Lori and her team showed up promptly when I explained that I did not understand how any of the systems work or what makes the system function.Luckily Lori was able to break down what was old, wasnt working quite like it should, missing from previous owners personal equipment and the removal of services that we hadnt started yet. Within a day we had a breakdown of everything we needed, what needed to be fixed and the what we would like to haves.
