Great people, I had to rent a unit because almost everyone involved in my house selling and buying dropped the ball at the last minute. The chaos I went through was partially resolved and I had to cancel the lease with the storage place. Sarah the owner was very understanding and nice, I even told her that renting from them was literally the only good experience I had during the last few weeks.

The unit was nice and clean, as was the entire facility. I also received A+ customer service and that means a lot!

We rented our Uhaul from Personal Mini Storage, and Ive never had such a smooth and painless process. It usually takes 20-30 minutes to rent a truck, but we were out the door in less than 10. Great people, great work, great results. Highly recommend them.

We are relocating from out of state and had to find temporary storage for all our household goods. I called Personal Mini Storage Winter Garden and spoke to Arlene. She was wonderful and guided me through the space I would need. Ultimately, this location did not have the required units I needed open up in time, however, she was kind enough to get me in touch with a sister location and was able to secure the space I needed. I have spoken to Arlene on a couple different occasions as I was concerned I would not have enough space and even though I didnt rent through her she was still extremely helpful. I first called on the phone and spoke with Dennis. He was incredibly helpful. I wasnt sure what size I needed and he asked all the right questions and recommended a unit for me. When I went to look at it, Arlene showed me the unit and then showed me a larger one because I still wasnt convinced the smaller one would suffice. I rented the one Dennis suggested and it was perfect! I would absolutely rent a unit here again. Their customer service and eagerness to make sure you walk away happy is unbeatable.

I was so shocked that I was Treated so poorly by a place with a high rating like this, which I thought was full of nice individuals. But most of the reviews are faked some how because I never left a five star review on them before which I thought was weird and didn’t think it was possible. Its shows a lot of 5stars with no comments. Going through a lot in my life at the time. I had to put all of my belongings in storage to scramble to find a home for me and my daughter. I needed to add more things to storage and needed a bigger unit. They told me I was ok to move to a larger unit and that the month was paid off. So it was going to only cost 40 something dollars to transfer over to the big unit and that all I had to do was leave the door open. Staring at the door I wondered how the heck I was going to move all the furniture. I was blessed by God that day that two gentlemen saw the worry on my face and helped me move everything that very same-day. I left it open like they said and about a week later I offered them the lock and key and I was told that I was to keep it. Which I have in my car still. When the bill was do for the bigger unit, I called and told them That I was going to pay them on Friday which was my payday. Mind you, I am not on a automatic withdrawals system with them and have been calling them to pay. Sure enough I received a email stating that my account went negative. I look at it and was puzzled and thought it was Fuad rightaway because the amount didn’t look correct either. I called the bank just to verify it was them and started a claim right away. The amount didn’t even match the old amount I use to pay for the smaller unit. And on the bank transactions it shows the storage storage unit number. It’s the smaller unit. I called and the guy that answered said that he will leave a note. I called again and spoke with the lady owner and she told me at first that there was no way that I was changed at all for the old unit. Then she looked up the unit number and Took a big breathe in and was quiet a few seconds and Apologized a said she would credit it back to my account. I called the bank to let them know and they said as soon as they credit me back they will refund the over draft fee. A couple of days past and nothing. So I called again, the Same individual I spoke to before that left the note told me that it was under Investigation because it’s locked. I told him it was impossible because I still have the lock. He told me that there was nothing that he could do about it. Refused to even listen to my story and kept repeating the same thing and got rude and disrespectful. I have been in costumer service for 12yrs and work in a hospital. Guy has zero Costumer service and horrible listening skills. Now I have to drive over there and help them with there investigation by showing them the lock because apparently maybe the cameras there do not record a month back which worries me. Does it even record at all. This is a huge mistake to make with someone account and almost seems shady.

When I first arrived after a 2 and 1/2 hour trip I needed to use the restroom and they would not allow it because I was not a storage shed customer I was a U-Haul customer. Getting started off on the wrong foot I was still not upset I just went next door to McDonalds to use the restroom. The young lady behind the counter started to go through the process of pulling up my reservation and I had the reservation pulled up on my phone and as she went through the process the price significantly went up. She was claiming that she had nothing to do with it and that it was all U-Hauls fault she kept saying that she had nothing to do with that but it didnt change until she started messing around on her computer. She became very condescending and unprofessional it took me an hour to get the reservation I had for over a week after having to call U-Hauls customer service. After speaking with a U-Haul customer service representative on speakerphone he got her to change the price at that time she started to use strong language and became very upset with the U-haul customer service representative again being very unprofessional. The manager took over the situation and told her to shut her mouth more than once. After the situation was resolved with the price I spoke with the manager privately he insisted on defending his employee saying that it was a interpretation on our part of bad customer service even though she used strong language and he had to tell her to shut up multiple times.He continued to blame U-Haul and would take no responsibility for my bad experience never apologizing or trying to make it right he seemed to visibly agitated and told me if I was going to speak over him that he was done talking but he was the one Speaking over me shutting me down it appeared that he was trying to intimidate me. It was by far the worst experience Ive ever had with U-Haul or one of its affiliates.
