Super unprofessional. I purchased her voucher on Groupon and I was super excited for this awesome deal. I called to schedule and appointment and she didn’t answer but texted me immediately. I asked if she would be available for the 3/4/20 and she said that she’d be moving in between salons, but that she was still mobile and could come to me. Okay no problem. She then told me I’d be required to pay an extra $10 to cover her gas because she would be out of the salon. That’s not my fault at all and I would’ve just purchased something else off of GroupOn if I was going to have to pay an additional $10 anyway. She asked for my address and then never responded to another one of my messages. It’s really inconvenient to require a client to pay extra money because you do not have all of your stuff together. Like I didn’t ask for $10 to be taken off of my service to cover gas because I had to come to her. It just does not make sense.
Who in their right mind advertises to have a salon, lure people in from Groupon just to charge extra because your salon isn’t in order. Also, she wanted to come to my house which is kind of dangerous since I don’t know her. And was charging me extra because she did not have a salon like what? Super unprofessional and sketchy
