughly and He always kept a great attitude. 10/10 recommendation.

Knowledgable in fixing problem, great work! Had a water leak during Hurricane Irma. Called three companies to get estimates to inspect and repair possible mold. One said we had no problem, another said we had a massive problem, but John Rodrigues with United Water Restoration Group came explaining and showing what the real problem was and the best course of action to fix it. John found, contained, and fixed the mold, just as he said when he came out for his estimate. I would highly recommend John and UWR as an honest and thorough company for removing mold.

They came over to our place and did an excellent job right after we had a slab leak and water damage to our walls! The technician was very honest and explained the whole process since the beginning. Nancy in their main office was also a pleasure to deal with, making sure our Insurance Company was properly billed for their services!! These guys were fantastic. They were quick to come and assess the issue and while my insurance company kept fighting against what they were saying was wrong. They worked with me to get everything in order to set up decontamination while we worked though the insurance issue. This goes to show that the company was more about helping my families health and well being rather than an insurance check. I recommend everyone should use them when it comes to mold remediation.

They came to my house today because I had a leak from the shower on my second floor into to the first floor of my house. They were out here within one hour of me contacting them and their technician Mayra Alcalá was incredible. She did a great job taking care of the situation and installing the equipment I need to start the drying process. She took the time to explain to me all that she was doing and I am very happy with her work today.

Anthony is our UWR representative. He arrived within an hour of reporting the issue to our insurance company; we had flooding in our kitchen, laundry room, bathrooms and garage. After removing the water, cleaning the areas, he strategically placed dehumidifiers and fans in each area. He took extra time to ensure my mother could get by them with her walker. He has checked on the remaining moisture, equipment and us every day, always letting us know beforehand to make sure it was a convenient time. He even told us to contact him during Hurricane Dorian if we experienced any flooding and he would be available to assist us. If you should need any restoration assistance, you will be extremely pleased if Anthony is assigned to handle your issue. He is professional, knowledgeable, caring and personable. Highly RecommendedResponse window 24/7 - I called they responded within an hour to clean-up and dry out my damaged cabinets and walls. Matthew, the technician listened to my concerns, informed me of the process and immediately concentrated on the water damage to walls and surround kitchen cabinets. Installed dehumidifiers and fans to all wet areas. Every day he called and came by to access the drying, relocated equipment where necessary. I had a concern and called in and the supervisor came out immediately to better understand my concern and later I receive a call from Matthew, this guy showed up that night to ensure my concern for possible mold was addressed. They work 24 hours if necessary and are pleasant, eager to resolve issues, explain in detail what needs to be done and always ask if there is anything additional AND listen. I highly recommend this company they have gone beyond my expectation, honestly I have never dealt with a company that responds in real-time its always Ill have someone call and schedule a time or I will have someone call tomorrow to arrange a convenient time. The company was extremely professional and knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Andrew Scott Ops Manager was able to start work right away. Setup the equipment within an hour. Mayra and DJ and United Water Restoration were recommended to me to do restoration of 4 rooms where I had water damage due to a water leak from a Samsung Refrigerator. I needed to get the wood floor removed because of water damage. They went right to work and did a great job. Never complained about anything and very careful with my things. Very courteous, efficient and hard working. It was s big job so they will be back tomorrow to complete the family room. This allowed me and my family to have a place to have to relax tonight. I had mold in the shower and United Water Restoration recommended that my entire wall and shower needed to be treated for mold . My insurance company denied my claim and recommended that i only needed to have my shower re-caulked, re grouted and seal. United work with me on reducing my out of pocket expenses for services; and Nancy Birdsell was very beneficial and patient in helping me resolve the issue. In the end United was right and I did in fact have a leak and moisture problem behind the wall. The mold returned after the preventive measures were taken, because my shower did in fact have a leaking valve behind the wall. Thomas Medina came to my home after some contractors busted a water line. He was timely, thorough, and professional. I had experience using United with another water leak at my place of work months before. It was a good experience which is why I called them first. This second time in my home, I didnt think the service could be better. I was wrong. Thomas customer service was even better and it was well into the evening. I dont want another water leak but if I have one I know who I will call.

Thomas was great! He was on site within an hour of my initial call and took extra time to explain the process and how the insurance companies work . He was always in communication with me about the drying process and when he would be coming by for metering etc and is a very hard worker. Melanie in the office was also very helpful and responsive. Reserve one star for some equipment issues, but overall very positive experience, if one can have a positive experience when their house is under water...LOL!

Wanted to start work on $1400 worth of stuff the day they gave the estimate without testing air quality. Another company said test first, so I texted and no elevated mold levels. Was told not to do that work. Too eager to cost consumer with out being necessary.

This was the first time we have ever had a water leak that required an insurance claim.After the hassle of getting the plumbing fixed, your people, Jose and Jose (there were two) came in and explained the whole process of gutting the damaged kitchen cabinets and restoring them. They were on the money; worked very clean and careful to preserve what could be saved and remove the damaged components. If we ever have a water problem again (God forbid), United Water will be our first call.

Getting gas in Daytona, met a very well knowledge man I had a pipe break on my outside water valve at my rental in Atlanta.The plumber said it should be just fine after he fixed it.But after speaking to curtis, he informed me of how the water may have traveled into the apartment as well. As I entered my house, I found that the toilets and shower/bathtub drains had backed up with waste water everywhere.
