I have used this location twice in the last two months for U-Haul truck rental needs. Both times the checkout process was quick and easy and their customer service was excellent. I would recommend anyone to use this location for your moving truck needs.

The woman attending the front desk was annoyed that we had the gall to interrupt her day by dropping off a UHaul truck. Im surprised that UHaul even gave the green light to this location considering there is nearly zero clearance to maneuver any of the larger sized trucks.We pulled our truck in, and before we were even greeted, the attendant said, move the truck because youre blocking access to our storage location. I would love to do so if there was anywhere to put the truck! With other customers parked in the meager amount of space, forget even trying to move the truck into a spot.UHaul had a global outage which caused all internet and phone lines to go down with UHauls locations and services. Corporate UHaul said they would not charge extra to customers that were affected by the outage. Because of this, we were unable to return the truck until the morning after. This business overcharged us and, when confronted, claimed that they had no ability to fix the issue even though they were affected for over 12 hours by the same outage as all other UHaul locations. Nice try on stealing money.My advice: dont bother, drop the truck off at a different location.

Very unprofessional and lazy. Never checked the truck in and asked me if I would open the back door and see if it was clean. F-

Lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful...will never do business here again. Don’t go here ...there are lots of other uhaul locations nearby!

I’ve been going to this location for a couple of years. I have not had one issue with the front counter or the people who help with hooking up trailers, etc.

Sadly had to file claim on insurance that we took thru uhaul, but they couldnt have made it easier to handle and no hassle getting claim paid. Repeat customer for years and many more to come!

Rented a pickup truck on a Saturday (3/9/19) morning, manager of the office told me because they are not open on Sundays that if I returned by 8am opening time Monday I wouldnt be charged for the Sunday. Great. Some more jobs came up so I scheduled them for Monday and needed the truck then. I called back Saturday (3/9/19) around noon and spoke to the manager and explained that I needed the truck Monday, should I bring it in Monday before 8 to avoid any ADDITIONAL CHARGES ( meaning being charged for Sunday) and then leave the office with the same truck because I need it Monday anyways, and he said there will be no additional charges. Get my bill Tuesday (3/12/19) and of course there is a charge for Sunday. If I would have known that then I could have easily brought it in Monday (3/11/19) before 8 and then rechecked it out for the use on Monday to avoid that charge, but the manager told me there wouldnt be an additional charge. I called up on Tuesday to ask why the additional charge for Sunday and I quote I dont even remember speaking to you Saturday which nowadays I have records on my phone of a 2 minute conversation around noon that proves that otherwise. Also I vacuumed the truck out, rinsed the whole truck down, rinsed the bed out, and returned with more fuel than what I started with and still got hit with another $25 dollar cleaning fee for what the manager described as a stain on the drivers seat. Overall wont be doing business with them ever again.
