He created the perfect sound system for what I wanted at my house, as well as handled various other issues relating to my wifi / internet connection, all without breaking the budget and doing it with incredible responsiveness, courtesy and professionalism. Hes very talented, yet low-key and unassuming. I called Jason at Reality A/V while looking for an installer for a MantleMount over my fireplace, and their site listed Reality as top of the tops - and right they are to put them there! Jason got me an estimate and a start date almost immediately, and he and his crew did a clean and lightning-fast job. They took the time before working to run down the execution plan for installing the mount first, and then to explain the design decisions for the job and the way things fit together with respect to the cables, soundbar bracket, and the device itself afterwards. If it didn’t come across already, the guys were perfectly professional and approachable, happy to answer any and all questions and just to chit-chat!We’ve had it for a week now and I still can’t get over how amazing it looks up there. We were so impressed as to hire Reality for another, smaller mount that Jason handled personally, quickly, and with the same flawless results.One little side anecdote: one of the guys that came out, Jim, pointed me to a bag where he stored the TV feet after they had mounted the TV, and showed me that he had put the screws back into the TV chassis tightly so as to have them handy if we needed in the future. I think we can all commiserate when it comes to needing long-forgotten screws and bolts, even if they’re easy to replace. It was a little thing but it really gave me the sense of the guys at Reality accounting for the little things being as important as the overall job itself, and that to me is the sign of highest quality workmanship.Look no further, Reality A/V is the only choice!

Jason came to our home to install surround sound . A couple weeks later we had him come back to install a 55 TV above the fireplace. He did an awesome job. Always on time and very knowledgeable.
