Lori in the front office is terrible, she doesn’t care about the tenants and laughs at people who are struggling. Also these apartments are disgusting and not well maintained. I moved into a dirty trash unit

Its a nice neighborhood and seems like a great place to live. A little run down, a little ghetto, but this is Winter Park, I wouldnt worry too much.

They made it difficult for my roommate and I to pay after they deleted our account, but we payed when we left using a cashier check, I even called to confirm they received it and they confirmed. About a year later they say we did not pay and need to pay again.People here are extremely incompetent.I left the USA and now I have no access to anything from when I was living there.EDIT: If you want to talk it will NOT be by phone, I do not have an American number, and I want every conversation written to prevent future shenanigans. Now, go do your job and reply to the email I sent days ago.

Im an international buddhist student studying at full sail, one day while walking in the complex the security guard pulled over near me and threatening asked if i was a muslim. Hes harassed me before. My bike was also stolen and they dont have cameras so i couldnt retrieve it either. Horrible place. They overcharge you. Stay away

This place is disgusting, if you don’t believe me look for yourself, this is what they call a “move in ready” unit. I moved out in less then a week because I felt as though it was a safety hazard for myself and my daughter. And the leasing staff couldn’t care less. They actually charged ME for this, when the unit came like this. I’ll be taking them to court, I have email proof with dates!!

Does anyone work here? Answer the phone. I tried the number on the website and the number on apple maps. The automated machine say that both numbers are Central Place.

Its a nice place but it looks nothing like in the pictures they advertised. Me and my husband moved from a different state and when we open the door not even the floors looked the way they advertised. We asked if they could switch us to a different apartment with upgraded floors but they were all full.Pictures: what you think you get vs what you actually get

I moved in on Nov and love all the new changes that have occurred. My apartment was clean and exactly what I wanted. Maintenance is AWESOME, always responding to my work orders and completing them. Extra shout out to them for taking the time to explain to me how to work the a/c and filter system. Office staff are really friendly and seem to genuinely care. They took the time to explain the lease to me, gave me a highlighted property map showing me where each feature was located on property and helped me set up the portal for myself and my mom. I would recommend Central Place to everyone I know that is looking for exceptional service.

We have found 2 bats inside the apartment, plus additional bats outside in the balcony. There is a humidity problem coming from the dryer and when maintenance was called to inspect it, nothing changed. There are multiple wasps nests outside all the windows and when we call to get them removed (since we have had a wasp in the apartment) they never were. The main office rarely answers when you call to ask questions. Packages get misplaced or stolen frequently.

I recently moved my son into one of the smaller one bedroom one baths and was very satisfied with the condition the apartment. The office staff were very helpful and understanding of my wants and needs in order for him to rent here. It was super helpful being able to do the application process online as we live out of state. I am thrilled to hear that the property does resident events where my son is able to meet other students, I especially loved the fact that maintenance is available for any emergencies. I am glad to say that I feel I have made the right decision in moving my son into Central Place. Highly recommended.

I love living here at Central Place Apartments in Winter Park. They have all kinds of celebrations/neighborhood events inviting people within the community to join them. They always manage to keep the neighborhood super clean, including the pools and gym area. Also the people in the neighborhood are very friendly and always greet me before I go to school. The people in the office are amazing and are very friendly. Special thanks to Erica, for keeping me informed on events that are coming up & being able to communicate so nice and efficiently with me.

I lived here for two years; one year in their 1/1 and one in their 2/1. There was only a couple of times where I needed to call maintenance, but they fixed whatever problem either same day or the following day. Every employee is approachable and kind and the pools are nicely renovated. Its a great place to live if its in your budget.

The management here is very unprofessional for people who live here. When moving in, theyre very kind to you but living here for almost a year, responses get ignored or responded in rude manners with no help at all and it becomes extremely frustrating. Ive had multiple packages stolen because of another apartment having the same number as me (confusingly as this isnt a big apartment complex) and managing has done nothing but inform me of what I can do rather than offer to help. Communication with management is confusing and irritating to keep up with, which is a core concept in maintaining a good living space for an apartment. Ive waited months and months for an up, but have only found more and more downs. Many of my neighbors feel the same way with ignoring requests for help and having been talked to in a disrespectful way. The best thing I can say about this place is that the interiors and gyms are nice, really not much else. Living here is a chore and Ive never had this bad of an experience with past apartment complexes.

I lived in this complex from December 1988 to October 2000 in a 550 square foot unit. My rent started at 329.00 and ended at 480.00, paying 595.00 month-to-month the last two months. I got the deposit back, but I would not have cared if I did not after the time I was there. I was never late paying the rent the whole time. I really did not think that unit was worth 480.00 a month back in 2000, and I sure do not agree with the current rate. As far as any crime is concerned, I was never aware of it, living in a unit right behind the office, but I did hear the stories from other residents, current and former back then. I guess what I am trying to say is that it served its purpose at the time I was there.

I absolutely loved living here! The way deposits were set up was the best I found from any complex (I moved from Illinois and handled the entire process online). The staff was always nice, professional, and helpful. I saw more families moving in toward around December of 2017. Not everyone picks up their poop, but overall I love it.Patio is screened in with additional storage, theres a coat closet, linen closet, and two closets in my bedroom. Tile floors to easy to keep clean. Almost no bug problem, valet trash comes 5 days a week, nice neighbors, felt really safe there. I am only moving because I cant afford the new rent offer.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in! Moved out a month ago and we had a horrible experience and had so many problems. Let me count the ways:1. Roaches everywhere! The apartment was so badly infested. They got into our refrigerator, furniture, they were under the carpet, crawled all over my clean dishes in the dish rack and dishwasher. Just to clarify, it wasnt just a few and I did clean my apartment often and no its not just because its Florida, this was a straight infestation and management did nothing to help. They would send out pest control to the apartment and that didnt do anything. They just sprayed a few places but did nothing to rid the bugs or treat the problem. They might as well have not even had pest control. When I moved out, I had to throw away all of my furniture.2. Valet Trash was awful. No one follows the rules of when to put trash out. People would put trash out on days that there wouldnt be any pick up and that definitely contributed to the roach problem. People also used the bins as a trash can. I cant tell you how many times we would find random loose trash in the bins. I even got a notice of violation on my door from the office and it wasnt even us doing that. How about an email or phone call asking us about it? Nothing. No courtesy whatsoever. Trash pick up was supposed to be later in the day but I cant tell you how many times I woke to those guys banging the trash bins around between 6 and 7 in the morning. Also, the guys picking up the trash would go through the garbage they were picking up. Saw one of the guys with several trash bags lined up along their truck and was going through each bag. They also would over pack their trucks and on the way to the dumpster, bags of garbage would fall off the truck and they would leave it in the middle of the street.3. Renovations were a joke. My cabinets and drawers were weak and fell off. Wood shavings all over my dishes. Dishwasher barely worked. Had to wash my dishes twice. They added screen enclosures to the remaining units without and we came home and half of it wasnt finished. They never came back to finish.4. Pool was always dirty or closed. There were also wasp nests all over and we could never relax by the pool without having to fight them off.5. We had a leak and flooding on more than one occasion.6. Sliding glass door never locked.7. Laundry facilities only take credit card and half of the machines never worked. There was always mold on the drums or standing water left in the washing machines.8. Once we signed the lease and were moved in we didnt get the same treatment from the office that we did when we were doing the application. They honey potted us. They were so nice and made it sound amazing and once we were in, we were ignored and forgotten about.The only half way decent thing, which is what the 1 star is for, was the newly renovated gym and thats even a stretch.Save your time and energy and go somewhere else. There are so many other apartment communities in the area that are far better in quality and price.

Ok apartments but last time I heard from friends and classmates there was a pretty big break in problem. I would recommend getting your own security just living in the area though not necessarily just this apartment complex. Also the pools could be maintained allot better and its pretty common for leaves to cover a larger then acceptable area.

Central Place at Winter Park was recommended to my daughter and myself by Valencia College. I visited this community one months ago and no matter what other apartment communities I visit none have left the amazing experience I got from Central Place. The leasing agent John that was assisting my family took the time to show us an actual empty apartment, the pool areas, grills and etc. As we were heading back to the office we ran into some of the current residents that reside at Central Place and me as a mom took it upon myself to stop and chat with them. I was excited to get positive feedback from them. What really caught my attention was the fact that one of the ladies that worked in the office knew each of the residents by name and greeted each and everyone of them in a friendly manner. This showed me that this Community really cared for their tenants and didnt see them as a dollar sign. My daughter is not scheduled to move to the Orlando area until late November and I have already started the works of getting my daughter added to the Waitlist. Thank you Central Place for providing me with a safe mind that my daughter will be in good hands. I will be recommending you to other moms.

Living Here Has Been A Great Experience None The Less. the Neighbors Are nice & quiet, Fullsail Provides Alot Of Opportunity As Well(Which Is Walking Distance). Whenever I’ve Needed Something Fixed They Respond Very Quick. The Office Is Beyond Helpful With Anything I’ve Needed Or Have Had Questions About. The Two Pool Areas & Gym Has Wonderful Set Up For Residents. All In All A Great Choice To Make For Interested Future Residents.

Since Robbins has taken over, the quality of life here has taken a 360. They remodeled the kitchen and the bathroom and gave it a very modern and contemporary look. They also provided us with new stainless steel appliances which look gorgeous. Our AC unit finally kicked the bucket and they replaced it with a brand new unit which saved us lots of money since the AC was always struggling to keep up before. Definitely worth it.

I lived here for a year (2016-2017). In the time I was there, they updated the a lot of things in the apartment including the whole kitchen and appliances. It’s in a good area just down the road from a Target and a Publix and you can get downtown in 15-20 minutes. Only issues I had were the AC going out a few times and the occasional power outage. Always had pleasant experiences with the staff!

I have been living here for about 3 years and I have to say that 7 Central is great. Before choosing this complex, I extensively researched and visited all complexes in the area before deciding upon this one. The office staff is friendly and very helpful. Once a month, the office manager will either cook a meal or buy food for the residents which is amazing. The apartment is very spacious and maintenance is always quick to act. Recently, I had an issue with my air conditioner and they replaced it with a brand new, bigger unit.I highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for an affordable and great apartment complex. I am sad to be moving away but just wanted to let anyone looking for a new place know they will be making a great choice.NOTE: The apartment complex is currently in the process of switching management companies. Been living here for just about a year now. In all honestly, its not a bad place. Im a single woman, living by myself and I walk out at night and arent really freaked out or anything. Since the new management came in, things have seemed to got a lot better with the complex itself. I can say though, Ive had a little bit of a bug issue, but they come in and treat the apartment whenever I want, so it keeps it minimal. For what I pay, I cant really complain at all. I call it my little shoe box apartment and I resigned my lease for another year.

First and foremost the leasing office stuff especially the lady with the glass is freaking rude as hell (BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE), it was a very bad experience i received upon visiting the leasing office. i walk into the office and expect someone to say hey how are you doing today and how may we help you but unfortunately the three stuff were probably discussing and laughing for a whole 5 min (do not live here) it feels like they would give you a hard time of living....overall its a 0/10 for me.

My daughter is currently seeking a one B/R appartment. She visit Cnt Place at Winter and seems to be pleased. However after reading all the negative reviews, Im not sure if this maybe the right place for her. Ive also noticed that the positive reviews were posted more then five months ago.could your issue be lack of competent employees?

I had a two year lease at this complex mainly due to the close distance to Full Sail and not having a car. I can say that it is not any where near worth the money for this apt. Management was nice, maintenance was ehh, but the quality of the apartments were just horrible. The paper that you have to use to write down the problems with the apt when you first move in was covered from front to back (still never revived my security deposit) The AC never worked and the fuse in the kitchen would always go out. This was really a last solution place because I just could not afford anything better.I had no problems with neighbors so all in all I would say if you are hardly affording college then this is sadly what you have to expect but if you can afford something more nice then go for it.

If you enjoy being woken up at 8am to the sound of cheap leaf blowers echoing in your ears for 4 hours twice a week live here. If you complain about it they will listen intently and then do nothing.If you hate sleep, this place is great.

***FULLSAIL STUDENTS BE AWARE***Before you decide how you will plan to pay for the housing with your parents and/or roommates. You must pay the student application fee which is $25, but if you pay with a Visa there will be an additional $20+ fee or 2.5% fee if you paid with a MasterCard.But thats not the problem. After you pay your student application fee, then the next step is to fill up your Guarantor Application and show your parents proof of income. NO WHERE ON THE FORM or YOUR WELCOME EMAIL explains or shows that theres a Guarantor Application Fee. The Guarantor Application Fee was $65. My roommates and I paid the Student Application Fee already. None of my roommates were aware that they had to pay $65 and we were all upset that we werent told about the Guarantor Application Fee in advanced.I made an appointment with them for a room tour. The same day when I was making the appointment, I notified them that I was going to bring my Guarantor Application with me so that I can hand it to them in person. It was a 3-hr drive and while we were still on the highway, suddenly we get a notification from my bank that there was a $93 transaction to Central Place at Winter Park.Apparently, the $93 came from:Student Application Fee ($25) + MasterCard 2.5% fee ($3) + Guarantor Application Fee ($65) = $93 in total.IT IS very unprofessional of them just to take the money from my bank without telling me what the additional $65 was for. They will just take your money without telling you any information about the payment. There is one odd thing, when my roommates paid their student application fee, they told me that the payment was shown on the bank account transaction history, but mine never did until the day I was visiting them.I gave them a call and asked for explanation. I asked them why my $93 transaction happened before I even got to their office? The payment went through before I even handed them the Guarantor Application Form. Apparently, they said that since I told them in advanced that I was bringing the Guarantor Application Form in person, they went ahead with the payment without us being aware of it or even telling me what the $65 fee was about. They also mentioned that they have the authorization to do it. They also said that the reason why they never told us about the Guarantor Application Fee was because WE NEVER ASKED THEM if we had to pay for the Guarantor Application when THEY WERE THE ONE WHO GAVE US THE APPLICATION TO SIGN IT.YOU SHOULDNT HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO TAKE SOMEONES MONEY WITHOUT TELLING THEM WHAT THE PAYMENT IS FOR AND UNTIL YOU RECEIVE THEIR FORM/DOCUMENTS.Of course, they didnt apologize for their action.Very Unrofessional of them.

Moved about a year ago during the transition between owners. Overall, its been alright. New management did upgrade the apartment which was very nice but not to fullest extent it was promised. Prior to moving in, we were promised a new kitchen, new fridge, tile floor. When we moved, we didnt have anything that was promised. Through out the months, they have provided the upgrades. We got everything minus the floor. Two of 3 isnt bad but the carpet reeks of old and nasty and that is the way they gave it to me when we moved. Seems like carpet is a major issue to them because from the multiple times that I have addressed it, they would beat around the bush. Finally after being persistent about it, they informed that nothing will be done about it. Their words not mine. They offered a lower rate for rent but our lease went up about 160 dollars more a month. Their demeanor gives off the vibe that youre easily replaceable. It is what it is because if we do decide to move, they wont hesistate to replace that carpet in an instant.When we moved, the apartment had red /brown tones of color. Since then they have painted it lime green and grey. Whoever came up with those colors clearly does not want you to live there for a long time. Who thought about having a lime green door as a good idea? It looks terrible.They did revamp the pool which looks nice but the gym looks exactly the same as before despite them saying that it was going to look completely different. The picture from their website IS NOT the gym.Overall, if youre a student, its ideal. If you plan to set a foundation and be here for a while, look elsewhere.

Not even going to fight to keep staying here with this damn dog upstairs if your moving here dont move to 4501 Summerwalk Sq apt A the Dog is very load and wakes my new born up all the time there nothing management can do about it from what they told they can only tell them to keep it down so if your a student trying to study or have kids i would not recommend you move to this apt unless you like a dog that howls all day and night or hear Nails hitting the floor all day or drop a humongous toy on the floor consistently to the point you leave your own home

New owners are innovating an apartment complex with class. With the main clientele being Full Sail University students (a mixed bag, but many are away from home for the first time and party too much and throw their trash on the ground like they had bad upbringing). Lets hope the quality upgrades are respected.

I dont know what everybodys problem is with this complex. I have had a very positive experience here. Ive lived here for 2 years and never had a problem with anyone. The staff is always ready to help you just have to let them help. As far as the reviews Im reading go, its mostly just residents not doing what theyre supposed to. And to single out specific people in a review is just bad taste. Thats just petty. If you want positive results you need to be positve to the people trying to help you. You get negative results when you act like an ass.This place has never been wrongful in the way theyve done business with my wife and I. Ericka has been helping us out since we moved here and not once have we had a problem with her. Shes sweet and she always gives you your best chance. Ive called this place home for the past 2 years, so I thinks its pretty okay with me.

If I could give this 0 starts I would. Never ever move here. We live on the second floor where there is NO insulation above us, our ceiling temperature measured by their maintenance crew was 112 degrees and do they care, no. Our AC unit runs overtime, skyrocketing the electric bill, and on top of that its always 80 degrees in the apartment when the thermostat is set at 70. Did I mention that our AC unit is a brand new one? We already signed a lease with a new apartment complex last month (due to no openings on our move out date) where we have been staying, and that electric bill was cheaper than the one here at 7 central where we left our AC at 78. This apartment complex is bullshit and they dont care about anyone who lives here. Take your money somewhere else. Dont get sucked into burning apartments with bugs and outdated appliances. The management is bullshit. So glad to be done here.

1. The apartments are poorly maintained and the “exciting renovations” they boast about are so horribly done it’s embarrassing. I wouldn’t let the people who do maintenance here touch a single thing after seeing their shotty work.2. Depending on the building, roaches can be a big problem.3. The people in the office are trained to have a bad attitude. There is also a women who works in the office who is harboring a meth dealer in the building behind the office and she tries to evict tenants who call the police on the meth dealer.4. FLOODING IS CONSTANT. If I could post pictures here, I would. Cabinets are warped, floors are damaged, walls have cracks and soft spots, etc.5. There is no gate for security and the parking lot is so poorly designed you can only go one way. It requires you to drive into on-coming traffic in front of the office.

It’s a very good place to live and the staff welcomes you in like family ! I am enjoying my time here, it is absolutely amazing!!

The apartments have a lot of issues. There is a mold problem that the management has tried to cover up. Even going as far as blaming the resident and evicting them.There is also no insulation in some of the buildings, causing the power bills to be very high. The front office staff is like a revolving door. They are constantly firing and hiring new employees. Not to mention the asbestos! The buildings are old and not up to code. The A/Cs are fixed without permits as well. Also the property was called University Walk---aka Murder Walk for the high crime rate and drug problem in the area. Robberys are reoccurring event where peoples doors are constantly kicked in. Find another place!

Dont move here- it may be the cheapest around here, but its for a reason! The kitchen and bathroom are old and outdated. The cabinets are severly warped and water damaged.The neighbors are the worst part about living in this place. Loud and annoying people talking on their phones outside of their apartment at like 2-3, sometimes 4 in the morning. You can call a patrol service that the complex hired, but they are rarely around to help.Whenever you call the office to complain about the noise, they act like they could give two shits. Of course they dont, because they dont live there!This place sucks. Cant wait for my husband to graduate.

Ive lived here for about 2 years now and other than the occasional loud neighbor or some pest problems, I have never had an issue with this place. A home is what you make of it!We recently had our kitchens and bathrooms renovated and what used to be outdated a bit, looks pretty nice now. Still, for being as close to Full Sail as it is and for the price in the area, I really cannot complain.

Horrible place. Not worth the money. The AC never works and maintenance can only do a temporary fix. Recharging it and putting coolant in it. Power bills during the summer months are super high. The inside of the apartments are outdated and poorly maintained. Would not recommend living here.

People complaint a lot about this complex and it has a lot of issue but I liked the people at business office .They are very nice and welcoming .Not fake unlike women working at Park at Sutton Place .Overall, if they would fix their issues regarding management and get a gate, I will certainly give them 4 star .

Zero Stars. I lived here 5 years ago and posted a lengthy negative review when I moved out. Seems the management may have changed, as the name of the complex is different. My old review isnt here anymore. I drove through the complex recently to see what changes they made. Based on the recent reviews and what I saw, nothing has changed since I lived here except a new coat of paint and raised prices. This place sucks, its the worst place Ive ever lived in. Rented 6 different apartments in Orlando over 5 years now and this one was still the worst. I felt like I lived in a slum. Cockroaches came out of the vents and drains regularly. There was black mold coming out of my vents, and nothing was done about it for the entirety of my lease. Shootings and robberies happened often when I lived there. Worst year of my life, without a doubt. Avoid this place at all cost. There are plenty of other options in the area, even for students or low income families.

Went to see our sons apt, oh boy, bad shape. Walls unpainted, wasps nest are on every building, hope no one is allergic, no screen on his patio, looks like rent should be 400.00 a month not 900.00. Gruby place.

This place is a horrible place to live if youre a full sail student. The front office is a joke. When I first moved in they told me that I have 3 days after rent is due before they add a $100 late fee. And one month I was one day late and they gave me the fee and said they never told me I had 3 days after the due date. Apartments are not great quality for what they price. Horrible, stay away, only nice thing is how close it is to the school.

UPDATE:PARENTS BEWARE: Do NOT house your students with these people. Sound, professionalism, mold, AC, heating, storage, trash collection-- all these things will go unchecked even if reported regularly.RECENT RENT HIKE: The actual value of these spaces are between 900-960. New management reduced the quality of life in this community while also raising rent. Do not be fooled.Property manager said I would hear noises from upstairs while they redo floors. She said it would be done by 6pm yesterday. They went into the night. This morning at 7AM I hear more scraping as I wake up TOO EARLY for my exams. This is the 3rd day in a row. Worst week hear yet.---You have to wonder if everyone from this review section knew the address of the office staff, would we all not find joy in inconveniencing them day & night?Can I give ZERO stars?? DO. NOT. RENT. HERE. THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS!!Where do I start?-They have maintenance paint over your bathroom so half way of living here your paint starts to come off and reveal loads of mold.-Took them over 4 months to replace my air conditioner which broke over 6 times and they repeatedly half assed it until a second party company told them they have to buy a new unit.-The tile is stained and not like the showing apartment which has wood.-The countertops are not granite, they are wood with a sticker on top..-The luxury appeal of the new cabinets are a joke, they just put new doors on the cabinets and left old rotting wood behind and paint that is bubbling due to old wood.-The location of this place is horrible, in the sense that BUGS LOVE IT HERE! Ants, millipedes, centipedes, everywhere.-When someone moves out of an apartment they do VERY NOISEY clean up which forces you to have to leave (I am a student and cannot study under these conditions esp right before an EXAM)..All in all do yourself a favor and dont even give this place the time of day, ITS DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!! These should be $700 a month for 2 bedrooms... its that bad.

If this apartment could get negative stars, it would. Living there was the worst decision I have made since moving to Florida. The management sucks and will ignore every request you make of them. The day I moved in there was no AC, and in my bedroom there was sewage water leaking up through the carpet. About 6 months into my lease my upstairs neighbors AC unit started leaking water into the vent system. The water was dripping from my ceiling and running down my wall. Maintenance took a week to show up, and when they did all they did was stop the leaking. They didnt clean or remove any of the water, so it all molded in the vent system. Within a month or two there was black mold all over every vent in the apartment. I could tell it was coming out of the vents because even the ceiling started to get discolored from it. I called the office THREE times about this and no attempt to fix it was ever made. The mold problem was so bad that the apartment was really uninhabitable. I also had terrrible bug problems in the summer and the pest control wont treat your apt if you have used spray like Raid. The neighborhood is terrible, unless youre a drug dealer. I felt unsafe taking my trash to the dumpster, and many times would be stopped by shifty dudes trying to sell me drugs. you can read all the other reviews to get more details on all the crime and shady activity that goes on there. In the year I was there I witnessed a full scale police raid including a helicopter circling the complex with a spotlight. I heard gunshots nearby often, and generally just didnt feel safe there whatsoever. I lived near the basketball court, where there would be ten or twenty adult guys there playing bball, blasting music from the cars with the doors open, and pretty much screaming at full volume until sometimes after midnight. The things in my cupboards would shake every time someone drove by because of the bass in their car.I dont think Google will give enough room to write all the problems with this place.If you have a choice on where to live, dont choose 7 Central.

I lost $2500 for no fault of mine!I have lived here for 2 years when I went to collage. This was the worst place to live. At first when I signed up they were super sweet, and the day after you sign the lease they dont care for you anymore. Then fined me $2500 when I left the apartment. And trust me, I had moped and cleaned the whole apartment by myself. When I went to the office to discuss about my charges, they said they cant speak to me and I have to speak tho their company which is Greystar. And Greystar refused to show me the proof of the mess or to discuss about any charges. The 7 central staff (Erica) and the greystar staff were very rude and they asked me to either pay the full amount or they will report me to the credit bureau. With no choice I had to pay $2500 when the apartment was clean. I would have paid like a man if the apartment was a mess but they didnt even show me any proof.I suggest not to live here. If you find any positive reviews, thats by the employees themselves. Because all my fiends went through the same.

The mold in these apts are absolutely ridiculous. The maintenance walks in ur apartments, unannounced without giving proper 24 he notice. They removed the dumpsters, and put trash stools in every building hallway. So now u got a bunch of stinking trash right by ur door to walk by and smell everyday. And other people r bringing their trash honours becuz theirs is full. And now they painted the apartments sum for awful colors. They are also roach infested!!

When I first came to Orlando this places was called 7 central. Dispite all the bad reviews And that the apartments dont come close to be worth it a $1,810 I had a great time with the past management crew because they had this little thing calles good customer service. A couple months ago it came under new management and it has been horrible. First of all i have been asking several times how do I pay online with the new portal which is totally bad. Then I asked them to send me a breakdown of how it would be for me to pay month by month. And although it was given to me it is unprofessional to let that under the door. Also I alwasy say that I dont like anyone to be fixing stuff if Im not there and everytime they do it when Im not there. But today was the worst. I am a Full sail student trying to make masters degree. I have never ever being late on my rent. Even though I have to balance between the loans so I can pay everything on time. I went to ask for a little of compasion and letting them know if I could pay half of it and the other half the 15th simply because I dont get my next check until that day. And ok I can understand the rules and everything but show that you care. At least a little bit so I know you are not a person without a soul. The guy that helped was really helpful (John Castro). And I think the Ladies there should learn customer service from him.When I went to one of the managers to ask a question she said she need it to leave . So yeah thank you for not being understanding. The only thing worth it is the mantainance crew those guys are awesome other thant that this place is NOT Worth it.
